With fierce (anger), I confess from the depths of my heart! Whatever merit I and others have accumulated in the three times, I rejoice in the supreme liberation! I beseech all the bodhisattvas who fill the ten directions to turn the wheel of the unsurpassed Dharma! Until all beings are established in the state of great bliss, I beseech you to remain without passing into sorrowless peace! Whatever merit I and others have accumulated in the three times, I dedicate it to the vast expanse of Samantabhadra! May I attain a body like an immaculate vajra, and may the five kayas be perfected and the activities be accomplished! Command the obstacles, set boundaries, and meditate on the protective circle: Hrīḥ! From the state of emptiness, on top of the lotus, moon, and sun, I am the sovereign king, the glorious supreme horse! A terrifying form, reddish-brown, with one face and two arms, the right hand holding a vajra club, the left hand holding a snake lasso. Wearing a lion's upper garment, adorned with charnel ground warrior attire. The green horse-headed neighing resounds through the three realms. The hands and feet are adorned with snake bracelets, skulls, and precious jewels. Dwelling in the center of flames, standing on a corpse in a haughty posture. Manifest as a powerful and unparalleled form. Purify, bathe, and bless with the six syllables. Having blessed, command the obstacles: Hrīḥ! In this supreme, profound, and secret mandala, to the deluded obstacles who cannot bear to see or hear, and who cling to duality, may this agreeable karmic debt satisfy you! The wrathful king has commanded, now depart immediately! Hrīḥ! From the beginning, I am the extremely wrathful king of wrath! The wrathful hosts blazing from my body surge like stars! With syllables, mudras, weapons, and flames, I reduce to dust those who are malicious and full of hatred! Oṃ Vajra Mahākrodha Hayagrīva Siddhi Gaṇḍe Hulu Hulu Hūṃ Phaṭ! Harmer Duti Uccaṭa Ya Phaṭ! Incense with gugul mixed substances. With threatening and terrifying dance postures, visualize the hosts of obstacles scattering in all directions. Perform the boundary setting and protective circle as follows: Hrīḥ! Phenomenal existence and its contents are inherently the realm of the victorious ones, appearance and sound are the self-nature of the play of the three kayas, even the names of obstacles and hindrances do not exist. Set the boundary in the expanse of self-aware Dharmakaya! Hrīḥ! From the heart, rays of light radiate upwards, downwards, and in all directions, the vajra, jewel, lotus, crossed vajra, and the wheel and fire mountain protective circles are completely sealed.
