未曾受持视作垢染，对于所知身与智慧的，五种坛城未曾修习，所修五部无有散乱地，未修耽延果位等等，二十五支根本誓言上，所有破损违越错谬处，皆忏悔祈祷恳请护誓尊，法身界中广大母尊们，以明亮灯火令心喜。报身寿主本尊眷属众，以甘露妙药令心喜。化身俱生空行母众，以具相明妃令心喜。姐妹空行母众大海，以受用供品令心喜。又化现世间母曜众，以大红血令心喜。本尊眷属化身等一切，以各种供品令心喜。圆满祈请忏悔赐清净，上师违背教言恼同修，享用明妃侵吞信财物，破坏信众团体泄密语，具相法器贤劣取舍错，自他誓言断绝灌顶印，掺杂恶物舍弃誓言物，扰乱坛城恶语伤他人，阻挡罪恶众生之威力，沉掉昏沉为力念诵散，意义手印方便智慧离等等，殊胜修持之誓言上，所有破损违越错谬处，皆忏悔祈祷恳请护誓尊，法身界中广大母尊们，以明亮灯火令心喜。报身寿主本尊眷属众，以甘露妙药令心喜。化身俱生空行母众，以具相明妃令心喜。姐妹空行母众大海，以受用供品令心喜。又化现世间母曜众，以大红血令心喜。本尊眷属化身等一切，以各种供品令心喜。圆满祈请忏悔赐清净，五蕴界观不清净为天尊，内外坛城无有观想念。

Not having taken them, seeing them as unclean and defiled, Regarding the knowable body and wisdom, Not knowing how to unite the five mandalas, The five objects to be accomplished without distraction, Not accomplishing, delaying the results, etc., On the twenty-five branch vows, Whatever breakages, transgressions, and errors there are, I confess and pray, fulfilling the powerful samaya. The great mothers of the Dharmakaya realm, May their hearts be pleased with the clear light of lamps. The Sambhogakaya life-owner, the main retinue, May their hearts be pleased with nectar and medicine. The Nirmanakaya, the co-emergent Dakinis, May their hearts be pleased with consorts possessing the signs. The ocean of sister Dakinis, May their hearts be pleased with the enjoyment of the assembly. Again, the emanated worldly Mamos, May their hearts be pleased with great red rakta (རཀྟ་，रक्त，rakta，血). The main retinue, including the emanations, May their hearts be pleased with various offerings. I fulfill, I confess, grant purity. The teacher breaks the word, harms the brothers, Using the consort, embezzling the wealth, Breaking the faithful assembly, revealing secrets, Possessing the signs, possessing the vessel, erring in what to abandon and take, Severing the boundaries of self and others, abandoning the empowerment signs, Mixing bad substances, abandoning the samaya substances, Disturbing the mandala, scolding others, Blocking the power of sinful beings, Being overcome by sinking and excitement, distracted in recitation, Meaning, signs, means, wisdom, separated, etc., On the vows of superior accomplishment, Whatever breakages, transgressions, and errors there are, I confess and pray, fulfilling the powerful samaya. The great mothers of the Dharmakaya realm, May their hearts be pleased with the clear light of lamps. The Sambhogakaya life-owner, the main retinue, May their hearts be pleased with nectar and medicine. The Nirmanakaya, the co-emergent Dakinis, May their hearts be pleased with consorts possessing the signs. The ocean of sister Dakinis, May their hearts be pleased with the enjoyment of the assembly. 息灭诸位之心。报身寿命自在主眷属，以甘露妙药息灭诸位之心。化身俱生空行母众，以具名瓶息灭诸位之心。姐妹空行母海众，以受用轮息灭诸位之心。又化身显有世间母众，以大红血息灭诸位之心。主眷化身等一切，以各种供品息灭诸位之心。圆满忏悔，祈请清净。特别是金刚空行母的，续部传承口诀中所说的，舍弃三宝四手印，不作布施轻蔑三乘，中断会供朵玛供养等，违背共同誓言，将大平等划分为界限，停止分别念的生起，进行破立，抛弃十种誓言物，不依止事业手印体验大乐，散乱于喧嚣，舍弃寂静处，息增怀诛禁行等，不做火供歌舞等，特别是违犯誓言，五毒空行五种姓的，自性本来就是，却因无明妄念而执着，受烦恼控制，见行低下，智慧浅薄，取舍不定，无法压制最初的粗重，五手印和卡杖嘎，鼗鼓铃杵嘎巴拉，不如法依止，而成为普通的，服饰和装饰品等，对于殊胜的重大誓言，所有破损违犯错误，全部忏悔，圆满重大誓言。法身虚空界大母众，以明亮灯火息灭诸位之心。报身寿命自在主眷属，以甘露妙药息灭诸位之心。化身俱生空行母众，以具名瓶息灭诸位之心。姐妹空行母海众，以受用轮息灭诸位之心。又化身显有世间母众，以大红血息灭诸位之心。主眷化身等一切，以各种供品息灭诸位之心。圆满忏悔，祈请清净。见解上没有证悟法性，行为上没有舍弃于法界，会供轮的会供超过时间，忏悔破戒超过限度，由于吝啬导致资具微少，专注于精华而减少剩余，改变用于禅修的供品，盗用三宝财物，念诵咒语对治成为怨敌的身体，破戒和会供混杂在一起进行弥补，为了破戒而讲解佛法，获取食物和财物，由于恶友破戒的过失影响，导致破戒和堕落的情况等。

Pacify the minds of all. The retinue of the Sambhogakaya Life-Lord, pacify the minds of all with nectar medicine. The Nirmanakaya Co-emergent Dakinis, pacify the minds of all with named vases. The sisterly ocean of Dakinis, pacify the minds of all with the enjoyment assembly. Also, the emanated phenomenal worldly mothers, pacify the minds of all with great red blood. The main retinue and emanations, pacify the minds of all with various offerings. Complete and confess, grant purity. Especially the Vajra Yogini's, as spoken in the tantras, transmissions, and instructions, abandoning the Three Jewels and the four mudras, not giving charity, disparaging the three vehicles, cutting off the continuity of tsok, torma, and offerings, violating the common vows, dividing the Great Equality into categories, stopping the arising of conceptual thoughts, doing negation and affirmation, abandoning the ten samaya substances, not relying on karma mudra, experiencing great bliss, being distracted by busyness and abandoning solitary places, engaging in peaceful, increasing, powerful, and wrathful ascetic practices, not doing fire pujas, songs, and dances, etc., especially breaking samaya, the five poisons, the five families of dakinis, whose nature is originally so, but clinging to it as one's own due to ignorance and delusion, being controlled by afflictions, having inferior views and conduct, having little wisdom, making uncertain choices, being unable to suppress the initial grossness, the five mudras and khatvanga, damaru, bell, kapala, not relying on them properly, but becoming ordinary, holding onto clothes and ornaments, etc., for the supreme and important samayas, whatever breaches, violations, and errors there may be, confess and fulfill the important samaya. In view, not realizing the nature of reality, in conduct, not abandoning into the dharmadhatu, the tsok offering is offered beyond the time, confessing transgressions beyond measure, due to stinginess, the wealth and assembly are small, focusing on the essence and reducing the remainder, changing the offerings dedicated to meditation and practice, stealing from the Three Jewels' property, reciting mantras to subdue the body that has become an enemy, mixing transgressions and assembly, making amends for transgressions, explaining the Dharma for transgressions, taking food and wealth, due to the faults of bad friends who have transgressed, leading to situations of transgression and downfall, etc.
