祈请颅鬘力！莲花国王薄伽梵！加持此修行室！加持此修行物！ 加持此坛城！赐予瑜伽士我四种灌顶！吽 吽 吽 阿啦啦 呵！萨玛雅 呵！萨玛雅 萨特瓦！如是，以香和乐器等生起光辉。第八，加持供品，即药、酒、朵玛：嗡 梭巴瓦 梭达 萨瓦 达玛 梭巴瓦 秀多 杭。（嗡，自性清净一切法，自性清净空。）从空性中，观想容器班杂燃烧，在宽广浩大的内部，药、酒、朵玛三者化为智慧甘露的大海。嗡 阿 吽！萨瓦 班杂 阿弥利塔 吽 舍 塔！（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思）念诵三遍或七遍。嗡 阿 吽！玛哈 巴林达 巴拉 巴地 ഗുཧྱ 悉地 萨玛雅 吽 舍 塔！（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思）念诵三遍或七遍，观想朵玛为欲妙的聚集。嗡 阿 吽！玛哈 惹达 匝瓦拉 曼达拉 吽 舍 塔！（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思）念诵三遍或七遍，观想酒为红色的甘露。嗡 阿 吽！伊当 布贝 杜贝 阿洛给 根德 奈威迪亚 夏达 玛哈 布扎 呵！（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思）念诵，加持外供。嗡 阿 吽！玛哈 芒萨 惹达 泽达 郭若匝那 肯 尼日地 玛哈 布扎 呵！（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思）如是加持内供。嗡 阿 吽！菩提泽达 嘎那 咕哈亚 玛哈 布扎 呵！（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思）如是加持秘密供。二、正行分八，第一为生起本尊：吽！法身不变金刚之，莲花国王如是说：第一诸法无所缘，离言绝思大圆满，超离心识法身不变，如是修习真如定。离念彼之自性中，遍及一切有情之，修习广大慈悲心。周遍显现之禅定，空性大悲之自性，于作无量利生事，因之禅定自心识，化为红色吽字形。诶 扬 惹 苏 肯 然 仲！诶字化为无边虚空，扬字充满风之坛城，惹字化为血海弥漫，苏字平整广大地基，肯字堆积骨骼山王，然字燃烧劫末火焰，仲字化为尸陀林宫殿，外为新鲜头颅内为旧，以干颅为内堆砌之。

Grant, O Garland of Skulls! Lotus King, Blessed One! Bestow blessings upon this retreat! Bestow blessings upon these retreat substances! Bestow blessings upon this mandala! Grant me, the yogi, the four empowerments! Hūṃ Hūṃ Hūṃ A-lala Ho! Samaya Ho! Samaya Tvam! Thus, generate splendor with incense and music, etc. Eighth, blessing the offering substances of medicine, rakta, and torma: Oṃ Svabhāva Śuddhāḥ Sarva Dharmāḥ Svabhāva Śuddho Haṃ. (藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思) From the state of emptiness, visualize the vessel Bhaṇḍa blazing, and within its vast and expansive interior, the three—medicine, rakta, and torma—transform into a great ocean of wisdom nectar. Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ! Sarva Pañca Amṛta Hūṃ Hrīḥ Ṭhāḥ! (藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思) Recite three or seven times. Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ! Mahā Baliṃta Bhala Bhati Guhya Siddhi Samaya Hūṃ Hrīḥ Ṭhāḥ! (藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思) Recite, blessing the outer offerings. Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ! Mahā Maṃsa Rakta Citta Gorocana Keṃ Niri Ti Mahā Pūja Ho! (藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思) Thus, bless the inner offering. Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ! The unchanging Vajra of the Dharmakāya, The Lotus King spoke these words: First, all dharmas are without object, The great perfection beyond speech and thought, The unchanging Dharmakāya beyond mind, Meditate on the samādhi of Suchness. From the state beyond mind, The great compassion that pervades all beings, Meditate on great loving-kindness. The samādhi of universal appearance, Is the nature of emptiness and compassion, For the sake of immeasurable benefit to beings, The samādhi of the cause, one's own mind, Transforms into the red syllable Hūṃ. E Yaṃ Ra Suṃ Keṃ Raṃ Bhrūṃ! From E, the sky is without limit or center, From Yaṃ, the wind mandala is filled, From Ra, the ocean of blood swirls, From Suṃ, the great field is a leveled ground, From Keṃ, the mountain of bones is piled up, From Raṃ, the fire of the eon blazes, From Bhrūṃ, the charnel ground is a celestial palace, The outer is fresh skulls, the inner is old, The dry ones are used inside for building.
