Having bestowed the great empowerment that combines all the hundred deities of longevity into one, may you receive the complete empowerment and blessings inseparable from the lord of longevity and his retinue. Believe that you have attained the vajra body, free from birth and death and immutable, and that both aims are spontaneously accomplished. Hūm! I invite the Blessed One, the Buddhas of the four families, along with the goddesses of the four families and their retinues, the bodhisattvas and bodhisattvis, and the Sugata fathers and mothers with their retinues, to come to this place of empowerment! Having come to this place of empowerment, please bestow empowerment upon this worthy vessel! Please bestow the supreme longevity empowerment of the fully endowed enjoyment body and the emanation body! At the center of the great mandala, the Blessed One Vairochana Amitayus, rays of precious light emanate from his body, he bestows the accomplishments of longevity from his hands, rays of longevity mantras emanate from his mouth, increasing life and prosperity. Therefore, connect with these and pledge the samaya. The offering of the mandala, the subsequent empowerments, etc., should be done as usual. The master enjoys the tsok and offers the leftovers, etc. From the auspicious words to the dedication and aspiration, accomplishment is achieved by performing the ritual in sequence. The life force of the unchanging vajra of the three times, Is established by the power of the blessings of the hundred families of the lord of life. To cross the long and dangerous path of birth and death of the six realms, May the empowerment of the unopposed hero be obtained! Thus, the words and meanings of the ancient treasure are profound, possessing the characteristics of hidden and intertwined tantric texts, and their meaning is difficult to understand.
