以真言祝愿吉祥，信受如雨般降下鲜花。如此说完，从口中说出开始，广为宣说吉祥。第三是灌顶之后：誓言承诺，供养曼扎，身体供养，回向善根等，以及坛城后行次第，享用荟供，从布施剩余开始到祝愿吉祥之间，按照仪轨进行就能成就。慈悲的光芒穿透二障的黑暗房间，以自生观世音无垢的目光，可怜的众生呼出长长的一口气，愿事业的边际与虚空同等。此伏藏原文自身，由于续部的教证等过于繁杂，因此将灌顶仪轨的实际内容无遗地汇集，成为诵读即可的仪轨，莲花自在事业调伏力在宗肖德谢杜贝颇章（རྫོང་ཤོད་བདེ་གཤེགས་འདུས་པའི་ཕོ་བྲང་།）所作，善妙增上。 大悲救度恶趣一切有情的灌顶仪轨明示，名为示月星鬘。莲花自在事业。
