In order to pacify obstacles such as these, and for the sake of long life, when giving empowerment, arrange the substances completely as in the case of accomplishing the rituals in a secluded place, and after entrusting the activity of summoning life, offer flowers to the deity: "Bhagavan, Great Compassionate One, I beseech the assembly of life deities to bestow upon the disciples the accomplishment of immortal life. I beseech you to increase life, merit, and wisdom." Thus, one should pray. Then, the empowerment: The disciple offers a mandala. Emaho! In the lotus that is fully blossomed, all the Buddhas are present, in this great secret of the heart, may I be taken care of by the protector, and may you bestow the accomplishment of life, free from obstacles and immortal. Thus, one prays. Take refuge, generate bodhicitta, and accumulate merit. Then, visualize the guru as clear as the deity, from the heart of which emanate many sparks of fire from the wrathful deities, flashing like lightning, burning and destroying all the obstructing demons of the disciple, and the fire and wrathful deities mix with the disciple in a dissolving manner, and visualize the deity's form arising from the essence of red light. In its heart, clearly visualize the gau, the life support, and HRIH (藏文，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉字字面意思：啥). Clearly visualize the object of summoning life, and wave the urging banner. Then, at the time of the vase empowerment, visualize immeasurable Buddhas filling the sky giving empowerment, and nectar filling the body from the crown of the head to the soles of the feet. Then, by urging the guru's heart commitment, the assembly of deities inside the skull collects all the life essence of samsara and nirvana, and places it in the disciple's heart, and visualize the assembly of deities dissolving into the life support in the heart. ཥིཉྩ་ཧཱུྃ༔ （藏文种子字）祈请诸天众，甘露润舌，以气脉呼吸之瑜伽，将精华融入命脉之根基。之后，加持摄集寿命精华之物，赐予寿命精华。ཧྲཱི༔ （藏文种子字）诸天及持明者众，成就无死之誓言物，此甘露之殊胜精华，因授予于汝子，愿汝获得所有持明成就者之寿命悉地！ ཨོཾ་བྷྲཱུྃ་བཛྲ་ཨཱ་ཡུ་ཤེ་སིདྡྷི་སིདྡྷི་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཧཱུྃ༔ （藏文，梵文天城体：ओँ भ्रुं वज्र आयुषे सिद्धि सिद्धि अभिषिञ्च हुं，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ bhrūṃ vajra āyuṣe siddhi siddhi abhiṣiñca hūṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡 勃隆 瓦吉拉 寿命 成就 成就 灌顶 吽）随气脉呼吸而食之。之后，隐藏寿命之法为：ཧྲཱི༔ （藏文种子字）以“不变且坚不可摧”等语，隐藏寿命，并于空性中增长。之后，祈愿，诵吉祥语，立誓并供养。甚深道寿命灌顶加持之精华圆满。萨玛雅，印印印。持明掘藏师郭吉林巴从夏乌后门大乐智慧之轮中取出。甚深道善逝总集之，无死寿命之外修法。顶礼种姓总集寿命之神。入此甚深道之瑜伽士众，若欲成就无死寿命之悉地，处所宜选西方，佛所加持之地，有红色岩石，形如宝瓶或金刚，森林茂盛，泉水丰沛，无有损害且寂静之处。时间宜选上弦月之吉日良辰。道友宜选见行相同，具足誓言，不生厌倦，精进成办事业者。物品宜选非浊物之饮食，以及圆满修法之誓言物。备齐上述诸物后，首先向地神献供朵玛，并告诫莫作障碍。之后，于良好山脉之土地上，或于男女大乐交合之地上，制作一肘高之法座，涂以五甘露、朱砂、红土，并作单层堆积。用颜料在中央绘制四瓣莲花，半月形，一门朝西。红色底座外绘金刚及放射红色光芒。其中央放置净瓶，瓶颈缠绕红绸，内盛常流水，以及五药、五香、五谷、五宝、五精华。

Kṣiñca Hūṃ! (Tibetan seed syllable) Requesting the assembly of deities, nectar on the tongue, blending the essence into the root of the life force through the yoga of breath and channels. Then, bless the substance of essence extraction, bestowing the essence of life. Hrīḥ! (Tibetan seed syllable) All the deities and vidyādharas, the substance of the oath of immortal accomplishment, this supreme essence of nectar, by bestowing it upon you, son, may you obtain the siddhi of life of all the vidyādhara accomplishments! Oṃ Bhrūṃ Vajra Āyuṣe Siddhi Siddhi Abhiṣiñca Hūṃ! (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओँ भ्रुं वज्र आयुषे सिद्धि सिद्धि अभिषिञ्च हुं, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: oṃ bhrūṃ vajra āyuṣe siddhi siddhi abhiṣiñca hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Om Bhrum Vajra Life Accomplishment Accomplishment Empowerment Hum) Eat it while breathing in the air. Then, the method of concealing life is: Hrīḥ! (Tibetan seed syllable) With words such as "unchanging and indestructible," conceal life and cultivate growth in the realm of emptiness. Then, make aspirations, recite auspicious words, take vows, and make offerings. The essence of the profound path of life empowerment and blessings is complete. Samaya. Seal, seal, seal. The vidyādhara treasure revealer Gökyi Lingpa extracted it from the Wheel of Great Bliss Wisdom at the back door of Sha'uk. From the Profound Path of the Union of All Sugatas, the outer practice of immortal life is present. I prostrate to the deity of the lineage assembly of life. Those yogis who have entered this profound path, if they wish to accomplish the siddhi of immortal life, the place should be in the west, a place blessed by the Buddha, with red rocks, shaped like vases or vajras, lush forests, abundant springs, harmless and secluded. The time should be chosen on auspicious days and times of the waxing moon. The companion should be someone with similar views and practices, who keeps vows, is not weary, and is diligent in accomplishing the purpose. The substances should be food and drink that are not turbid, and the samaya substances for accomplishing the practice should be complete. After all these are complete, first offer a torma to the local deities and warn them not to create obstacles. Then, on the land of a good mountain range, or on the land where a male and female are in great bliss union, make a platform one cubit high, smear it with five amṛtas, vermilion, and red ochre, and make a single layer. With paint, draw a four-petaled lotus in the center of a stacked dharma origin, a crescent shape, with one door facing west. On the outside of the red base, draw a vajra and red rays of light radiating. In the center of it, place a clean vase, with a red ribbon wrapped around the neck, filled with continuously flowing water, and five medicines, five incenses, five grains, five jewels, and five essences.
