已獲得（成就）。您的誓言實現之時已到來。請將加持降臨於此聖地。請賜予我這位修行者四種灌頂。舒布巴威森格（Śudpu dpal gyi seng ge）和空行母益西措嘉（Ye shes mtsho rgyal）在空行母網的秘密洞穴中，為了未來弟子眾生的利益，發願無有生死。已獲得不增不減的聖身。您的誓言實現之時已到來。請將加持降臨於此聖地。請賜予我這位修行者四種灌頂。過去是壽命的源泉，現在是壽命的榮耀。所有壽命之神眾，以及偉大的修行持明者們，與虛空邊際相等的一切有情和器物，都匯集為壽命，安放於吉祥寶瓶之中。請賜予我這位修行者壽命灌頂。身之化現如千道閃電般閃耀，語之化現如千龍轟鳴，意之化現匯集壽命精華。從上下十方世界，汲取並融入自然壽命精華。恢復已衰損的壽命，將壽命成就匯集於寶瓶中。為我增長光輝和福德，顯示徵兆和標誌，祈請賜予壽命成就。 如是降下加持。接著是勾召壽命：事業金剛手持香，帶著箭和幡，繞著壇城，如此說道： 舍（藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城體：ह्रीः，梵文羅馬擬音：hrīḥ，漢語字面意思：種子字）！從自顯任運成就的宮殿中，在壇城中央的中心，蓮花生大士無量壽佛（Pad 'byung tshe dpag med），與自身無異的佛母至尊札拉尼（TsaN+Da lii），從父續母續雙運壇城中，放射出斑斕的壽命光芒，降伏十方虛空的魔，匯集不死壽命精華，賜予我們這些有緣者。 舍（藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城體：ह्रीः，梵文羅馬擬音：hrīḥ，漢語字面意思：種子字）！在頂髻日月之座上，無量光是壽命之主，觀世音自在是眾生之怙主，秘密智慧般若佛母，從父續母續雙運壇城中，匯集最秘密的壽命精華，賜予我們這些有緣者。 舍（藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城體：ह्रीः，梵文羅馬擬音：hrīḥ，漢語字面意思：種子字）！中央白色明點之中，古汝布達無量壽佛（Guru buddha tshe dpag med），曼達拉娃佛眼佛母（Manda ra ba sangs rgyas spyan），從父續母續雙運壇城中，匯集中央方向的壽命精華，賜予我們這些有緣者。 舍（藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城體：ह्रीः，梵文羅馬擬音：hrīḥ，漢語字面意思：種子字）！從東方壽命壇城中，在光明點的宮殿裡，古汝班雜無量壽佛（Guru badzra tshe dpag med），益西措嘉瑪瑪格（Ye shes mtsho rgyal maa maa kii），從父續母續雙運壇城中，匯集東方方向的壽

Attained (accomplishment). The time has come for your vow. Please bestow blessings upon this sacred place. Please grant me, this practitioner, the four empowerments. Śudpu Dpal gyi Sengge and the Dakini Yeshe Tsogyal, in the secret cave of the Dakini Net, for the benefit of future disciples and beings, made a vow to be free from birth and death. The sacred body that neither increases nor decreases has been attained. The time has come for your vow. Please bestow blessings upon this sacred place. Please grant me, this practitioner, the four empowerments. In the past, it was a good source of life, now it is the glory of life. All the deities of life, and the great Vidyadharas of practice, all sentient beings and objects equal to the extent of space, are gathered into life, and placed in the auspicious vase. Please grant me, this practitioner, the life empowerment. The emanation of the body flashes like a thousand lightning bolts, the emanation of speech roars like a thousand dragons, the emanation of mind gathers the essence of life. From the worlds of the ten directions above and below, draw and infuse the naturally occurring essence of life. Restore the diminished life force, and gather the accomplishments of life into the vase. Increase glory and merit for me, show signs and symbols, and grant the accomplishment of life. Thus, bestow the blessings. Then, to summon life: The Karma Vajra holds incense, with arrows and banners, circling the mandala, and says this: Hrīḥ! From the self-illuminated, spontaneously accomplished palace, in the center of the mandala, Guru Padmasambhava Amitayus, the supreme mother Tsaṇḍālī identical to himself, from the union mandala of father and mother tantras, radiate colorful rays of life, subdue the maras of the ten directions of space, gather the essence of immortal life, and bestow it upon us fortunate ones. Hrīḥ! On the seat of the sun and moon on the crown of the head, Amitabha is the lord of life, Avalokiteśvara is the protector of beings, the secret wisdom Prajñāpāramitā mother, from the union mandala of father and mother tantras, gather the most secret essence of Āyu, and bestow it upon us fortunate ones. Hrīḥ! In the center of the white and clear bindu in the center direction, Guru Buddha Amitayus, Mandāravā Buddha's eye mother, from the union mandala of father and mother tantras, gather the essence of life from the central direction, and bestow it upon us fortunate ones. Hrīḥ! From the eastern life mandala, in the palace of the clear light bindu, Guru Vajra Amitayus, Yeshe Tsogyal Māmaki, from the union mandala of father and mother tantras, gather the essence of life from the eastern direction,
