From hundreds of millions of longevity practices, This, praised as the condensed essence of profundity, May its activities not be corrupted by other methods, But arranged according to its own system, whether much or little, as appropriate. When bestowing the immortal life activities that arise from this profound treasure, The preparatory stages, such as approach, accomplishment, and empowerment, should be done according to the system of whichever it is related to. In general, for a longevity ritual, if there is a painted mandala, it should be displayed.
