For the sake of the custodians of the teachings, the root of the teachings, the Sangha community! The heart essence holders of the teachings, yogis, practitioners, and so forth! Those who harm and injure the Dharma's enemies, personal enemies, and those who destroy solitary sacred places, harming sentient beings! Those who accumulate non-virtuous deeds, accumulating deeds of uninterrupted karma! Oath-breakers, enemies, evil karma ghosts and demons, these! Destroying the Buddha's teachings, diminishing the glory of the Three Jewels! We yogis, practitioners of enlightenment! Hating all who practice Dharma, beings, and the teachings! Upon this oath-breaker, inflict the punishment of the command! Discriminating truth from falsehood, be the impartial judge and witness! We are innocent, obeying the Victorious One's command! Properly receiving and practicing accordingly, yet the oath-breaking enemy does not allow practice! You who possess the eye of wisdom, you know this!
