现在进行无有四法的观修。首先是供施食子：从“嗡嘛呢贝美吽”的声音中，自己变成圣观世音自在，如喀萨巴尼，像水晶般清澈，一面二臂。右手施胜印，左手施救护印。以丝绸和各种珍宝装饰。双足以菩萨跏趺坐姿安住于莲花和月亮座垫之上。身体具足妙相和随好。心间有白色“舍 (藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉字字面意思：舍)”字，具有圆点和弯钩，从中发出光芒。从自性处迎请与自己一样的智慧尊圣观世音自在。洛给夏ra萨巴热瓦ra萨玛雅匝匝(藏文：ལོ་ཀེ་ཤྭ་ར་ས་པ་རི་ཝཱ་ར་ས་མ་ཡ་ཛཿཛཿ)。誓言尊和智慧尊融为一体。洛给夏ra阿刚到夏达扎底匝梭哈(藏文：ལོ་ཀེ་ཤྭ་ར་ཨརྒྷཾ་ནས་ཤབྡ་པྲ་ཏཱིཙྪ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།)。唉玛！ 无垢如水晶，清澈又美丽的身体啊！ 六字真言之声，从六道之处引导众生。 慈悲平等普施一切的观世音菩萨啊！ 至尊救怙圣者，向您顶礼赞叹！ 心间莲花六瓣绽放，在莲心处有“舍 (藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉字字面意思：舍)”字。在六片花瓣上清晰地显现着“嗡嘛呢贝美吽 (藏文：ཨོཾ་མ་ཎི་པད་མེ་ཧཱུྃ།，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ maṇi padme hūṃ，汉字字面意思：嗡 嘛呢 贝美 吽)”。从中发出光芒，照耀十方，发出六字真言的声音，滴哩哩地响彻。 念诵六字真言。 在白色食子上洒水。如前进行净化。从空性中，从嗡 (藏文：ཨོཾ，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉字字面意思：嗡)字中出现宽广无垠的珍宝器皿。其中，嗡阿吽 (藏文：ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ āḥ hūṃ，汉字字面意思：嗡 阿 吽)化为光芒，从中生出由天物所成的食子供品，清澈无碍。生起无漏的殊胜安乐，变得与虚空同等广大。嗡阿吽 (藏文：ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ āḥ hūṃ，汉字字面意思：嗡 阿 吽)。念诵三遍。嗡阿嘎ra喔木康萨瓦达ra玛囊阿达努札达阿瓦达嗡阿吽啪特梭哈(藏文：ཨོཾ་ཨ་ཀཱ་རོ་མུ་ཁཾ་སརྦ་དྷརྨཱ་ཎཱཾ་ཨཱ་དྱ་ནུཏྤནྣཱ་ཏྭཱ་ཏ་ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ་ཕཊ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།)。念诵七遍进行回向。 这个广大供施的食子，具有色声香味触等圆满五妙欲。供养给居住在本地、地方的上、中、下三处的白方土地神、龙神等。供养！献上！请享用，不要嫉妒和猜忌，请广大地帮助我等眷属一切愿望皆能如法成就！ 如此将食子送到干净的地方。自己瞬间变成威猛马头明王，具有极度忿怒和凶猛的身形，身上燃烧着智慧之火。

Now meditate on the Four Immeasurables. First, offer the torma: From the sound of "Om Mani Padme Hum," transform yourself into the noble Avalokiteśvara, like Khasarpani, as clear as crystal, with one face and two arms. The right hand makes the supreme generosity mudra, and the left hand makes the protection-giving mudra. Adorned with silk and various precious jewels. The feet are seated in the bodhisattva posture on a lotus and moon seat. The body is adorned with marks and signs. In the heart, there is a white Hrih (藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉字字面意思：Seed syllable Hrih) with a dot and hook, from which light radiates. From the natural abode, invite the wisdom being noble Avalokiteśvara, identical to yourself. Lokeśvara sapariwara samaya jah jah (藏文：ལོ་ཀེ་ཤྭ་ར་ས་པ་རི་ཝཱ་ར་ས་མ་ཡ་ཛཿཛཿ). The samaya being and wisdom being become inseparable. Lokeśvara argham to shabda pratīccha svaha (藏文：ལོ་ཀེ་ཤྭ་ར་ཨརྒྷཾ་ནས་ཤབྡ་པྲ་ཏཱིཙྪ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།). Ema! A body immaculate, clear as crystal and beautiful! The sound of the six syllables guides beings from the six realms. Compassionate Avalokiteśvara, equal to all! Supreme protector, noble one, I prostrate and praise you! In the heart, a lotus with six petals blooms, and in the center of the lotus is Hrih (藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉字字面意思：Seed syllable Hrih). On the six petals, clearly visualize "Om Mani Padme Hum (藏文：ཨོཾ་མ་ཎི་པད་མེ་ཧཱུྃ།，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ maṇi padme hūṃ，汉字字面意思：Om Mani Padme Hum)". From this, light radiates in all directions, and the sound of the six syllables resounds, echoing diriri. Recite the six-syllable mantra. Sprinkle water on the white torma. Purify as before. From emptiness, from Om (藏文：ཨོཾ，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉字字面意思：Om), arise vast and spacious jeweled vessels. Within them, Om Ah Hum (藏文：ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ āḥ hūṃ，汉字字面意思：Om Ah Hum) dissolve into light, from which arises the torma offering made of divine substances, clear and unobstructed. Generate the extraordinary bliss of non-leakage, becoming equal to the sky. Om Ah Hum (藏文：ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ āḥ hūṃ，汉字字面意思：Om Ah Hum). Recite three times. Om akaro mukham sarva dharmanam adya nutpannatva ta om ah hum phat svaha (藏文：ཨོཾ་ཨ་ཀཱ་རོ་མུ་ཁཾ་སརྦ་དྷརྨཱ་ཎཱཾ་ཨཱ་དྱ་ནུཏྤནྣཱ་ཏྭཱ་ཏ་ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ་ཕཊ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།). Dedicate by reciting seven times. This vast torma of offering, endowed with the complete five desirable qualities of form, sound, smell, taste, and touch, is offered to the white-sided local deities, nagas, and so forth, residing in the upper, middle, and lower parts of this place and region. Offer! Present! Please partake, and without jealousy or envy, greatly assist us, along with our retinue, in accomplishing all our wishes in accordance with the Dharma! Thus, take the torma to a clean place. Instantly, transform yourself into glorious Hayagriva, with an extremely wrathful and fierce form, the body blazing with the fire of wisdom.

Become. Bless the obstacle-destroying offering cake as before, and dedicate it with the mantra of Akaroh. Namo! By the truth of the words of the venerable root and lineage glorious and holy lamas, By the truth of the words of the Three Jewels, By the truth of the secret mantra, knowledge mantra, dharani mantra, heart mantra, mudra, and samadhi, By the power of those great truths, May all those who harm and obstruct the accomplishment of virtuous deeds here, Who have become a kind of harming spirit, demon, or obstacle, Who float in the sky, Who dwell on the ground, Who move underground, Who rely on the elements, Who hide in shelters, be satisfied and pleased with this offering cake. Having been satisfied, Do not stay here for even a moment, but depart! Sarva Vighnan Gaccha (藏文：སརྦ་བིགྷྣཱནགཙྪ，梵文天城体：सर्वविघ्नान् गच्छ，梵文罗马拟音：sarva vighnān gaccha，汉语字面意思：All obstacles, go!). Say this and perform wrathful mantras, music, etc. Hum Hrih! I am the wrathful king Hayagriva, The messenger praised by the Buddhas, The slayer of harming obstacles. When performing the ritual, Enemies and obstacles that steal radiance and harm, Do not stay here, depart! If you do not leave and cause harm, The king Hayagriva will be very angry, With blazing weapons, Destroying body and mind into dust, Even the name will disappear.
