་འཕྲོས་པས། ཕྱི་སྣོད་ཀྱི་དྭངས་མ་ནང་བཅུད་ཀྱི་སྙིང་པོ་ཁྱད་པར་ཚངས་པ་སོགས་ལྷ་དགའ་བོ་སོགས་ཀླུ་དབང་རྒྱལ་པོ་སོགས་མི་མདོར་ན་ཕྱི་ནང་སྣོད་བཅུད་ཐམས་ཅད་འོད་དུ་ལྟེམ་གྱིས་ཞུ་བའི་དྭངས་མ། ཨ་དཀར་པོ་དང་ནྲྀཿལྗང་གུའི་རྣམ་པ་བཀྲག་མེར་མེར་གང་བ་འོད་ཟེར་དང་བཅས་ཏེ་རང་གི་བ་སྤུའི་བུ་ག་རྣམས་སུ་ཞུགས། ཁྱད་པར་ནྲྀཿཉིད་སྙིང་གའི་ཧྲཱིཿཡིག་གི་ཧ་ཡི་ཁོག་པར་བཅུག །ཨ་ནྲྀའི་མིག་ཏུ་བཅུག་ལ་སྙིང་ཁར་ཉི་ཟླ་གྭའུའི་ནང་དུ་བཅུག་སྟེ་ཕ་ལམ་གྱི་རྡོ་རྗེའི་སྐུད་པས་བཅིངས་ཏེ་སུས་ཀྱང་གླགས་མི་རྙེད་པ་འཆི་མེད་རྡོ་རྗེའི་སྐུ་ཐོབ་པར་བསམ་ཞིང་། གོང་གི་ལྷ་མོ་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་བཅུད་བསྡུས་པས་མེ་ཡིས་དྲོད་ཀྱི་སྒོ་ནས་ཚེ་ཉམས་པ་དང་ཆུས་ཁྲག་གི་ས་ཡིས་ཤ་རླུང་གིས་དབུགས་ནམ་མཁས་སེམས་ཀྱི་སྟེ་ཚེ་ ཉམས་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་གསོས་ནས། རང་ལུས་བཀྲག་མདངས་གཟི་བརྗིད་ཕུན་སུམ་ཚོགས་པ་རྡོ་རྗེའི་སྐུར་གྱུར་པར་བསམ་ལ། ཨོཾ་གུ་རུ་ཨཱ་ཡུའི་ཛཔ྄་ཅི་ནུས་སུ་འབད། དེ་ནས་རྗེས་ཀྱི་དོན་ནི། མདུན་བསྐྱེད་ཀྱི་རྒྱལ་བ་སྲས་བཅས་ཐམས་ཅད་དང་ཁྱད་པར་ཚེའི་ལྷ་མོ་དང་བཅས་པ་གཙོ་བོ་ལ་ཐིམ། དེ་སྤྱི་གཙུག་བདེ་བ་ཆེན་པོའི་འཁོར་ལོར་བྱོན། ཐུགས་ཀའི་ཟླ་བ་ལས་ཐིགས་པ་ཞིག་མཆེད་ནས་ཐབས་མཆོག་ཧཾ་ཡིག་གི་ངོ་བོ་ཟླ་བའི་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་ཞིག་སྙིང་གར་བབས། ལྟེ་བ་ཤེས་རབ་ཨ་ཐུང་ལས་ཉི་མའི་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་ཞིག་ཡར་མཆེད་དེ་ཟླ་ཉི་འཛོམ་པའི་བར་དུ་ཧྲཱིཿཡིག་ཧའི་ཁོག་པར་ཕྱི་ནང་འབྱུང་བའི་དྭངས་མ་ཚེ་བཅུད་ཀྱི་སྙིང་པོ་ནྲྀ་ལྗང་གུ །ནྲྀ་ཡིག་གི་མིག་ཨ་ལོང་ལྟ་བུའི་ནང་དུ་ཨ་དཀར་པོ་གནས་པའི་མཐར་ཨོཾ་གུ་རུ་ཨཱ་ཡུརྫྙཱ་ན་ཞེས་པའི་སྔགས་རྣམས་འོད་ཟེར་གྱི་དྲྭ་བ་གཅིག་ལ་གཅིག་འཁྱུད་པ་དང་ཚོན་གྱི་གྲུ་གུ་བཞིན་དུ་བསྟུམས་པ། དེའི་ཕྱིར་གོང་ལྟར་ཕ་ལམ་ལས་གྲུབ་པའི་རྡོ་རྗེའི་སྐུད་པས་བཅིངས་ཏེ་ནམ་དུའང་ལྷ་འདྲེ་མི་སོགས་གདོན་བགེགས་གང་གིས་ཀྱང་གླགས་མི་རྙེད་པ་ཞིག་རྡོ་རྗེའི་ལྟེ་བར་བྱས་ནས། རང་ལུས་གསེར་གྱི་རྡོ་རྗེ་རྩེ་ལྔ་པ་རྒྱུ་ཕ་ལམ་ལས་གྲུབ་པ་སྲ་ཞིང་བརྟན་པ་སོགས་རྡོ་རྗེའི་མཚན་ཉིད་བདུན་དང་ལྡན་པ་ཞིག་ཏུ་གསལ། སྔར་འདས་ཀྱི་རྗེས་མི་བཅད་མ་འོངས་པའི་མདུན་མི་བསུ་ ད་ལྟའི་ཤེས་པ་ལ་བཟོས་མ་བསླད་པ་གསལ་སྟོང་འཛིན་མེད་སྐྱེ་འགག་གནས་བྲལ་སེམས་ཀྱི་རང་བཞིན་འོད་གསལ་བ་ཞེས་པའི་ངང་ལ་ཆམ་གྱི་ཀློད་ལ་བཞག་གོ །ཞེས་རྩ་བའི་བླ་མའི་གསུང་ལྗགས་ཀྱི་བདུད་རྩི་ཞལ་ཤེས་མན

延续前文，外部世界的精华和内部有情众生的精髓，特别是梵天等天神，欢喜天等，龙王等，以及人类，简而言之，所有外部世界和内部有情众生，都化为光芒，缓缓融入精华之中。白色的ཨ་（藏文，梵文天城体：अ，梵文罗马拟音：a，汉语字面意思：阿）和绿色的ནྲྀཿ（藏文，梵文天城体：नृ，梵文罗马拟音：nri，汉语字面意思：讷利）的形态，闪闪发光，伴随着光芒，融入自身的毛孔之中。特别是将ནྲྀཿ（藏文，梵文天城体：नृ，梵文罗马拟音：nri，汉语字面意思：讷利）融入心间的ཧྲཱིཿ（藏文，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：舍）字的ཧ་（藏文，梵文天城体：ह，梵文罗马拟音：ha，汉语字面意思：哈）之中。将ཨ་（藏文，梵文天城体：अ，梵文罗马拟音：a，汉语字面意思：阿）和ནྲྀཿ（藏文，梵文天城体：नृ，梵文罗马拟音：nri，汉语字面意思：讷利）放入眼中，并将日月放入心间的嘎乌盒中，用金刚石的金刚绳捆绑，观想获得无人能找到破绽的不死金刚身。通过上方诸位天女收集精华，火以热力的形式恢复生命力，水以血液的形式恢复肉体，风以呼吸的形式恢复生命，空以心识的形式恢复生命，所有衰退的生命力都得到恢复。观想自身变得光彩照人，光芒四射，圆满具足，转变为金刚身。尽力念诵ཨོཾ་གུ་རུ་ཨཱ་ཡུའི་ཛཔ྄་（藏文，梵文天城体：嗡 咕噜 阿 瑜 嘉纳，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ guru āyu jñāna，汉语字面意思：嗡 咕噜 寿命 智）的咒语。然后是后续的修持：前方观想的诸佛菩萨，特别是包括长寿天女在内的所有本尊，都融入主尊之中。主尊来到头顶的大乐轮。从心间的月亮中生出一滴甘露，以殊胜方便法ཧཾ་（藏文，梵文天城体：हं，梵文罗马拟音：haṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）字的形式，一个月亮坛城降临于心间。从肚脐的智慧ཨ་（藏文，梵文天城体：अ，梵文罗马拟音：a，汉语字面意思：阿）字中，升起一个太阳坛城，在日月交融之处，ཧྲཱིཿ（藏文，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：舍）字在ཧ་（藏文，梵文天城体：ह，梵文罗马拟音：ha，汉语字面意思：哈）字之中，内外显现的精华，生命力的精髓，绿色的ནྲྀ་（藏文，梵文天城体：नृ，梵文罗马拟音：nri，汉语字面意思：讷利）。在ནྲྀ་（藏文，梵文天城体：नृ，梵文罗马拟音：nri，汉语字面意思：讷利）字的眼睛般的圆圈中，白色的ཨ་（藏文，梵文天城体：अ，梵文罗马拟音：a，汉语字面意思：阿）安住，其周围是ཨོཾ་གུ་རུ་ཨཱ་ཡུརྫྙཱ་ན་（藏文，梵文天城体：嗡 咕噜 阿 瑜 嘉纳，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ guru āyu jñāna，汉语字面意思：嗡 咕噜 寿命 智）的咒语，如光网般相互交织，又如颜色的线条般紧密相连。因此，如前所述，用金刚石制成的金刚绳捆绑，无论何时，任何天神、魔鬼、人类等鬼神都无法找到破绽，将其作为金刚的中心。观想自身成为黄金五股金刚杵，材质由金刚石制成，坚固稳定，具备金刚的七种特质。不追忆过去，不迎接未来，对于当下的觉知，不做作不掺杂，在光明空性、无执、无生灭、无住的心性光明之中，放松安住。这是根本上师口头传承的甘露教言。

Continuing from the previous text, the essence of the external world and the core of internal sentient beings, especially gods like Brahma, deities like the Joyful One, dragon kings, and humans, in short, all external and internal phenomena and sentient beings, are transformed into light, slowly dissolving into the essence. The white A (藏文，梵文天城体：अ，梵文罗马拟音：a，汉语字面意思：A) and the green NRI (藏文，梵文天城体：नृ，梵文罗马拟音：nri，汉语字面意思：NRI) appear sparkling, accompanied by rays of light, and enter into one's own pores. In particular, NRI (藏文，梵文天城体：नृ，梵文罗马拟音：nri，汉语字面意思：NRI) itself is placed within the HA (藏文，梵文天城体：ह，梵文罗马拟音：ha，汉语字面意思：HA) of the HRIH (藏文，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：HRIH) syllable in the heart. Place A (藏文，梵文天城体：अ，梵文罗马拟音：a，汉语字面意思：A) and NRI (藏文，梵文天城体：नृ，梵文罗马拟音：nri，汉语字面意思：NRI) in the eyes, and place the sun and moon in the gau box in the heart, bound with a diamond vajra cord, contemplating that one has obtained an immortal vajra body that no one can find a flaw in. Through the goddesses above collecting the essence, fire restores life force through heat, water restores flesh through blood, wind restores breath, and space restores the mind, thus restoring all diminished life force. Contemplate that one's own body becomes radiant, glorious, and perfectly complete, transformed into a vajra body. Strive to recite the mantra OM GURU AYU JÑANA (藏文，梵文天城体：嗡 咕噜 阿 瑜 嘉纳，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ guru āyu jñāna，汉语字面意思：OM Guru Life Wisdom) as much as possible. Then comes the subsequent practice: all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas visualized in front, especially all the deities including the longevity goddess, dissolve into the main deity. That deity comes to the great bliss wheel on the crown of the head. From the moon in the heart, a drop of nectar arises, and in the form of the supreme method syllable HAM (藏文，梵文天城体：हं，梵文罗马拟音：haṃ，汉语字面意思：HUM), a mandala of the moon descends into the heart. From the wisdom A (藏文，梵文天城体：अ，梵文罗马拟音：a，汉语字面意思：A) at the navel, a mandala of the sun rises upwards, and where the sun and moon meet, HRIH (藏文，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：HRIH) is in the HA (藏文，梵文天城体：ह，梵文罗马拟音：ha，汉语字面意思：HA) syllable, the essence that arises internally and externally, the core of life force, the green NRI (藏文，梵文天城体：नृ，梵文罗马拟音：nri，汉语字面意思：NRI). In the eye-like circle of the NRI (藏文，梵文天城体：नृ，梵文罗马拟音：nri，汉语字面意思：NRI) syllable, the white A (藏文，梵文天城体：अ，梵文罗马拟音：a，汉语字面意思：A) resides, surrounded by the mantra OM GURU AYU JÑANA (藏文，梵文天城体：嗡 咕噜 阿 瑜 嘉纳，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ guru āyu jñāna，汉语字面意思：OM Guru Life Wisdom), like a web of light intertwined with each other, and closely connected like lines of color. Therefore, as mentioned above, bind it with a diamond vajra cord made of diamond, so that no gods, demons, humans, or other spirits can ever find a flaw, and make it the center of the vajra. Visualize one's own body as a golden five-pronged vajra, made of diamond material, solid and stable, possessing the seven qualities of a vajra. Do not cut off the past, do not welcome the future, and for the present awareness, without fabrication or adulteration, in the clear, empty, ungrasping, unarising, unceasing, and unlocalized nature of mind, which is clear light, relax and rest. This is the nectar instruction from the oral transmission of the root guru.
