་བརྒྱད་སྐུ་ལ་རྫོགས༔ སྐལ་ལྡན་བུ་མཆོག་ཁྱོད་ལ་དབང་བསྐུར་བས༔ འཆི་མེད་ཚེ་ཡི་དབང་མཆོག་ཐོབ་པར་ཤོག༔ ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ་ཧྲཱི༔ ཨོཾ་མ་ཎི་པདྨེ་ཧཱུྃ༔ ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་ཨཱ་ཡུ་ཥེ་ཧཱུྃ་བྷྲཱུྃ་ནྲྀ་ཛ༔ ཨཱ་ཡུཿཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཧྲཱི༔ མགོར་བཞག །དེ་ནས་རྫས་རྟགས་སྣ་བདུན་སྦྱིན་ཅིང་ཤིས་པ་བརྗོད། དབང་གི་རྗེས་སྤྱི་ལྟར་དང་། ཕྲིན་ལས་ཀྱི་རྗེས་རིམ་ཡང་ལས་བྱང་ནས་འབྱུང་བ་ལྟར་བྱའོ། །རྒྱ་མཚོ་ལྔ་ཡི་བྱིན་གཟི་ཡིས། །ཚེ་དབང་དངོས་གྲུབ་རྒྱ་མཚོ་བརྙེས། །འགྲོ་ཁམས་རྒྱ་མཚོའི་སྒྲིབ་བྲལ་ནས། །སྐུ་བཞིིའི་རྒྱ་མཚོར་འཇུག་གྱུར་ཅིག །ཅེས་པའང་ཐུགས་ཆེན་རྩ་གསུམ་སྙིང་ཐིག་གི་དབང་ཆོག་སྔར་བཀོད་པའི་ཆ་ལག་ཏུ་བློ་གྲོས་མཐའ་ཡས་ཀྱིས་བཀོད་པ་དགེ་ལེགས་འཕེལ།། །། ཐུགས་རྗེ་ཆེན་པོ་རྩ་གསུམ་སྙིང་ཐིག་ལས་ཚེ་སྒྲུབ་ཡིད་བཞིན་ལྷུན་གྲུབ་ཀྱི་ཉམས་ལེན་དང་དབང་ཆོག་ཚེ་དཔལ་ལྷུན་གྲུབ། བློ་གྲོས་མཐའ་ཡས།

八身圆满具，具缘殊胜汝子作灌顶，获得无死寿之胜灌顶！嗡啊吽舍（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思）！嗡嘛呢呗美吽（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思）！嗡班匝阿雅喀舍吽仲热匝（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思）！阿雅阿比钦匝舍（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思）！置于顶。之后布施七种物品标志并说吉祥语。灌顶之后如通常一样，事业之后次第也如事业仪轨中所出一样做。五海之加持光辉，获得寿灌顶成就之海，从众生界之海的障碍中解脱，愿能入于四身之海！此乃大悲三根本心髓之灌顶仪轨，作为先前所著之部分，由慧无边所著，善妙增上！ 大悲怙主三根本心髓中，长寿修法如意任运成就之修持与灌顶仪轨，寿德任运成就。慧无边。

Perfectly complete in the eight bodies. By bestowing empowerment upon you, fortunate and supreme child, may you obtain the supreme empowerment of immortal life! Om Ah Hum Hrih! Then, bestow the seven symbolic substances and speak auspicious words. The post-empowerment activities are as usual, and the sequence of activities should also be performed as it appears in the work manual. By the glorious radiance of the five oceans, may you attain the ocean of longevity empowerment and accomplishment. May you be liberated from the obscurations of the ocean of sentient realms, and may you enter into the ocean of the four bodies!
