May all obscurations of afflictions and knowledge be purified! Just as a vase is full and overflowing, may life, power, and possessions, etc., increase! Kala Sha Panca Ratna Abhi Shinca Ah! (藏文, Devanagari, Roman transliteration, Chinese literal meaning) With this vase, perform the empowerment and bath. If there is a sick person, by reciting the essence mantra and bathing, think that all illnesses, evil spirits, and obstacles are purified and no longer remain. Think of being endowed with life, glory, and merit. Then, the empowerment with the eight auspicious substances: Precious golden umbrella, auspicious precious substance, the Sugata's body manifests marks and signs, empowering the son of a fortunate lineage, may all beings have the auspiciousness of a cloud of Dharma! Precious victory banner, auspicious precious substance, the Sugata's body manifests marks and signs, empowering the son of a fortunate lineage, may all beings have the auspiciousness of victory over the Maras! Precious golden fish, auspicious precious substance, the Sugata's eyes manifest marks and signs, empowering the son of a fortunate lineage, may all beings have the auspiciousness of possessing five eyes! Precious conch shell, auspicious precious substance, the Sugata's speech manifests marks and signs, empowering the son of a fortunate lineage, may all beings have the auspiciousness of the sound of Dharma speech! Precious vase, auspicious precious substance, the Sugata's neck manifests marks and signs, empowering the son of a fortunate lineage, may all beings have the auspiciousness of immortal life! Precious endless knot, auspicious precious substance, the Sugata's heart manifests marks and signs, empowering the son of a fortunate lineage, may all beings have the auspiciousness of an unchanging heart! Precious lotus, auspicious precious substance, the Sugata's tongue manifests marks and signs, the fortunate lineage... may all beings have the auspiciousness of possessing all qualities... Precious wheel, auspicious precious substance, the Sugata's feet... the fortunate... may all beings have the auspiciousness of cutting the stream of samsara! Thus, write the eight auspicious substances and hand them over. Then, the empowerment of the Chakravartin King: Precious King, Chakravartin King of the three thousand worlds, possessing a body with marks and signs, the fortunate... may you obtain the royal power to freely turn the wheel of Dharma! Precious Queen, wish-fulfilling jewel, arising Bodhicitta, pleasing the King's body, possessing five mothers, the fortunate... may you obtain the empowerment of the union of skillful means and wisdom! 具慧者乐于亲近安住，执掌大国王的政事，为具缘种姓之子灌顶，愿获得具足禅定智慧之灌顶。统兵将领珍宝暴怒金刚持，以九种功德摧毁他方军队，具缘种姓之……，愿获得摧毁魔军之灌顶。珍宝轮千辐金制成，大国王无论去向皆可调转，具缘种姓之……，愿获得断绝有轮之灌顶。珍宝如意宝供养能生所需所欲，圆满大国王的福德权势，具缘种姓之子……，愿获得断绝饥渴丰饶之灌顶。骏马珍宝具力如云速，大国王以神变骏马为座骑，具缘种姓之……，愿获得迅速前往佛地的灌顶。大象珍宝具足力量与十力，能助大国王的军队，为具缘种姓之子灌顶，愿获得前往一切智智之灌顶。如是交付于八宝之画像。如是灌顶后沐浴以净除罪障，于咒语之末，愿某某之烦恼障，业障，异熟障，所知障，一切罪障清净且不复存在。如是语毕，观想一切罪障于空明中清净。若为病人，愿风胆涎等诸病皆得清净。愿一切邪魔与障碍皆得平息。愿身体之疾病，内心之痛苦皆得清净。愿得平息，愿成空性。如是语毕而沐浴。若为不净所染，或为破戒者之阴影所触，或为不净之秽气所染，或为疾病瘟疫麻风之气所染，或因不净而使天神护法远离，或令护法不悦，愿皆得清净，愿得平息，愿成空性。如是语毕而沐浴。结尾之义为：宝瓶之智慧尊降临，誓言尊融入剩余之水中，观想自身为本尊，于无所缘中印持。上师莲花生大士，为消除疾病邪魔，以及破戒染污之目的而作，大悲至极。

The wise one delights in approaching and abiding, holding the reins of the great king's politics. By bestowing empowerment upon the son of a fortunate lineage, may he obtain the empowerment of possessing meditative wisdom. The precious and wrathful commander Vajradhara, with nine qualities, destroys the armies of others. Son of a fortunate lineage... May he obtain the empowerment to destroy the armies of demons. The precious wheel, with a thousand golden spokes, turns wherever the great king goes. Son of a fortunate lineage... May he obtain the empowerment to cut off the cycle of existence. The precious wish-fulfilling jewel, through offerings, brings forth desired needs. It perfects the merit and power of the great king. Son of a fortunate lineage... May he obtain the empowerment to end hunger and thirst and to have abundance. The supreme horse, a precious jewel, possesses strength and cloud-like speed. The great king rides the miraculous horse. Son of a fortunate lineage... May he obtain the empowerment to swiftly reach the Buddha-land. The elephant, a precious jewel, possesses strength and the ten powers. It supports the army of the great king. By bestowing empowerment upon the son of a fortunate lineage, may he obtain the empowerment to go towards omniscience. Thus, entrust it to the painted images of the eight precious things. Having thus bestowed empowerment, if one bathes to purify obscurations, at the end of the mantra, may the afflictive obscurations of so-and-so, karmic obscurations, resultant obscurations, obscurations of knowledge, and all obscurations be purified and cease to exist. Having spoken these words, contemplate that all obscurations are purified into clarity and emptiness. If one is sick, may all diseases of wind, bile, and phlegm be purified. May all demons and obstacles be pacified. May all physical illnesses and mental sufferings be purified. May it be pacified, may it become emptiness. Having spoken thus, bathe. If one is afflicted by impurity, or touched by the shadow of a degenerate, or afflicted by impure effluvia, or afflicted by the vapors of disease, epidemics, or leprosy, or if the gods and protectors have departed due to impurity, or if the Dharma protectors and guardians are displeased, may all be purified, may it be pacified, may it become emptiness. Having spoken thus, bathe. The meaning of the conclusion is: The wisdom being of the vase departs. The samaya being dissolves into the remaining water. Meditate on oneself as the deity. Seal it in non-objectification. Guru Padmasambhava, made this for the purpose of dispelling sickness, demons, and the defilement of broken vows, with great compassion.
