In the skull cup of the vessel of appearance, The assembly offering of the essence of existence is arranged, With this offering cloud of the ocean of desirable qualities, May the three roots of the deity assembly be pleased! In the skull cup of the spontaneously accomplished aggregates, The assembly offering of the root winds and bindus is arranged, With this offering cloud of the union of appearance and emptiness, May the three roots of the deity assembly be pleased! In the skull cup of the clear light central channel, The assembly offering of life force union is arranged, With this offering cloud of self-liberation of sound and emptiness, May the three roots of the deity assembly be pleased! In the skull cup of the reverse and forward bindus, The assembly offering of the four joys wisdom is arranged, With this offering cloud of inseparable bliss and emptiness, May the three roots of the deity assembly be pleased! In the skull cup of the original ground essence, The assembly offering of the ground appearance wisdom is arranged, With this offering cloud of the supreme and ultimate, May the three roots of the deity assembly be pleased! In the skull cup of the wish-fulfilling desire arising, The assembly offering of food, provisions, and drinks is arranged, With all kinds of enjoyment, May the three roots of the deity assembly be pleased! Immortal three roots mandala deities, Outer, inner, secret, that very nature, Please accept this assembly offering, Grant supreme and common accomplishments! Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ Vajra Guru Deva Ḍākinī Dharma Pāla Saparivāra Gaṇa Cakra Pūja Ho! In between, confess the broken samaya, Ho! From beginningless time until now, Due to karma and afflictions, under the power of others, All the accumulated sins, obscurations, faults, and downfalls, Are completed and confessed with the assembly offering, Recite the hundred-syllable mantra. Finally, subdue and subjugate, Hūṃ! Enemies and obstacles that view as self, Subdue with the weapon of selflessness vajra, The samaya substances of the five aggregates and realms, Offer to the mouths of the three roots deity assembly. Sarva Śātrūn Vighnān Māraya Mahā Pañca Amṛta Pūja Ho!
