不胜于王位！对于任何事物都无有阻碍，自身将成为胜利者！萨玛雅！嘉嘉嘉！嗡！依赖于玛夏的业之修法是：白色豆子不被火和油沾染，成熟后不腐烂和被污垢沾染，用没有污垢和黑点的白色绸缎包裹，观想自身为年轻的莲花，放在舌头下，无论太阳和月亮任何一个被罗睺遮蔽直到解脱之间念诵，将会生出苗芽。之后，那个豆子不被人看见，苗芽不被切断，放入白色母山羊的奶和从大河的冰雪上太阳未升起时取出的水中，加入白色檀香和白色莲花的蕊，供养并吞下，心中想着想要的意义，也要说祈祷词。凭借此，智慧增长，身体上不生白发和皱纹，不生虫，将长寿不生病。萨玛雅！嘉嘉嘉！无论做如此之业的修法和修持，都要避免阴影和污秽，断语而修持。誓言是：不诽谤他人，做恭敬；用财富恒时供养三宝；三宝所依和画像等，不践踏陈旧的供品；舍弃谎言和离间、狡诈；恒时行持十种善行；努力闻思修；修持时舍弃肉、酒、蒜、葱；舍弃麻风女和僧众财物；花、香等供品，尽力恒时供养文殊；令其欢喜，心中所愿皆能成就。萨玛雅！如天鹅从湖中取奶，如莲花驱散黑暗，从语狮子（文殊菩萨）处，为了后学者之义而善妙清晰地翻译成藏文。我，措嘉，为了甚深而书写成文字，为了未来调伏之义而埋藏为珍宝之伏藏。有朝一日，当轮回结束之时，愿有缘有业之人与此相遇！萨玛雅！嘉嘉嘉！封印！交付封印！伏藏封印！达提！ 根本：文殊智慧勇士之秘密修法。

The practice of karma based on Masha is: White beans that are not contaminated by fire and oil, and after ripening, are not rotten and contaminated by dirt, wrapped in white silk without dirt and black spots, visualizing oneself as a young lotus, placing it under the tongue, reciting until either the sun or the moon is obscured by Rahu until liberation, sprouts will emerge. After that, the bean is not seen by people, and the sprouts are not cut off, put into the milk of a white female goat and the water taken from the snow of a great river before the sun rises, add white sandalwood and the stamen of a white lotus, offer and swallow, thinking in the mind about the meaning of what you want, and also say prayers. By this, wisdom increases, white hair and wrinkles do not grow on the body, worms do not grow, and one will have longevity and not get sick. Samaya! Gya Gya Gya! Whatever practice of karma and accomplishment is done in this way, avoid shadows and filth, and practice in silence. The vows are: Do not slander others, show respect; always offer to the Three Jewels with wealth; the supports of the Three Jewels and paintings, etc., do not trample on old offerings; abandon lies, slander, and deceit; always engage in the ten virtuous actions; strive to study, contemplate, and meditate; when practicing, abandon meat, alcohol, garlic, and onions; abandon leper women and monastic property; offer as many flowers, incense, and other offerings as possible to Manjushri; make him happy, and all wishes in your heart will be fulfilled. Samaya! Just as a swan takes milk from a lake, just as a lotus dispels darkness, from the Lion of Speech (Manjushri), for the sake of future followers, it was translated into Tibetan in a clear and excellent way. I, Tsogyal, wrote it down for the sake of profundity, and hid it as a precious treasure for the sake of future taming. One day, when the time of samsara ends, may those who are fortunate and have karma meet with this! Samaya! Gya Gya Gya! Seal! Entrusted seal! Treasure seal! Dha Thim!
