་ཉི་མའི་འོད་ཟེར་ལྟར་འཕྲོས། བརྟན་གཡོ་འཁོར་འདས་ཀྱི་ཆོས་ཐམས་ཅད་ལ་ཕོག་པས་རྒྱལ་བ་སྲས་དང་བཅས་པའི་ཐུགས་རྗེའི་བྱིན་རླབས་ཀྱི་མཐུ་དང་། སྟོང་གསུམ་འཇིག་རྟེན་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱི་འབྱུང་ལྔའི་མདངས་དང་རྩི་བཅུད། སྐྱེ་འགྲོ་མཐའ་དག་གི་ཚེ་དཔལ་ནུས་སྟོབས་ལས་དང་བསོད་ནམས། ཁྱད་པར་ལྷ་ཀླུ་གནོད་སྦྱིན་རིག་འཛིན་གྲུབ་པ་སོགས་ཚེ་བསྐལ་པ་དང་མཉམ་པར་གནས་པ་རྣམས་ཀྱི་ཚེ་བཅུད་བཀྲག་དང་གཟི་མདངས། བན་བོན་མཐུ་བོ་ཆེའི་རིག་སྔགས་ཀྱི་སྦྱོར་བ་དང་། སྡེ་བརྒྱད་མ་རུངས་པས་བླ་དང་ཚེ་སྲོག་ཁྱེར་བ་ལ་སོགས་པ་ཐམས་ཅད། རྡོ་ཁབ་ལེན་གྱིས་ལྕགས་ཕྱེ་བསྡུས་པ་ལྟར་འུབ་ཀྱིས་བསྡུས་ནས་སྙིང་ཁར་ཐིམ་པས་དྭངས་མའི་འོད་ཀྱིས་ལུས་ཀྱི་ནང་ཐམས་ཅད་གང་བའི་མོས་པ་མཛོད། ཚེ་མདའ་གཡབ་ཅིང་། ཧྲཱིཿ བཅོམ་ལྡན་མགོན་པོ་ཚེ་དཔག་མེད། །སོགས་གྱེར། དེ་ལྟར་ལུས་ཚེའི་དྭངས་མའི་འོད་ཀྱིས་གང་བའི་སྲོག་གི་སྒོར་རྟ་མགྲིན་དམར་པོ་བེ་ཅོན་དང་ཞགས་པ་འཛིན་པ་སྤྱི་བོར་རྟ་མགོ་ལྗང་ཞུར་རྟ་སྐད་སྒྲོག་པས། ཕྱིན་ཆད་ཚེ་ལ་བར་དུ་གཅོད་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་བསྲུང་བར་གྱུར་སྙམ་པའི་མོས་པ་མཛོད། རྡོ་རྗེས་སྙིང་གར་རྒྱས་འདེབས་ཤིང་། ཧྲཱིཿ པདྨ་ཀྲོ་དྷ་ཧ་ཡ་གྲཱི་ཝ་ཧཱུྃ་ཕཊ༔ ཅེས་བརྗོད། དེས་སྔོན་འགྲོའི་ཆོས་རྣམས་སོང་ནས། སླར་ཡང་དབང་དངོས་གཞིའི་དོན་དུ་བླ་མ་ལ་མི་ཕྱེད་དད་པའི་གདུང་ཤུགས་དྲགས་པོས་གསོལ་བ་གདབ་པ་འདིའི་རྗེས་ཟློས་མཛོད། རྡོ་རྗེ་འཛིན་པ་དགོངས་སུ་གསོལ། །ཞེས་སོགས་ལན་གསུམ། ཞེས་གསོལ་བ་བཏབ་པས་ནམ་མཁའ་གང་བའི་སངས་རྒྱས་ཚད་མེད་པ་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་བཀྲ་ཤིས་པའི་རྣམ་པ་དུ་མ་དང་ལྡན་པས་འཆི་མེད་བདུད་རྩིས་གང་བའི་བུམ་པ་ཁྱེད་རང་གི་སྤྱི་བོར་བཞག་པའི་ཚེ། དེ་ལས་འཆི་མེད་ཡེ་ཤེས་ཀྱི་བདུད་རྩིའི་ཆུ་རྒྱུན་ཆིལ་ཆིལ་བབས་པ་སྤྱི་བོ་ནས་ཞུགས། ནད་གདོན་བར་ཆད་མི་མཐུན་པའི་ཕྱོགས་ཐམས་ཅད་སྦྱངས། ལུས་ཀྱི་ནང་ཐམས་ཅད་བདུད་རྩིའི་དྭངས་མ་དེས་མེར་ཁྲིག་གིས་གང་བས་འཆི་བ་མེད་པ་རྡོ་རྗེའི་སྲོག་ཐོབ་པའི་མོས་པ་མཛོད། བུམ་པ་སྤྱི་བོར་བཞག་ཅིང་། ཧྲཱིཿ ཕྱི་ནང་སྣོད་བཅུད་སོགས་བརྗོད་ལ་བུམ་ཆུའང་བླུད། དེ་ལྟར་དབང་བསྐུར་པས་འཆི་བ་མེད་པ་བདུད་རྩིའི་ཆུ་རྒྱུན་གྱིས་ལུས་ཐམས་ཅད་གང་ནས་རྡོ་རྗེ་ཚེའི་དབང་ཐོབ་པ་ལ། ནམ་མཁར་བཞུགས་པའི་སངས་རྒྱས་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱིས་ཤིས་བརྗོད་ཀྱི་མེ་ཏོག་ཆར་བཞིན་ཕབ་པས་བརྟན་པར་བྱས་པའི་མོས་པ་མཛོད། རང་བཞིན་རྣམ་དག་ཆོས་དབྱིངས་ངང་ཉིད

如太阳的光芒般照耀，触及一切有常与无常、轮回与涅槃之法，凭借诸佛菩萨的慈悲加持力，以及三千世界一切五大元素的精华和滋养，所有众生的寿命、福德、能力、功业和福报，特别是长寿如劫的诸如天、龙、夜叉、持明者、成就者等的寿命精华、光彩和威严，以及苯教大能者的明咒加持，还有八部凶神夺走生命和寿命等一切，如磁铁吸铁粉般全部聚集融入心间，观想清净的光芒充满整个身体。摇动寿命箭，念诵“舍（藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：种子字）！薄伽梵怙主无量寿（藏文：བཅོམ་ལྡན་མགོན་པོ་ཚེ་དཔག་མེད།）！”等。如此，身体充满寿命精华之光，观想于命门处，红色马头明王手持钺刀和绳索，头顶发出绿色马头嘶鸣声，从此以后，所有障碍寿命者都将被守护。以金刚杵于心间作印，念诵“舍（藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：种子字）！莲花忿怒马头明王吽（藏文：ཧཱུྃ），啪（藏文：ཕཊ）！”。如此前行之法完毕。再次，为了正行灌顶之义，以对上师不退转的强烈信心祈祷，请跟随念诵：金刚持，请垂听！（藏文：རྡོ་རྗེ་འཛིན་པ་དགོངས་སུ་གསོལ།）等三遍。如此祈祷后，观想充满虚空的无量诸佛，以具足多种吉祥之相，将充满不死甘露的宝瓶置于你的头顶。从中，不死智慧的甘露水流涓涓而下，从头顶进入。净化所有疾病、邪魔、障碍和不顺之缘。身体内部充满甘露精华，如火般炽热，观想获得不死金刚之命。将宝瓶置于头顶，念诵“舍（藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：种子字）！外内情器等”，并倾倒宝瓶之水。如此灌顶后，不死甘露之水流充满整个身体，获得金刚寿命灌顶。观想安住于虚空的诸佛如雨般降下吉祥的鲜花，使其稳固。自性清净法界本性

Radiating like the rays of the sun, touching all phenomena of permanence and impermanence, samsara and nirvana, by the power of the compassionate blessings of all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, and the essence and nourishment of the five elements of all the three thousand worlds, the life, glory, power, actions, and merit of all beings, especially the life essence, radiance, and splendor of those who dwell for eons, such as gods, nagas, yakshas, vidyadharas, and siddhas, and the empowerment of the powerful mantras of the Bonpos, and all those who steal life and lifespan, such as the eight classes of unruly spirits, are gathered and dissolved into the heart like iron filings drawn to a magnet, visualize that the pure light fills the entire body. Wave the life arrow and recite "Hrih! (藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：Seed syllable) Bhagavan Protector Amitayus!" and so on. Thus, with the body filled with the pure light of life essence, visualize at the life gate, red Hayagriva holding a chopper and a lasso, with a green horse head neighing on the crown of his head, that from now on, all those who obstruct life will be protected. Seal the heart with a vajra and recite "Hrih! (藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：Seed syllable) Padma Krodha Hayagriva Hum (藏文：ཧཱུྃ) Phat (藏文：ཕཊ)!" Thus, the preliminary practices are completed. Again, for the meaning of the actual empowerment, pray with intense devotion and unwavering faith in the lama, please repeat after me: Vajradhara, please listen! (藏文：རྡོ་རྗེ་འཛིན་པ་དགོངས་སུ་གསོལ།) and so on, three times. After praying in this way, visualize that the immeasurable Buddhas filling the sky, with many auspicious signs, place a vase filled with immortal nectar on your head. From it, a stream of immortal wisdom nectar flows down from the crown of the head. Purify all diseases, evil spirits, obstacles, and unfavorable conditions. The inside of the body is filled with the essence of nectar, blazing like fire, visualize that you have obtained the immortal vajra life. Place the vase on the head and recite "Hrih! (藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：Seed syllable) Outer and inner containers and contents, etc.," and pour the vase water. After such empowerment, the stream of immortal nectar fills the entire body, and you receive the vajra life empowerment. Visualize that all the Buddhas abiding in the sky shower auspicious flowers like rain, making it stable. The very nature is pure, the essence of the Dharmadhatu.
