Ṭa. From the heart of the Front Generation, immeasurable rays of light emanate. Arouse the minds of the Victorious Ones and their children in the ten directions. Samharana Hum (藏文：སཾ་ཧ་ར་ཎ་ཧཱུྃ།，梵文天城体：संहारण हुं，梵文罗马拟音：samharana hum，汉语字面意思：Gather Hum). Gather the blessings and accomplishments of body, speech, and mind. The life force of the pure assembly of deities dissolves into Hrih (藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：Seed Syllable Hrih). Bodhicitta Ayu Punye Jah Hum Vam Hoh (藏文：བོ་དྷི་ཙིཏྟ་ཨཱ་ཡུཿཔུཎྱེ་ཛཿཧཱུྃ་བཾ་ཧོཿ，梵文天城体：बोधचित्त आयुःपुण्ये जः हुं वं होः，梵文罗马拟音：bodhicitta ayuh punye jah hum vam hoh，汉语字面意思：Bodhicitta Life Merit Jah Hum Vam Hoh). From Hrih (藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：Seed Syllable Hrih), four goddesses and rays of light emanate. Gather all the essence of life and the purity of the five elements from the three thousand worlds. Gather them into Hrih (藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：Seed Syllable Hrih), enhancing splendor and power. May the indestructible vajra vows become supreme. Meditate diligently on this meaning, and focusing on the Front Generation, recite as much as possible. For the vase recitation: Hold the string, the light of your life mantra entwines the string. The deities of the vase enter your heart. From their bodies, a stream of bodhicitta nectar flows. It falls, and the vase water becomes one taste, inseparable. Meditate like this, recite a hundred times, and offer the offerings. Think that all the deities dissolve into light with great attachment, becoming one taste in the mind of enlightenment. Again, focusing on all the substances of accomplishment: May the vidyadharas of life and the assemblies of Dharma protectors gather all the accomplishments of life from samsara and nirvana. Gathered in the form of white and red light. By dissolving into all the substances of life, may it become the supreme nectar of immortality. Meditate diligently on this meaning and recite. Then, inspire the heart commitment and summon life: Hrih (藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：Seed Syllable Hrih), Bhagavan Protector Amitayus, arise from the dharmadhatu, the nature of the three kayas. Summon life from all appearances and existence. Grant it to the supreme practitioners here and now. Lasye Ma, the life lord of the east, holds a white vase of life. Summon life from the hands of the Gandharvas. Grant it to the supreme practitioners here and now. Male Ma, the life lord of the south, holds a blue vase of life. Summon life from the hands of Yama. Grant it to the supreme practitioners here and now. Girti Ma, the life lord of the west, holds a red vase of life. Summon life from the hands of the Naga King. Grant it to the supreme practitioners here and now. Nirti Ma, the life lord of the north, holds a green vase of life. Summon life from the hands of the Yakshas. Grant it to the supreme practitioners here and now. Dhupe Ma, the life lord of the southeast, holds a white vase of life. Summon life from the hands of the Fire God. Grant it to the supreme practitioners here and now. Pushpe Ma, the life lord of the southwest, holds a yellow vase of life. Summon life from the hands of the Rakshasas. Grant it to the supreme practitioners here and now. Aloke, the life lord of the northwest, holds a red vase of life. Summon life from the hands of the Wind God. Grant it to the supreme practitioners here and now.

༴ Northeastern Life Lord Gändhema. Green life ༴ From the powerful hand ༴ Bestow upon all accomplished practitioners here and now. Hūṃ. If life diminishes from the realm of blood, then gather the essence of the water element. Māmakī (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, Literal Chinese Meaning) grant life! May it be unchanging, indestructible, and firm. If from the realm of flesh ༴ Gather the essence of the earth element ༴ Buddha Eye Mother ༴ Unchanging, indestructible ༴ If from the realm of warmth ༴ Gather the essence of the fire element ༴ White-Clad Woman ༴ Unchanging ༴ If from the realm of breath ༴ Gather the essence of the wind element. Tārā of Commitment ༴ Unchanging ༴ If from the realm of mind ༴ Gather the essence of space ༴ Dharmadhātu Rich Woman ༴ Unchanging, indestructible, may it be firm. Thus, invite the essence of life in the form of light and dissolve it into all the substances for practice. Then conceal it again in one's own body: Hrīḥ (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, Literal Chinese Meaning) All the life essences of saṃsāra and nirvāṇa, dissolve into the deities and the substances for practice. That also, in the form of light, is gathered into the Hrīḥ (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, Literal Chinese Meaning) of the heart-life essence. That dissolves into oneself, possessing the essence of life, a sphere of essence-light. Conceal it in the sun-moon amulet box in the center of the heart. Transform into the nature of indestructible vajra. Thus, speak and contemplate the meaning. Third, the subsequent actions: From the blessing of the gathering circle to the giving of leftovers, do as in the Vidyādhara practice manual. To obtain accomplishment: Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ, in the maṇḍala of the dharmadhātu free from partiality. Thus, with prayers and longevity mantras, circumambulate the maṇḍala. Again, touch the three places with the substances for practice. Oṃ. Blessed One, Amitāyus, protector, grant me the empowerment of the life of your body. Body of the inexhaustible ornament wheel, may I be equal to you, protector. Kāya siddhi oṃ. Similarly, transform and recite the speech and mind as well. Enjoy the longevity torma clockwise and the longevity wine counterclockwise. Again, offer and praise, confess transgressions, and if there is a support, dissolve into it. If not, the wisdom beings depart, and the commitment beings dissolve into oneself. Dedicate the merit and conclude with auspicious words. If there is colored powder, pour it into the water; if not, the traces of the action should also be made invisible. Thus, this practice manual of the all-encompassing essence of immortality is written by Vidyādhara Terdag Lingpa, as the moonbeams of Padmasambhava's compassion entered his heart, and the white lotus of wisdom slightly bloomed.
