以及玛和扬达谢，琼尊康拉玉温玛，梅朵达沃江杰玛，色塘衮桑香提巴，龙姆孜巴等，十二尊母享用朵玛，遣除不顺损害之因素。玛玛 ཧྲིཾ་ཧྲིཾ་ བ་ལིཾ་ཏ་བ་ལིཾ་ཏ་ཁཱ་ཧི། （藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思） 第十，跳金刚舞： ཧཱུྃ། （藏文：吽，梵文天城体：हूँ，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）降伏魔军噶玛猛厉之舞，誓魔心上切森切，忿怒本尊空行嬉戏之舞，怨敌魔障心上切森切，众怒尊跳舞时，众怒母作增益。东方跳寂静之舞时，息灭疾病魔障诸违缘，南方跳增益之舞时，增长寿命福德，西方跳怀爱之舞时，天魔人三摄于掌控中，北方跳猛厉之舞时，怨敌魔障誓魔寂灭。ཤཱནྟིཾ་པུཥྚིཾ་བ་ཤཾ་མཱ་ར་ཡ་ཕཊ། （藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思） 将食子堆于朵玛盘中，此处若需取悉地，则从同类中取。 第十一，酬谢供赞与忏悔： ཧཱུྃ། （藏文：吽，梵文天城体：हूँ，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽） 殊胜本尊噶玛猛厉降临，奉献内外密之会供，身语意功德事业赞，祈请赐予胜共诸悉地。玛哈班杂，玛哈RA嘎，玛哈巴林达卡卡嘿。 ཧཱུྃ། （藏文：吽，梵文天城体：हूँ，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽） 大力尊心之化身事业主，调伏一切邪引恶毒玛哈咕噜，具加持威力能力之妙力，于难调邪引调伏者敬礼赞叹。 如是赞叹，诵百字明。 第十二，收摄： 护轮坛城融入，其亦融入主尊，其亦收摄于ཧཱུྃ། （藏文：吽，梵文天城体：हूँ，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽） ，那达融入尽头，化为空性界。 第十三，发愿与吉祥祈愿： 以此善根力，镇伏八部众，从四魔之 战场中彻底胜出，自明意义之极密猛厉力，愿于此生亲见自面。 诸上师本尊空行护法众，一切皈处总集之自性者，降伏魔军甚深噶玛猛厉尊，愿于一切方时普及吉祥。 如是及其他吉祥祈愿，当尽力广作。 成就者智慧持明忿怒身，为难调之对治显现之威

And also Ma and Yangdak She. Khyunjung Tsun Konglha Yu Bunma. Metok Dawa Janggyalma. Sertang Kunsang Shanti Pal. Lumo Zibar and so on. The twelve fixed mothers enjoy the torma. Repel the causes of inauspicious harm. Mama hrim hrim balimta balimta khahi. Tenth, the Vajra dance: Hūṃ. The dance of subduing demons, Karma Drakpo. The heart of the oath-breakers is cut into pieces. The dance of the wrathful deities and wrathful goddesses playing. The heart of enemies and obstructors is cut into pieces. When the wrathful deities dance, the wrathful goddesses increase it. When the peaceful dance is danced in the east. Pacify diseases, evil spirits, and obstacles. When the enriching dance is danced in the south. Increase life and merit. When the subjugating dance is danced in the west. Gods, demons, and humans are gathered under control. When the wrathful dance is danced in the north. May enemies, obstructors, and oath-breakers be pacified. Shanti Pushtim Vasham Maraya Phat. Pour grain offerings into the torma plate. If you need to take siddhis here, take them from the same kind. Eleventh, thanksgiving, offering, praise, and confession: Hūṃ. Supreme deity Karma Drakpo, please come. Offer the inner, outer, and secret tsok offerings. Confess all breakages, violations, and mistakes. Praise the body, speech, mind, qualities, and activities. Grant supreme and common siddhis. Maha Pancha. Maha Rakta. Maha Balimta Khahi. Hūṃ. The emanation of the great glorious mind, the lord of activities. Maha Guru, who subdues all misleading and evil ones. Possessing the power of blessings, strength, and abilities. I prostrate and praise the one who subdues the unruly and misleading. Thus praise. Recite the Hundred Syllable Mantra. Twelfth, gathering: The protective circle and palace dissolve, and that itself. Dissolves into the main deity, and that also gathers into Hūṃ. Nada dissolves into the end, and becomes the pure realm. Thirteenth, aspiration and auspicious words: By the power of this virtue, may the eight classes be subdued. From the battlefield of the four maras, may we be completely victorious. The very secret and powerful strength of self-awareness. May we realize our own face in this life. All lamas, yidams, dakinis, and dharma protectors. The nature of all refuge places combined. By the demon-subduing, very secret Karma Drakpo. May there be auspiciousness pervading all directions and times. Thus, and also other auspicious words, should be extensively made as appropriate. The wrathful form of the accomplished vidyadhara of wisdom. The power that arises as an antidote to the difficult to tame.

Bless, may the four maras of self-appearing delusion be destroyed from the root, and may I attain enlightenment in the one unchanging bindu!
