།ཅེས་བརྗོད་ལ་སྤོས་རོལ་བཅས་ཏེ་སྤྲོ་ན་ལས་བྱང་གི་སྤྱན་འདྲེན་དང་། བསྡུ་ན་ཚེ་སྔགས་མཐར། ཨོཾ་ཛྙཱ་ན་ཨཱ་ཝེ་ཤ་ཡ་ཨ་ཨཱ༔ ཞེས་བཏགས་པ་མང་དུ་བཟླས་མཐར། ཏིཥྛ་བཛྲ། Shig! Gather here the life force of gods and nagas above and below! Gather life force from the hands of male and female demons! Gather life force from the hands of the eight classes of gods and demons! Gather life force from the hands of obstructing spirits and elementals! Gather life force from the hands of the sun and moon! Gather life force from the hands of the son without craving! Gather life force from the hands of the powerful ancestral deities! Gather life force from the hands of the radiant white and red ones! Correct the distorted life force, and reconnect the severed life force! Gather what is scattered, and collect all that is dispersed! Fill the emptiness, and raise up all that has fallen! Live for a hundred years, increase the Dharma, and gather life force! See a hundred autumns, blaze with prowess, and protect glory! Saying this, chant the mantra with melody, and maintain the state of bliss, as it is said. If capable, repeat the above mantra in between. Hrih! Possessing the form of strength and power equal to space! For the sake of requesting the gathering of life force and the two siddhis! And so on, and recite the life force mantra and play music. Offer the torma to the empty forms, and offer praises. Offer the offerings and invite the vase deity to dissolve into light. Offer the torma to the protectors. Conduct the tsok offering. Receive the empowerment of samadhi. Once the requests for permission are completed. To the students, After bathing, dispelling obstacles, establishing boundaries, generating bodhicitta, and clearly visualizing. Thus, it protects beings from the fear of untimely death, and bestows the glory of temporary long life, and ultimately the supreme siddhi. From the vast and profound terma of limitless methods for accomplishing immortal life, many have emerged. Here, the great terton Garwang Dawa Gyaltsen, who appeared in the Ngari region, brought forth from the bathing chamber of Mangyul Jampa Trin gyi Tsuklag. The Great Compassionate One.
