༔ འདིར་ཞུགས་འདི་ལྟོས་འདི་དོན་ སྒོམས༔ ཚེ་གཅིག་དངོས་གྲུབ་ངེས་པར་འཐོབ༔ མར་མེ་འཆི་ཁ་བསབས་པ་ལྟར༔ སྙིགས་དུས་གདུང་བའི་གསོས་གྱུར་ཏེ༔ རང་གཞན་དོན་གཉིས་ཕུན་སུམ་ཚོགས༔ ངེས་དོན་བསྟན་དང་འགྲོ་ལ་ཕན༔ དེ་ཕྱིར་སྙིང་ལས་གཅེས་པར་ཟུངས༔ རྩ་གསུམ་སྲུང་མའི་བདེན་སྟོབས་དང༔ རྣལ་འབྱོར་བདག་གི་སྨོན་ལམ་མཐུས༔ སྒྲུབ་བརྒྱུད་བསྟན་དང་དེ་འཛིན་ལ༔ ཕན་པ་རྒྱ་ཆེར་འབྱུང་བར་ཤོག༔ ས་མ་ཡ༔ རྒྱ་རྒྱ་རྒྱ༔ གུ་ཧྱ༔ བརྡ་ཐིམ༔ སྒྲུབ་ཆེན་བཀའ་བརྒྱད་ཀྱི་ལམ་སྲོལ་ཚིག་ཉུང་ཡང་དོན་གྱི་སྙིང་པོ་རང་རྐང་ཚུགས་པ་འདི་ཉིད་རྗེ་གྲུབ་ཐོབ་ཆེན་པོའི་གསང་བ་གསུམ་གྱི་བྱིན་རླབས་ཡང་ནས་ཡང་དུ་ཐོབ་པ་ལ་བརྟེན་ནས། པདྨ་འོད་གསལ་མདོ་སྔགས་གླིང་པ་འཇམ་དཔལ་ཆོས་ཀྱི་བཤེས་གཉེན་གྱིས་གཏན་ལ་ཕབ་སྟེ། རིག་འཛིན་གྲུབ་པའི་འཁོར་ལོས་སྒྱུར་བ་ཨོ་རྒྱན་འཆི་མེད་བསྟན་གཉིས་གཡུང་དྲུང་གླིང་པར་ཕུལ་བ་སྟེ་འདིའི་བརྒྱུད་པའི་ངེས་པའང་། ཆོས་སྐུ་ཀུན་ཏུ་བཟང་པོ། ལོངས་སྐུ་ཆེ་མཆོག་ཧེ་རུ་ཀ །སྟོན་པ་རྡོ་རྗེ་སེམས་དཔའ། གསང་བདག་ཕྱག་ན་རྡོ་རྗེ། མཁའ་འགྲོ་མ་ལས་ཀྱི་དབང་མོ། གྲུབ་པའི་རིག་འཛིན་རྣམ་བརྒྱད། ཀུན་འདུས་པདྨ་སམྦྷ་བ། རྗེ་གྲུབ་ཐོབ་ཆེན་པོ་ཐང་སྟོང་རྒྱལ་པོ་ཞེས་དྲང་བར་བྱའོ།། །། གྲུབ་ཐོབ་ཆེན་པོའི་ཐུགས་ཐིག་ལས་ཁྲག་འཐུང་བདེ་གཤེགས་འདུས་པ། པདྨ་འོད་གསལ་མདོ་སྔགས་གླིང་པ།

༔ 入此观此乃要义，修！一生定获真成就！如灯临终续其焰，浊世化为苦恼药，自他二利皆圆满，利益正法与有情，故当珍如心髓持！三根本及护法力，瑜伽我之祈愿力，愿利修传正法与持者，利益广大愿成就！萨玛雅！ 嘉嘉嘉！ ഗുཧྱ（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，秘密）, བརྡ་ཐིམ༔ 大成就者八教法，此乃言简义深之精髓，依于尊者大成就者三密之加持，莲花光明续部洲洲主 妙音法友所定，献于持明成就自在邬金不死教二雍仲林巴，此传承之决定为：法身普贤王如来，报身大胜嘿汝嘎，本师金刚萨埵，密主金刚手，空行母业力自在，八大成就持明，总集莲花生，尊者大成就者汤东嘉波，如是称之。 大成就者意滴所出饮血善逝总集，莲花光明续部洲主。

By the power of truth of the three roots and protectors, And by the power of the aspiration of the yogi myself, May it greatly benefit the practice lineage, the Dharma, and its holders! May benefit greatly arise! Samaya! Gya Gya Gya! GUHYA (藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，Secret), May the signs merge! This path of the eight great accomplished ones, Although the words are few, the essence of the meaning is self-established, Based on receiving the blessings of the three secrets of the great accomplished master again and again, Padma Osel Do Ngak Lingpa, Jampal Chokyi Beshen, established it, And offered it to Orgyen Chimey Tennyi Yungdrung Lingpa, the Chakravartin of Vidyadhara accomplishment, The certainty of this lineage is: Dharmakaya Kuntuzangpo, Sambhogakaya Chemchok Heruka, The teacher Vajrasattva, The secret lord Vajrapani, The Dakini Leki Wangmo, The eight accomplished Vidyadharas, The gathering of all, Padmasambhava, The great accomplished master Thangtong Gyalpo, thus it should be called. From the heart drop of the great accomplished one, the gathering of the blood-drinking Sugatas, Padma Osel Do Ngak Lingpa.
