སྒོ་གསུམ་གྱི་ནད་གདོན་སྡིག་སྒྲིབ་བར་ཆད་ཐམས་ཅད་གསལ། རྡོ་རྗེ་གསུམ་དང་དབྱེར་མེད་དུ་བྱིན་གྱིས་བརླབས་པར་མོས་ཤིག །ཆོས་སྐུ་སྣང་བ་མཐའ་ཡས། ལོངས་སྐུ་ཐུགས་རྗེ་ཆེན་པོ། སྤྲུལ་སྐུ་པདྨ་འབྱུང་གནས། མཁའ་འགྲོ་ཡེ་ཤེས་མཚོ་རྒྱལ། ལྷ་སྲས་སད་ན་ལེགས། གཏེར་སྟོན་གནམ་ལྕགས་མེ་འབར། རྒྱལ་བའི་ཡབ་གཅིག་ཆོས་རྒྱལ་ཕུན་ཚོགས། རྒྱལ་དབང་ཆོས་ཀྱི་གྲགས་པ། རྗེ་བཙུན་དཀོན་མཆོག་རིན་ཆེན། Turning to the right, light radiates from the five letters. From the Copper-Colored Glorious Mountain (Nga Yap), invite countless wisdom beings, visualize them dissolving into yourselves, and generate intense devotion and longing from the depths of your heart and bones. Burn incense as an offering for the descent of blessings. Accompanied by the melodies of ḍamaru and bell. Hūṃ Hūṃ Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ་ཧཱུྃ་ཧཱུྃ，hūṃ hūṃ hūṃ，Hūṃ Hūṃ Hūṃ，Hūṃ Hūṃ Hūṃ)! Noble Great One, Padmasambhava (པདྨ་ཐོད་ཕྲེང་རྩལ，Padma Thötreng Tsal), the precious refuge of all beings, especially with compassion, look upon the sentient beings of Tibet. We, your followers, successors, and disciples, tormented by the ripening of negative karma, will you abandon us, Maha Guru Rinpoche? If you forget and neglect us with compassion, then what is the purpose of your becoming enlightened again? We, this body, are filled with tears due to suffering. Do you hear our loud prayers and calls? Our minds are focused on remembering your qualities. Please look upon us with the compassion of a father, Precious One! Please bless your son, the incarnate body! Please bestow happiness upon the body, assembly of ḍākinīs! Please grant power to the speech, yidam deities! Please bestow realization upon the mind, Guru Rinpoche! Please bestow great blessings upon the faithful son gathered here! Please bestow the blessing of the immutable vajra body upon the body! Please bestow the blessing of the melodious voice of Brahma upon the speech! Please bestow the blessing of unerring wisdom upon the mind! Please bestow the blessing of incomparable qualities! Please bestow the blessing of the four activities of taming beings through activity! Please bestow the blessing of supreme and common accomplishments! Thus, with the body displaying dance postures, the mouth uttering the sound Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ，hūṃ，Hūṃ，Hūṃ), and the mind focused with devotion, if you invoke the blessings in this way, then Guru (གུ་རུ་) himself will come directly from the Copper-Colored Glorious Mountain (Nga Yap Ling) and promise to bestow blessings. After bestowing blessings in this way, introduce the nature of wisdom: Oh! Son of noble family, although you have had self-aware Padmasambhava (པདྨ་ཐོད་ཕྲེང་རྩལ，Padma Thötreng Tsal) from the very beginning, you did not recognize it. Now, due to the compassion of Guru Padmasambhava (གུ་རུ་པདྨ) and the convergence of such circumstances, you now recognize what you did not recognize before. Ye re! Sa le! Wa le! La me! The essence is nothing at all, and no appearance is obstructed. Recognize this as the blessing of the descended blessings, and do not discriminate further, do not scatter, do not contract, rest in its natural state. This is the unconditioned, self-born wisdom. If you do not stray from this, you will not be tainted by the faults of samsara, therefore you are Padmasambhava. Possessing all qualities.

以莲花之体安住故，为莲花生（པདྨ་སཾ་བྷ，Padma Sambhava，莲花生）。通晓一切所知故，为具慧妙欲（བློ་ལྡན་མཆོག་སྲེད་，Blodan Chok Sred）。是三界一切之自性故，为莲花王（པདྨ་རྒྱལ་པོ，Padma Gyalpo）。遣除一切无明之黑暗故，为日光 rays（ཉི་མ་འོད་ཟེར་，Nyima Ozer）。一切四魔皆不能胜故，为释迦狮子（ཤཱཀྱ་སེང་གེ，Shakya Senge）。不堕入好坏之见解故，为狮子吼（སེང་གེ་སྒྲ་སྒྲོག་，Senge Dragdro）。调伏一切障碍及邪引故，为金刚橛（རྡོ་རྗེ་གྲོ་ལོད་，Dorje Trolö）。种姓之子，如是化身之莲师八名，亦即是自明之智慧莲花颅鬘力（པདྨ་ཐོད་ཕྲེང་རྩལ，Padma Thotreng Tsal）也。如是，于誓言与智慧无别，自生自显，原始本初之义黑汝嘎颅鬘力真实显现者，供品食子与身像等，迎请三根本总集金刚橛莲花颅鬘力于顶门。使显有诸法本性，手印之自力，无偏圆满，且从不变恒常，不坏不灭之果位，永不退转而加持之，作此信解。食子置于顶门。吽！（ཧཱུྃ，hūṃ，吽）显空无二智慧之门，自明莲花颅鬘力，身像物质之灌顶也。吽吽吽！（ཧཱུྃ་ཧཱུྃ་ཧཱུྃ，hūṃ hūṃ hūṃ，吽 吽 吽）以金刚吽字加持喉间，内外一切音声皆成声空不坏吽之自性，作此信解。金刚杵置于喉间。吽！（ཧཱུྃ，hūṃ，吽）声空无生金刚语，开显心要吽之义，无碍自咒声空力，灌顶于具缘之子。吽吽吽！（ཧཱུྃ་ཧཱུྃ་ཧཱུྃ，hūṃ hūṃ hūṃ，吽 吽 吽）若知三吽连缀则唱诵，若不知则缓慢跟随复诵。橛置于心间，得度脱五毒之分别念成智慧自性之灌顶，于本来清净自显无别之状态中，四种事业任运成就而加持之，作此信解。橛置于心间。吽！（ཧཱུྃ，hūṃ，吽）诸佛事业之总集，最胜心意之橛，赐予度脱五毒之灌顶故，愿成就一切事业。吽吽吽！（ཧཱུྃ་ཧཱུྃ་ཧཱུྃ，hūṃ hūṃ hūṃ，吽 吽 吽）若欲广说，则如随赐 普遍仪轨般持食子。于食子器皿中，食子融入火焰、虹光、明点遍布之虚空中，忿怒之王莲花颅鬘力，上师本尊护法三根本总集之真实

As he dwells in the nature of a lotus, he is Padma Sambhava. As he illuminates all that is knowable, he is Lodan Chokse. As he is the essence of all three realms, he is Padma Gyalpo. As he dispels all darkness of ignorance, he is Nyima Ozer. As he cannot be defeated by all four maras, he is Shakya Senge. As he does not fall into the extremes of good or bad views, he is Senge Dragdro. As he subdues all obstacles and wrong guidance, he is Dorje Trolö. Son of lineage, thus, the eight names of the emanation Guru are also this self-aware wisdom Padma Thotreng Tsal. Thus, in the inseparability of samaya and wisdom, the self-arisen, self-manifest, primordial meaning of Heruka Thotreng Tsal, with the torma and image, the root of the three assembled Dorje Trolö Padma Thotreng Tsal, is clearly invited to the crown of the head. May the self-power of the deity's body, the mudra of appearance and existence, be perfected without partiality, and may you have faith that you will be blessed so that you will never fall from the unchanging, constant, indestructible, and undiminished state. Place the torma on the crown of the head. Hūṃ! (ཧཱུྃ，hūṃ，吽) The gate of unobstructed awareness of appearance and emptiness, self-aware Padma Thotreng Tsal, the empowerment of the substance of the body. Hūṃ Hūṃ Hūṃ! (ཧཱུྃ་ཧཱུྃ་ཧཱུྃ，hūṃ hūṃ hūṃ，吽 吽 吽) By placing the vajra marked with the letter Hūṃ on the throat, may all sounds, internal and external, be blessed as the indestructible nature of emptiness, and have faith. Place the vajra on the throat. Hūṃ! (ཧཱུྃ，hūṃ，吽) The indestructible speech of emptiness and non-arising, revealing the meaning of the essence Hūṃ, the unobstructed self-mantra, the power of emptiness, empower the fortunate son. Hūṃ Hūṃ Hūṃ! (ཧཱུྃ་ཧཱུྃ་ཧཱུྃ，hūṃ hūṃ hūṃ，吽 吽 吽) If you know the three Hūṃs connected, chant them, and if you do not know them, follow and repeat them slowly. By touching the phurba to the heart, you will receive the empowerment to liberate the five poisons into the nature of wisdom, and may you have faith that the four activities will be spontaneously accomplished from the state of original purity, self-appearance, and impartiality. Place the phurba on the heart. Hūṃ! (ཧཱུྃ，hūṃ，吽) The collection of the Buddha's activities, the supreme mind of the kila, by giving the empowerment to liberate the five poisons, may all activities be completely accomplished.
