缠绕于系绳之上，触及宝瓶之大悲寂怒二尊，激发誓言之传承，向外散发至安乐逝者处，汇集智慧之精华，向内融入宝瓶之本尊，观想手中甘露宝瓶满溢而出，充满宝瓶之宫殿。其时间之修持，可为三日，或七日，或十四日，或二十一日等。数量之修持，可为十万。修持之征象，如水沸腾，或得暖意，或生蒸汽等。最后沐浴并灌顶时，首先应赞颂：于无生之法界，为利有情众生故，以无间断之大悲，以方便调伏六道众生，以慈悲垂视一切众生之大悲者，向怙主观世音菩萨顶礼赞颂。祈请赐予灌顶加持于此具缘者。将法性甘露转为殊胜之灌顶，将五毒三毒转为妙药者， 消除一切众生之痛苦者，向忿怒甘露漩顶礼赞颂。祈请赐予灌顶加持于此具缘者。如是祈请后，以宝瓶灌顶：将宝瓶置于弟子或施主之顶上，以宝瓶灌顶，清净业障，如红莲花般置于顶上，系上清净无垢之丝绸头巾，以结满果实之树枝装饰，以具足功德、美好、清凉、甘甜之水，以美好之鲜花、具足香气之香水，以五药、五谷、五香、五宝，为具缘之种姓之子灌顶，愿具足三十二相！以头饰灌顶，愿具足八十随好！以系绳灌顶，愿具足大悲之连绵不断！以五宝灌顶，愿如意满足所需所愿！以五药灌顶，愿从风、胆、痰之疾病痛苦中解脱！以五香灌顶，愿具足戒律之殊胜，并具足圣者之食物！以五心要灌顶，愿具足身、语、意、功德、事业五者！如宝瓶内部空空荡荡一般，烦恼之业

The duration of the practice can be three days, or seven days, or fourteen days, or twenty-one days, etc. The quantity of the practice can be one hundred thousand. The signs of the practice are water boiling, or gaining warmth, or steam arising, etc. At the end, when bathing and bestowing empowerment, first, praise should be offered: From the unborn realm, for the sake of benefiting sentient beings, with uninterrupted compassion, subduing the six realms with skillful means, with compassion gazing upon all sentient beings, to the protector Avalokiteśvara, I prostrate and praise. Please bestow empowerment and blessings upon this fortunate one. Transforming the nectar of reality into supreme empowerment, transforming the five poisons and three poisons into medicine, Eliminating the suffering of all sentient beings, to the wrathful nectar swirl, I prostrate and praise. Please bestow empowerment and blessings upon this fortunate one. After praying in this way, empower with the vase: Place the vase on the crown of the disciple or benefactor, empower with the vase, purify obscurations, place it on the crown like a red lotus, tie a clean and stainless silk headscarf, decorate with a tree bearing fruit, with water that is virtuous, beautiful, cool, and sweet, with beautiful flowers, fragrant perfume, with five medicines, five grains, five incenses, five jewels, empower the fortunate son of the lineage, may he be endowed with the thirty-two major marks! Empower with the head ornament, may he be endowed with the eighty minor marks! Empower with the thread, may he be endowed with the continuous lineage of great compassion! Empower with the five jewels, may he fulfill all needs and desires as wished! Empower with the five medicines, may he be liberated from the suffering of diseases of wind, bile, and phlegm! Empower with the five incenses, may he be endowed with the supreme of discipline, and may he be endowed with the food of the noble ones! Empower with the five essences, may he be endowed with the five: body, speech, mind, qualities, and activity! Just as the inside of the vase is empty, the karma of afflictions
