心髓吽修法的前行。持明金翅鸟的舞姿者。 心髓吽修法的前行。持明金翅鸟的舞姿者。 心髓吽修法的前行安住。 顶礼本誓之神！我莲花生，汇集秘密真言大修之精华，心髓吽之修法，将宣说其广大的坛城。为了生起外内前行及三摩地，如仪轨一般，珍爱执着之心观为空性。于离戏之自性中，无生虚空中，有种子字吽（ཧཱུྃ，hūṃ，hūṃ，吽）。从深蓝色中光芒四射，由埃（ཨེ，e，e，诶）化为虚空法界深蓝色，三角形开口超越边际。由扬（ཡཾ，yaṃ，yaṃ，扬）化为风之坛城，绿色半月形，以旗帜为标志。由让（རཾ，raṃ，raṃ，让）化为火之坛城，三角形火焰闪耀。由旺（བཾ，vaṃ，vaṃ，旺）化为水之坛城，白色圆形，以八宝瓶为标志。朗（ལཾ，laṃ，laṃ，朗）黄色土之坛城， 四方形，以八金刚杵为标志。松（སུཾ，suṃ，suṃ，松）化为珍宝须弥山，四方形，东面白，南方蓝，西面红，北方黄。其上，让（རཾ，raṃ，raṃ，让）化为智慧火，东方白色，南方黄色，西方红色，北方绿色，极热且燃烧，光芒四射，广大无边，周遍回旋。其中心，深蓝色吽（ཧཱུྃ，hūṃ，hūṃ，吽）化为金刚交杵帐篷。其上，仲（བྷྲཱུྃ，bhrūṃ，bhrūṃ，仲）化为宫殿，四方形，具四门。愚痴清净，东方白色；傲慢清净，南方黄色；贪欲清净，西方红色；嫉妒清净，北方绿色。光芒四射的屋檐在四方之上，四个角落在屋檐的交界处。嗔恨清净的坛城中心，深 蓝色三角形，具光芒。各种莲花八瓣，各方颜色，各方美丽。与地面颜色相同，其上有华丽的丝绸帷幔装饰。五毒烦恼清净之处，五重智慧墙，深蓝、白、黄、红、绿五色，彼此相触而不相连，从内向外依次排列。中央是主尊的一箭之遥，略高且光彩夺目，莲花的阴影落在地面上，周围环绕着黑色帷幔。法轮是主尊的一箭之遥，因此外围是功德黄色中庭，其尽头是威猛

I, Padmasambhava, gather the essence of the great secret mantra sadhana, the Heart Essence Hum Sadhana, and will explain its vast mandala. In order to generate the outer, inner, preliminary practices and the three samadhis, like a ritual text, contemplate the cherished clinging mind as emptiness. In that very nature of freedom from elaboration, in the unborn sky, there is the letter Hum (ཧཱུྃ，hūṃ，hūṃ，吽). From the dark blue color, light radiates, from E (ཨེ，e，e，诶) transforms into the dark blue Dharmadhatu of space, a triangle opening beyond boundaries. From Yam (ཡཾ，yaṃ，yaṃ，扬) transforms into the wind mandala, green crescent moon, marked with banners. From Ram (རཾ，raṃ，raṃ，让) transforms into the fire mandala, a triangle of blazing flames. From Vam (བཾ，vaṃ，vaṃ，旺) transforms into the water mandala, white and round, marked with eight vases. Lam (ལཾ，laṃ，laṃ，朗) yellow earth mandala, a square, marked with eight vajras. Sum (སུཾ，suṃ，suṃ，松) transforms into the precious Mount Meru, square, east white, south blue, west red, north yellow. Above that, Ram (རཾ，raṃ，raṃ，让) transforms into the wisdom fire, east white, south yellow, west red, north green, extremely hot and blazing, radiating light, vast and boundless, swirling all around. In its center, dark blue Hum (ཧཱུྃ，hūṃ，hūṃ，吽) transforms into a vajra crossed tent. Above that, Bhrum (བྷྲཱུྃ，bhrūṃ，bhrūṃ，仲) transforms into a palace, square, with four doors. Ignorance purified, east white; pride purified, south yellow; desire purified, west red; jealousy purified, north green. Radiant eaves above the four directions, four corners at the junctions of the eaves. In the center of the mandala of anger purified, dark blue triangle, with light. Various lotus petals, eight in number, each direction's color, each direction beautiful. Similar to the color of the ground, with beautiful silk curtains adorning it. The place where the five poisons are purified, five layers of wisdom walls, dark blue, white, yellow, red, and green, touching each other but not connected, arranged sequentially from the inside out. The center is a bow-length from the main deity, slightly higher and radiant, the shadow of the lotus falls on the ground, surrounded by a black curtain. The Dharma wheel is a bow-length from the main deity, therefore the outer perimeter is the yellow courtyard of qualities, its end is powerful
