A concise compilation of the daily recitation of Bhagavan Manjushri, Subduer of Foes, a very clear sequence for visualization and recitation practice - entitled The Diamond Poison Mountain, is present here. Homage to Manjushri Yamantaka! In order to pacify obstacles, enemies, and hindrances, and to triumph over the enemies of the four maras, I write the daily recitation, Subduer of Foes. May the Dharma protectors grant their blessings. Having arranged offerings and tormas as available, this is how the recitation and practice are combined: I take refuge in the unsurpassed protector, I generate the supreme bodhichitta. May all beings have happiness and be free from suffering, may they never be separated from happiness, and may they abide in equanimity. HUM. All you gods, nagas, and other classes of obstructors, listen to the words of truth and depart elsewhere. If you violate the command of the terrifying and blazing one, may a rain of weapons pulverize the harm-doers. OM VAJRA TIKSHNA JVALA RAM RAKSHA. HUM. Opening the door of self-aware, self-luminous wisdom, I respectfully offer the gesture of realization of self-awareness. Until it is accomplished, I will not give up, I will definitely accomplish it. Please bestow your blessings on this great mandala. Purify the confession of misdeeds committed through ignorance. OM AH HUM SVAHA. Through the application of expansion and contraction, great nectar arises. The heaps of desirable qualities are inexhaustible. Outer, inner, and secret offerings are spontaneously accomplished. The perfections of existence and peace are complete. OM AH HUM MAHA SARVA PANCHA AMRITA HUM HRIH THAH. OM AH HUM MAHA RAKTA SAMANTA JVALA MANDALA. HUM PHAT. OM AH HUM MAHA BALIMTA TEJO BALINI BALA BATE GUHYA SAMAYA.

E Svaha. Om Ah Hum. Vajra Puspe. Dhupe. Aloke. Gandhe. Naividya. Shabda Svaha. Hum. The nature of mind is immaculate and pure from the beginning, compassion for sentient beings without attachment. The letter Hum, which produces all that is desired. From that, when Ram Yam Kham are cut off, the world becomes empty with fire, water, and wind. The sky and earth, the two wheels of sky-iron, fiercely rotate, cutting down the harm-doers. Within the spokes are the Yama mothers, Bhyo, repel, proclaim the sound, curse, send forth, repel. Within that is the sky-iron wheel, with ten coils within the ten spokes. With the mudra of bestowing refuge, they look inward and protect. On the sides of the spokes are ten powerful wrathful ones, looking outward, from the wind-blown banners, arises the black wind of the eon of destruction, scattering enemies, thieves, slander, and disputes to the ends of the sky and earth. Within that is the fire-heap of the eon of destruction, and the tent of the turbulent waves of the ocean. Within that is the golden wheel, with the lord of secrets within the eight spokes. The eight look inward and protect. Within that is the white armor of vowels, and the tent adorned with red consonants. Within that, all the Buddhas and their sons, perform the action of looking inward and protecting. Within that is the sky-iron vajra, with nine points, the upper point being the peak of Brahma, and the lower point reaching the place of hell. Within the central upper point, reside all the Kagyu lamas, Buddhas, and Bodhisattvas. Within the horn-tent reside the yidam deities, and all the heroes and dakinis. Within the nine lower horns reside all the Dharma protectors and guardians. The central horn-tip, a red-hot iron stake, pierces the heart of the sorcerers. From the mouth, within the power of the tongue, the sky-iron wheel rotates with eight spokes, destroying the power of speech. The vajra's center is vast, within the extent of a thousand million worlds, piled up to purify the outer and inner elements. The skeletons blaze with the fire of the eon of destruction, spreading out various vajra lotuses. The charnel ground, the vajra horns, are surrounded by flames. In the center of that is the wisdom palace, with corner ornaments, doorways, porticoes, horse stables, etc., in the center of the palace with all the complete characteristics. Above the water buffalo, lotus, sun, enemies, and obstacles, from Hum, light radiates and completely transforms, the self becomes the glorious Yama's Destroyer, dark blue with three faces and six arms, right white, left red, and the central face blue, with open mouth, bared fangs, and eyes.
