All the curses cast by others were turned back on themselves. Victorious over enemies on all four sides, the sun of the Buddha's teachings rose, filling the snowy land with the light of bliss and prosperity. Then, my kind root guru, Chosgyal Terdag Lingpa, also relied on many tutors, thoroughly understood the essence of this instruction, and put it into practice. He transmitted this instruction to many fortunate individuals, and through the application of activities, subdued all the unruly enemies, including the fierce armies on the borders. All the curses cast with malicious intent were turned back on themselves. In short, he dispelled the darkness of the demonic forces and filled the world with the light of benefit and happiness. The above is a brief history of the lineage of this instruction. Second, regarding the instruction itself, according to the root text, it is divided into three sections, four names, and three essentials, totaling ten points. Here, too, it is identified by four names, decided by three essentials, and the method of practice is shown by three sections. The first is: naming the substances as white mustard seed and black mustard seed. Naming the deity as Yama, the Lord of Life. Naming the mantra as the mantra with "Eka Yama Sham" (ཨེ་ཀ་ཡ་མ་ཤམ་,एक यम शम्,eka yama śam, One Yama Sham) and other syllables. Naming it from the analogy as the black fire razor, which is sharp and swift, and can dispel everything. Second, deciding with three essentials, namely: the essential of preparing the substances, the essential of visualizing the deity, and the essential of reciting the mantra. Among the three, the first is preparing the white and black mustard seeds, drawing the wheel, and the basis for accomplishing all activities. Here, the various subtle substances needed are explained, and there are four points. The first point is: choosing a place that is auspicious and blessed, a temple and a blessed stupa, a mountain with excellent feng shui, a house with thriving population. In addition, any place that is auspicious and blessed, mix it with soil mixed with fragrant water. On an auspicious day, with good constellations and dates, a vowed mantra practitioner or a monastic with vows should perform the ritual and build a great Bodhi stupa with complete characteristics, with a passage from the foundation, and install the inner relics according to the usual procedure. In particular, inside the vase, place the wheels of protection and repulsion, without reversing the front and back, relying on the life-force pillar. Wear white clothes, and perform the consecration properly according to the usual procedure, or on a white base, arrange nine clusters of white flowers made of rice or barley in the center.

Residing in Suburi. In all directions, arrange the tormas of the Guru, Yidam, Dakini, Dharma Protector, Eight Classes of beings, and local deities, surrounded by offerings. Visualize yourself as Yama and offer tormas to the Guru, Yidam, Dakini, and Dharma Protectors, praying for the protection of myself, my people, livestock, and wealth, and requesting activities. Offer tormas and give commands to his protective deities and the Eight Classes of beings. Then, increase the protective mantras and recite them until signs appear, consecrating and stabilizing with one hundred and eight recitations of the Essence of Dependent Arising. Perform seven circumambulations and recite auspicious verses. Thus, contemplate that this offering pillar, which embodies the compassion and blessings of all Sugatas of the three times, can protect all beings who see or touch it from the harm of curses, spells, and the harm of humans and non-humans. The black one is made by mixing black earth from cemeteries and three places of misfortune, along with inauspicious and poisonous earth, with the urine of widows, menstrual blood, and poisonous water. The black stupa, made from the earth of ill-omened events, demon-afflicted solar eclipses, and the earth of outcasts, butchers, menstruating widows, or those who are childless or degenerate, has nine layers, with a triangular or empty space hollowed out inside, and a tunnel from the top. The inside and outside are smeared with ash and poisonous blood, making it red and black. Place it and the reversal and killing chakras on a black base—black cloth or silk. Place a pile of black grains on top, in the center. Arrange the offering tormas and make prayers and commands as above. Then, visualize that Pūri is a butcher, a messenger emerging from a burning iron chamber. In short, think that enemies and obstacles are destroyed as soon as they arrive there. Vigorously hook and gather samsara and nirvana, separating them from the gods. With the pride of Yama, the Lord of Death, recite as many mantras of reversal, killing, and suppression as possible, and then perform seven Bon circumambulations. Homage to the truth of the Guru's words, homage to the truth of the Buddha's words, homage to the truth of the Dharma's words, homage to the truth of the Sangha's words, homage to the truth of the Black Lord of Life who subdues samsara and nirvana, homage to the infallible truth of secret mantras, knowledge mantras, and evil mantras, by the blessing of the great truth, may the violent activities I intend
