Behind are the longevity tree, arrow, and banner, Offerings are made properly, Visualize yourself in front as the deity, sit upright, Focus on the main and surrounding figures of the empowerment substances, Recite and gather the essence of longevity, Visualize the deities dissolving into light and becoming substances, After bathing the disciple, dispel obstacles, After prostrating and offering a mandala, Make this supplication: Bhagavan, Protector, Lord of Wisdom and Longevity, Inseparably, Vajra Master, consider me, From the mandala of the immortal body, speech, and mind, Please grant the empowerment and blessings of longevity. Recite this three times as a supplication, Purify the continuum with the seven-branch practice, Generate the deity and bestow great wisdom and blessings, Make it firm with Tiṣṭha Vajra (藏文：ཏིཥྛ་བཛྲ，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：tiṣṭha vajra，汉语字面意思：Stay Vajra).
