When visualizing oneself as the deity, hand over the torma visualized as the three sisters of the Great Bliss Queen, and command them, requesting them to gladly accept the task of accomplishing activities. Hrih! Co-emergent wisdom dakini, with various skillful means, shows the secret signs of the dakinis' teachings. To those who have karma and fortune, from the white-holding great bliss space, grant supreme and common siddhis. Be a friend to the accomplished vidyadhara, and for those who break their vows, take the essence of their life through skillful means. Possessing the qualities of peacefulness, attachment, and fierceness, as well as emanations that are sent and returned, in the presence of the three-kayas guru, do not forget the vows you have made. To this child who possesses vows, accompany them inseparably like a mother and child. Accomplish the four activities without hindrance, increase the supreme wisdom of great bliss, and be a companion in achieving siddhis. Hrih! Mahasukha jnana dakini hum phat! Vam mahasukha vasha devi hum phat! Bhyo mahasukha krodhi kali hum phat! Sarva papam jvara roga mrtyu apakara shantim kuru svaha! Ah ayu punye shri mangala svasti pustim kuru bhrum! E vam sukha dhara bhrum hrim ah hrim dzah dzah! Shatrum vighnan vinayakan maraya hum phat! Recite these mantras repeatedly and hand over the torma. Finally, say, "As I have commanded, may you gladly accept." Generously offer auspicious words as appropriate. Through these means, the sequence of the four empowerments is perfectly completed in the mandala of the assembled dakinis. At these times, do not forget the general secret vows of food, drink, and places to be protected that were promised, and diligently observe the tenth day of the waning moon and other necessary practices. With the intention of properly keeping and guarding these vows, repeat these words. Offer the mandala as usual, as the main deity does, and it is accomplished. Third, the subsequent activities: Enjoy the tsok, offer the leftovers, complete deficiencies, and at the end of the vajra dance, offer a brief praise and confession. After reciting the Kriya Tantra, recite the mantra "Hum Hrih! Great Bliss Joyful Play" and receive the siddhis. The wisdom beings remain, etc., as appropriate.

In this profound path, the ultimate secret, the mandala of the Dakinis, may fortunate ones obtain great and wondrous accomplishments, attain enlightenment in the realm of the wisdom consort, and gain the power to liberate limitless beings. Thus, also as a needed aid, with the aim of pleasing the wisdom Dakinis, the mantra practitioner called Khakyab Dorje wrote this on the second day of the waxing red side of the middle autumn month of the Water Mouse year (1972), at sunrise on the festival of the Dakini Gathering. May accomplishment increase! Auspicious!
