凡有何等违犯和过失，皆忏悔并圆满严厉的意誓言。法身界的大界母们，以明亮灯火令心喜悦。（以下简称：令心喜悦）报身寿命自在主眷属，以甘露妙药令心喜悦。化身俱生空行母们，以具名酒令心喜悦。姐妹空行母海众们，以受用供品令心喜悦。再化现的轮涅世间母众们，以大红血令心喜悦。主眷化身等一切，以各种供品圆满意誓言。圆满了，忏悔了，请赐予清净！总而言之，进入无上密咒的，严厉坛城之门后，从如法受持誓言起，证悟未变为法界，未获得甚深见行的把握，由于无知无明迷惑，以及不谨慎懒惰的控制，所承诺立誓的，律仪誓言苦行等，从难以违越的金刚借誓中，以月和顺带而失坏，以及有感和无感因缘的控制，今生出现不顺的障碍，以及成为长久的业障的，凡有何等违犯和过失，皆忏悔并圆满严厉的意誓言。法身界的大界母们，以明亮灯火令心喜悦。报身寿命自在主眷属，以甘露妙药令心喜悦。化身俱生空行母们，以具名酒令心喜悦。姐妹空行母海众们，以受用供品令心喜悦。再化现的轮涅世间母众们，以大红血令心喜悦。主眷化身等一切，以各种供品圆满意誓言。圆满了，忏悔了，请赐予清净！此外，实际陈设和意幻的，五种妙欲和欲妙庄严，猛厉尸林的大物品，以及血肉骨头的食子，甘露药和血，歌舞乐受用供品，双运解脱秘密的苦行等，作为所依物、修饰物、圆满物的物品，以供品相应的誓言，祈请空行聚众的诸神众，欢喜圆满严厉的意誓言。严厉的借誓得以恢复，愿智慧界的大界母们，以慈悲垂念加持。事业化身的空行母们，息灭内外秘密的障碍。世间轮涅的母众们，请成办如所吩咐的事业。脉气明点的觉

Whatever faults and transgressions there may be, I confess and fulfill the solemn commitment. The great mothers of the Dharmakaya realm, may their hearts be pleased with the light of clear lamps. (Hereinafter referred to as: May their hearts be pleased) The retinue of the Sambhogakaya life-lord, may their hearts be pleased with nectar medicine. The Nirmanakaya co-emergent Dakinis, may their hearts be pleased with named alcohol. The sisterly ocean of Dakinis, may their hearts be pleased with the enjoyment of offerings. The further emanated Samsara and Nirvana worldly mothers, may their hearts be pleased with great red blood. All the main retinue and emanations, may their hearts be fulfilled with various offerings. Fulfilled, confessed, may purity be granted! In short, having entered the supreme secret mantra, after entering the gate of the solemn mandala, from properly receiving the vows, realization has not transformed into the Dharmadhatu, and the confidence of profound view and conduct has not been obtained, due to ignorance and delusion, and being controlled by recklessness and laziness, the vows and commitments that were promised, the disciplines, vows, ascetic practices, etc., from the difficult to violate Vajra borrowed vows, have been broken monthly and incidentally, and due to the control of felt and unfelt causes, unfavorable obstacles arise in this life, and becoming long-term karmic obscurations, whatever faults and transgressions there may be, I confess and fulfill the solemn commitment. May the solemn borrowed vows be restored, may the great mothers of the wisdom realm, bless with compassion and consideration. Generate the wisdom of supreme great bliss! May the attainment of the co-emergent Mahamudra, be accomplished in this life! Through evil deeds influenced by ignorance, may all the wrathful Matrikas and Dakinis, be pacified in the nature of primordial purity! Transform disturbances into enemies and obstacles! May human diseases, livestock diseases, epidemics, etc., be averted from the disturbances of the times! Eliminate bad years, hail, frost, and nameless disasters, and protect the world with benefit and happiness! Assembly of Dakinis with eyes of wisdom, without forgetting compassion and vows, through offering and confession, may you be pleased, and accomplish activities without obstruction! Thus speaking, accompanied by the sound of music, scatter the essence offerings into the expanse of the sky! Together with the cause and effect of degeneration, transport them into the unborn expanse through view! Subdue with the power of the intention's conviction! Generate certainty in the great purity! May it be accomplished effortlessly as desired! Samaya!
