大悲极密无上灌顶仪轨·大乐深明。莲花舞自在事业。 大悲极密无上灌顶仪轨·大乐深明。莲花舞自在事业。 名为大悲极密无上灌顶仪轨·大乐深明者，敬礼。 顶礼上师与胜大悲之自在。如虚空般周遍智慧琉璃光，以大悲之颜料涂饰，以大乐贪染之光彩，对于三界众生恒常慈爱之至尊，于我顶上供养之。其之修法甚深奥，于极密无上坛城中，迎请具缘弟子之仪轨，清晰明了记录于可读之文。彼（灌顶）亦共同物之前行，首先陈设供品朵玛，从自生起至念诵空性偈之间，于事业瓶中生起念诵马头明王，以及准备四种物品等。为弟子们沐浴，施放驱魔朵玛，并观想结界与防护轮。宣讲各种佛法，尤其殊胜的是，总集了十方三世诸佛菩萨之慈悲的自性，对于被包含于无垠虚空之六道众生，以胜于三世一切引导者的事业，从轮回中彻底解脱的世间自在观世音大悲尊，经续传承口诀修法之教规，于圣地藏地皆如百川汇海般涌现，此处乃是前译甚深伏藏法类，无量光佛真身邬金大士，特意为朗措·衮乔炯内之福报所传授，其为了后世众生的利益，在多康（mdo smad，多麦）的兴果岗（shing sgo gangs）山脚下，以不坏之印封印，作为隐蔽伏藏而埋藏。于五浊恶世之末期，于所化之净土显现之时，朗措大译师以智慧幻化网之游舞，伏藏大师法王列绕朗巴（rig 'dzin klong gsal snying po）莲花舞自在，取出此伏藏，使无数高低根器的众生得以成熟解脱，建立了永不衰竭的加持之流，此成熟深法之修持，分为前行与正行二者。

The all-pervading wisdom, like the sky, of lapis lazuli, adorned with the colors of great compassion, with the radiance of great bliss and attachment, the supreme being who constantly embraces beings of the three realms, I offer at my crown. The practice of that which is most profound, in the extremely secret unsurpassed mandala, the way to introduce fortunate students, is clearly and distinctly written for reading. In general, for the preliminary preparation of the actual substances, first arrange the offering torma, and after going through the self-generation and recitation of the emptiness verses, generate and recite Hayagriva in the action vase, and prepare the four substances, etc. Bathe the students. Cast away the obstacle torma and meditate on the boundary and protection circle. First, in order to offer the mandala as a preparation for the preliminary stages, I offer the mandala. (Recite) the mandala offering text. Joining the palms of the hands together with flowers, repeat this supplication: Hrih! Supreme teacher, embodiment of the blissful, great secret wisdom play, please consider me! Great protector, I beseech you to show the way to great enlightenment! Please grant me the sequential vows and the mind of enlightenment. Please grant me the Three Jewels—Buddha, Dharma, and Sangha—and the Three Refuges. Please lead me, protector, into the supreme city of great liberation! (Recite) three times. In order to purify the mindstream, in the presence of the compassionate guru, the infinite victorious ones, and the assembly of bodhisattvas, taking refuge and generating the mind of enlightenment, etc., while remembering the meaning of the words, repeat after me: I take refuge in the Three Jewels! I confess each and every non-virtuous deed! I rejoice in the virtue of all beings! I hold the Buddha's enlightenment in my mind! I go for refuge to the Buddha, the Dharma, and the supreme assembly, until enlightenment! In order to accomplish both my own and others' benefit, I generate the mind of enlightenment! Having generated the supreme mind of enlightenment, I invite all sentient beings as my guests! I will practice the pleasing, supreme conduct of enlightenment! May I attain Buddhahood for the benefit of all beings! (Recite) three times. With the mind of upholding the vows and commitments that are gathered by the five families, both generally and specifically, repeat after me: Hrih! Supreme teacher, embodiment of the blissful, great secret wisdom play, please consider me! From this time until enlightenment, I will hold the Three Jewels and never abandon them! As the commitment of the Vajra family, the mudra of the vajra and bell, and the mind of enlightenment should not be abandoned! As the supreme great commitment of the Ratna family, for the pleasing commitment, every day, six times a day, always give the four kinds of generosity! As the supreme pure one of the Padma family, the three vows of outer, inner, and secret, will explain the three vehicles and all the dharmas! As the commitment of the Karma family, in order to be complete with all the vows, I will truly uphold them! I will also do whatever I can to perform the work of offering! The mind of enlightenment is unsurpassed, having generated the sacred mind of enlightenment, for the benefit of all sentient beings, I will uphold all the vows without exception! I will liberate those who have not been liberated, and free those who have not been freed.
