་ བདུད་བཞི་བཅོམ་དུག་གསུམ་བསད་འགྲོ་དྲུག་གི་གཡང་ས་ཆོད་ནས་གཞན་མ་བསྒྲལ་བ་སྒྲོལ་བའི་ཕྲིན་ལས་ལ་རྟག་པར་འཇུག་པ་དང། འབྲིང་གིས་ཉམས་རྟོགས་ཀྱི་གདིང་ཇི་རིགས་པ་རྙེད་པར་བྱ། ཐ་མས་ཀྱང་དོན་གནད་ཚུལ་བཞིན་ངེས་པར་བྱས་ནས་འདུན་པའི་སྟོབས་ཀྱིས་ལེགས་པར་ཞུགས་པས་མ་འོངས་པ་ན་རང་རྒྱུད་ལ་ལམ་མཆོག་སྨིན་ངེས་པའི་རྟེན་འབྲེལ་བསྒྲིག་ནུས་པ་དགོས་པས། རིག་འཛིན་དཔའ་བོ་རྣམས་ཀྱི་གསང་ལམ་བསྙེགས་པར་འདོད་པའི་དྲག་སྔགས་མཁན་པོ་ཀུན་གྱིས་ཡང་ནས་ཡང་དུ་བསམ་པར་བྱ་བ་གལ་པོ་ཆེ་འདི་ཡིན་པས་སྙིང་ལ་འཆང་ཞིང་སྒྲུབ་པ་དོན་དང་ལྡན་པར་བྱའོ། །བླ་མའི་བཀའ་ཡིས་བསྐུལ་ཞིང་རང་གིས་ཀྱང་། །གཞན་ལ་ཕན་འདོད་བསམ་པས་ཚུལ་འདི་བྲིས། །དགེ་བས་འགྲོ་ཀུན་གསང་སྔགས་ལམ་ཞུགས་ཏེ། །དངོས་གྲུབ་རྣམ་གཉིས་བདེ་བླག་ཐོབ་པར་ཤོག །དེ་ལྟར་ཡང་ཟློག་ནག་པོ་མེ་ཡི་སྤུ་གྲི་སོགས་རྣ་ཆར་གྲགས་པ་རྣམས་ཀྱི་ལས་སྦྱོར་རྩ་བའི་བསྙེན་པའི་གོང་གནོན་དུ་འགྲོ་དགོས་པ། དཔལ་ཚེ་བདག་ནག་པོའི་ཟླ་གསང་གཞི་བསྙེན་དུ་གྲགས་པའི་བསྙེན་ཡིག་ལ་ཉེ་བར་མཁོ་བའི་ཟུར་འདེབས་ཀྱི་རིམ་པ་འདི་ནི། སྔར་ཚེ་བདག་གི་བསྙེན་ཡིག་བྲིས་པ་ལ་བམ་སྒྲུབ་སོགས་གསལ་ཁ་མི་སྣང་བས། ཚེ་བདག་སྒེར་ཆོས་སྐོར་ ཡིག་ཆ་མང་པོ་འབྱོར་དཀའ་བ་ལ་ཕན་ཕྱིར་ཕྱོགས་གཅིག་གསལ་པོར་བྲིས་ཞེས་གཙུག་གི་ནོར་བུ་སྐྱབས་མགོན་ཐམས་ཅད་མཁྱེན་པ་༧འཇམ་དབྱངས་མཁྱེན་བརྩེའི་དབང་པོས་གསུང་གནང་བ་དང་། རང་གིས་ཀྱང་དེ་ལྟར་བྲི་འདུན་ཆེ་ཡང་དེ་གར་ལུས་པ་ལ། སླད་ནས་དོན་གཉེར་ཅན་དུ་མས་བསྐུལ་པ་དང་། ཁྱད་པར་འཁོར་ལོའི་མགོན་པོ་༧པདྨ་གར་དབང་བློ་གྲོས་མཐའ་ཡས་པའི་སྡེས་ཉེ་ཆར་གྲུབ་པར་གྱིས་ཞེས་བཀའ་ཕེབས་པ་ལ་བརྟེན་ནས། འཁོར་ལོའི་མགོན་པོ་ཟུང་གི་ཞབས་པད་གཙུག་གིས་བླངས་ཤིང་དཔལ་ཡ་མཱནྟ་ཀའི་རིག་སྔགས་འཆང་བ་ཟིལ་གནོན་དགྱེས་པ་རྩལ་ཞེས་བྱ་བས། དཀར་མོ་སྟག་ཚང་གི་སྒྲུབ་ཁང་བདུད་ལས་རྣམ་རྒྱལ་དུ་བསྙེན་སྒྲུབ་ལ་གནས་པའི་ཚེ། ཞག་འགའི་ཐུན་གསེང་དུ་བྲིས་ཏེ་རབ་ཚེས་ས་གླང་དབོ་ཟླའི་ཚེས་གཅིག་ལ་གྲུབ་པར་བགྱིས་པ་འདི་ཉིད་ཉམས་སུ་ལེན་པ་པོ་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་མཆོག་ཐུན་གྱི་དངོས་གྲུབ་མ་ལུས་པ་ཡིད་བཞིན་གྲུབ་པར་གྱུར་ཅིག །མངྒ་ལཾ།། །། དཔལ་ཚེ་བདག་བསྙེན་ཡིག་གི་ལྷན་ཐབས་དངོས་གྲུབ་སྒོ་འབྱེད། ཟིལ་གནོན་དགྱེས་པ་རྩལ།

摧毁四魔，诛灭三毒，斩断六道轮回的悬崖，恒常投入于度化未度化众生的事业中。中等者应获得与自身相应的体验和证悟，下等者也应如实地确定要点，以意愿的力量好好进入，因此，为了未来能在自相续中成熟殊胜道的缘起，所有想要追求持明勇士们秘密道的猛咒师们，务必再三思维此重要之事，铭记于心，使修行具有意义。上师的教言催促，自己也以利益他人的心而书写此法。愿以此善行，一切众生进入密咒道，毫不费力地获得两种成就。如是，黑回遮、火之剃刀等耳熟能详的法类，必须作为根本修持的加行。此乃名为吉祥寿命自在黑尊月密基修的修持仪轨中，近需的附录次第。往昔所写寿命自在的修持仪轨中，未明确标明函授等内容。为了利益难以获得寿命自在个人修法仪轨的众多情况，故清晰地书写了一方面，这是至尊之宝怙主一切智者第七世蒋扬钦哲旺波所说的。自己也一直想如此书写，但未能如愿。之后，受到众多有志之士的敦促，特别是受到转轮之主第七世贝玛嘎旺洛智塔耶的指示，近期务必完成。因此，以头顶戴转轮之主双尊之莲足，名为降伏威力的喜悦力者，在白虎仓的修行室魔业遍胜中进行修持时，于数日空闲之时写成，于胜生土牛年（1949年）四月一日完成。愿修持此法者，一切共同和殊胜的成就皆如意成就。吉祥圆满！吉祥寿命自在修持仪轨之辅助，成就之门开启。降伏威力的喜悦力。

Destroying the four maras, slaying the three poisons, cutting off the precipice of the six realms of samsara, and constantly engaging in the activity of liberating those who have not been liberated. Those of middling capacity should obtain the experience and realization appropriate to their level, and even those of lower capacity should properly ascertain the key points and enter well with the power of aspiration. Therefore, in order to establish the auspicious connection for the supreme path to ripen in one's own mindstream in the future, all wrathful mantra practitioners who wish to pursue the secret path of the vidyadhara heroes must repeatedly contemplate this important matter, hold it in their hearts, and make their practice meaningful. Urged by the words of the lama, and also with the thought of benefiting others, I have written this method. May all beings, through this virtue, enter the path of secret mantra and easily attain the two siddhis. Thus, the practices of well-known methods such as the Black Repeller and the Razor of Fire must be performed as a preliminary to the main practice. This is the supplementary sequence that is closely needed for the practice manual called the Glorious Lord of Life, the Black One's Secret Moon Base Practice. In the past, when writing the practice manual for the Lord of Life, the bam completion and other details were not clearly indicated. In order to benefit those who have difficulty obtaining many personal Dharma instructions related to the Lord of Life, I have clearly written one aspect. This was said by the crown jewel, the protector, the all-knowing Seventh Jamyang Khyentse Wangpo. I myself had always wanted to write in this way, but it remained undone. Later, I was urged by many interested individuals, and especially by the Lord of the Wheel, the Seventh Pema Garwang Lodro Thaye, who instructed me to complete it soon. Therefore, taking the lotus feet of the dual Lords of the Wheel upon my head, I, who am called the Force of Joyful Subjugation, the holder of the vidya-mantra of Glorious Yamantaka, while residing in retreat at the White Tiger Cave's practice chamber, Conqueror of Demonic Deeds, wrote this during a few spare moments and completed it on the first day of the fourth month of the Earth Ox year of the Rabjung cycle (1949). May all those who practice this attain all common and supreme siddhis as they wish. May there be auspiciousness!
