The activity of Great Compassionate Avalokiteśvara, Wish-Fulfilling Jewel, Liberator of All Beings, is present. To the Noble Great Compassionate One, I prostrate with one-pointed devotion. The activity of Great Compassionate One, possessing the four perfections, perform the preliminary stages correctly. After taking refuge and generating bodhicitta as preliminaries, first, the demarcation: Hrīḥ (ཧྲཱིཿ，hrih，赫利，seed syllable). Listen, you hosts of obstructing forces and misleading spirits, in this mandala of Great Compassionate One, except for the assembled deities, the hosts of obstructing, hostile, and elemental forces, do not remain here, move elsewhere. If you do not leave and remain, the Great Compassionate One will become wrathful, and the Great Wrathful Hayagrīva will also become wrathful, emanations upon emanations filling the three thousand worlds, holding various fierce weapons, pulverizing all obstacles into dust. Oṃ Vajra Mahākrodha Hayagrīva Hulu Hulu Hūṃ Phaṭ (ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་མ་ཧཱ་ཀྲོ་དྷ་ཧ་ཡ་གྲཱི་བ་ཧུ་ལུ་ཧུ་ལུ་ཧཱུྃ་ཕཊ，oṃ vajra mahākrodha hayagrīva hulu hulu hūṃ phaṭ，嗡 瓦吉拉 玛哈 卓达 哈亚 葛日瓦 呼鲁 呼鲁 吽 啪， Oṃ, Vajra, Great, Wrathful, Hayagrīva, Swift, Swift, Hūṃ, Phaṭ)! Then, perform confession: The Lama, the Noble One, and all the retinue, visualize them in the sky in front, and offer confession with reverence in the three doors. Hrīḥ (ཧྲཱིཿ，hrih，赫利，seed syllable)! Noble One and retinue, please consider, all sentient beings including myself, from beginningless time in the past, being under the influence of the five poisons of afflictions, accumulating the karma of the three lower realms, the sins and obscurations of body, speech, and mind, I confess and reveal them before the Noble One, please grant the magical accomplishments of Brahma. Padmasattva Āḥ (པདྨ་སཏྭ་ཨཱཿ，padmasattva āḥ，班玛 萨埵 阿，Lotus Born, Sattva, Ah)! Then, invoke the blessings: Holding incense and music, Hrīḥ (ཧྲཱིཿ，hrih，赫利，seed syllable)! Alala Hoḥ Bhagavān (ཨ་ལ་ལ་ཧོཿ བྷ་ག་བཱན，alala hoḥ bhagavan，阿拉拉 霍 巴嘎万，Alala Hoḥ Bhagavan)! Samaya Hoḥ (ས་མ་ཡ་ཧོཿ，samaya hoḥ，萨玛雅 霍，Samaya Hoḥ)! Samaya Sattvaṃ (ས་མ་ཡ་སཏྭཾ，samaya satvaṃ，萨玛雅 萨埵，Samaya Sattva)! Hrīḥ (ཧྲཱིཿ，hrih，赫利，seed syllable)! From the realm of Dharma, arise as a form, the Sambhogakāya Avalokiteśvara, the compassionate Nirmāṇakāya Padmasambhava, and the emanated Six Buddhas, the Four Door Mothers, look with compassion upon the six realms of sentient beings, please bestow blessings upon this mandala, please purify my sins and obscurations, please reside in the center of the mandala. Kāya Vāka Citta Hūṃ (ཀཱ་ཡ་ཝཱ་ཀ་ཙིཏྟ་ཧཱུྃ，kāya vāka citta hūṃ，噶雅 瓦噶 哲达 吽，Body, Speech, Mind, Hūṃ)! Then, bathe yourself, wear clean clothes, hold flowers, and purify and bless all the offerings and tormas: Oṃ Svabhāva Śuddha (ཨོཾ་སྭ་བྷཱ་བ་ཤུད，oṃ svabhāva śuddha，嗡 梭巴瓦 须达，Oṃ, Svabhāva, Śuddha).

Ḍhaḥ sarva dharmāḥ svabhāva śuddho 'haṃ. All is empty, purify and cleanse. Oṃ āhāra āhāra sarva vidyādhara pūcite āḥ hūṃ. Oṃ vajra dhūpe āḥ hūṃ. Oṃ vajra puṣpe āḥ hūṃ. Oṃ vajra āloke āḥ hūṃ. Oṃ vajra gandhe āḥ hūṃ. Oṃ vajra naivedya āḥ hūṃ. Oṃ vajra śabda āḥ hūṃ. Oṃ āḥ hūṃ. Then the practice of the vase: Lotus Mandala Bhrūṃ. Hrīḥ. Inside the vase is a lotus palace. In the center is a lotus sun and moon cushion. Above that, light radiates from Hrīḥ, Guru Arya Avalokiteśvara, one face, four arms, body color white, the first two hands joined in prayer, the lower right hand holds a crystal rosary, the lower left hand holds a lotus, adorned with peaceful ornaments, the two legs sit in vajra posture. The outer layer is six lotus petals, above that six Hūṃs arise spontaneously, in the east is the white god Indra, dressed as an emanation body in Dharma robes, the two hands play the lute, with loving-kindness towards the gods. In the southeast is the yellow Śākya Siṃha, dressed as an emanation body in Dharma robes, the two hands hold a staff and begging bowl, with loving-kindness towards humans. In the southwest is the red Namkha Dzö, dressed as an emanation body in Dharma robes, the two hands hold a treasure box, with loving-kindness towards pretas. In the west is the smoky Siṃha Damden, dressed as an emanation body in Dharma robes, the two hands hold scriptures, with loving-kindness towards animals. In the northwest is the blue Tak Sang Ris, dressed as an emanation body in Dharma robes, the two hands hold protective armor, with loving-kindness towards asuras. In the northeast is the dark blue Dharma King, dressed as an emanation body in Dharma robes, the two hands hold fire and water to purify obscurations, with loving-kindness towards hell beings. From the four doors come Jaḥ Hūṃ Baṃ Hoḥ, the four door goddesses are white, yellow, red, and green, with pure clothes tied around their necks, adorned with wish-fulfilling trees, marked with the vajra of bodhicitta, tied with a mantra cord of the stream of compassion. Then the empowerment of space: Hrīḥ. Just as all the Buddhas of the three times, empower and bless, by the lord of the family empowering, bless body, speech, and mind. Oṃ Hūṃ Trāṃ Hrīḥ Āḥ. Abhiṣiñca Āḥ. Then inviting from space
