ངས་སྤྱོད་ཅིང་སྨོན་ལམ་གདབ། རྗེས་ལྷག་མ་སྦྱིན་ཅིང་ཐུགས་དམ་བསྐུལ་བ་ནས་ཤིས་པ་བརྗོད་པའི་བར་ལས་བྱང་ལྟར་མཐའ་རྒྱས་སུ་བྱའོ། །འཇོག་པོའི་གཙུག་རྒྱན་བྱེ་བ་ཕྲག་བརྒྱས་ཀྱང་། །ཆ་ཙམ་མི་སྒྲུན་འདི་གཏན་བསམ་རྒུ་ཀུན། །ལྷུན་གྱིས་འགྲུབ་བྱེད་སྔོན་མེད་ཡིད་བཞིན་ནོར། །སངས་རྒྱས་གཉིས་པའི་དགོངས་མཚོའི་བཅུད་དུ་བརྡོལ། །དུས་མཐར་སྐྱེས་རྣམས་བསོད་ནམས་མཐུ་དམན་ཀྱང་། །གཅེས་མཛོད་འདོད་རྒུར་སྤྱོད་པའི་སྐལ་པ་འདིར། །བསམ་ན་སྔོན་བྱོན་རྗེ་དང་འབངས་རིགས་ཀྱི། །སྐལ་བཟང་གང་ཡིན་ལག་རྩེར་འོངས་པ་བཞིན། །སྙིགས་མས་རྒུད་པའི་དབུལ་བ་འཕྲོག་པ་དང་། །བསམ་དོན་འབད་མེད་འཇོ་བས་ལུས་ཅན་ཀུན། །ནམ་ཡང་ཐར་པའི་བདེ་ལས་མི་ཉམས་པའི། །ཡིད་བཞིན་དཔལ་གྱི་འབྱུང་གནས་འདི་གྱུར་ཅིག །ཅེས་པ་འདིའང་རིགས་ཀུན་ཁྱབ་བདག་ཐམས་ཅད་མཁྱེན་གཟིགས་འཇམ་མགོན་བླ་མའི་གསུང་གིས་རྗེས་སུ་གནང་བ་བསྩལ་པ་ལས། རྗེ་ཉིད་ཀྱིས་བཀའ་དྲིན་དུ་བསྩལ་པའི་ཟིན་བྲིས་སོར་བཞག །མཚམས་སྦྱོར་སོགས་ཅུང་ཟད་རྒྱས་པར་སྤྲོས་པ་ལས་རང་རྟོག་གིས་མ་བསླད་པར། པདྨའི་རྒྱལ་ཚབ་རྡོ་རྗེ་འཆང་པདྨ་དབང་ཆེན་དང་སྤྲུལ་པའི་རིག་འཛིན་ཆེན་པོ་རྣམ་པ་གཉིས་སོགས་ཡོངས་འཛིན་དམ་པ་དུ་མའི་ཞབས་རྡུལ་ལ་སྤྱི་བོས་རེག་པ། པདྨ་གར་གྱི་དབང་ཕྱུག་རྩལ་ལམ། ཀུ་སཱ་ལི་བློ་གྲོས་མཐའ་ཡས་པའི་སྡེས་གདན་ས་ཆེན་པོ་དཔལ་སྤུངས་ཀྱི་ཡང་ཁྲོད་ཤྲཱི་དེ་བཱི་ཀོ་ཊིའི་སྙིང་པོ་ཙ་འདྲ་རིན་ཆེན་བྲག་གི་སྒྲུབ་གནས་སུ་ཆོ་འཕྲུལ་ཆེན་པོས་བདུད་དཔུང་འདུལ་བའི་དཀར་ཚེས་བཟང་པོར་བྲིས་པ་རིས་མེད་པའི་བསྟན་འགྲོ་ལ་བདེ་ལེགས་ཀྱི་སྣང་བ་ཆེན་པོས་ཁྱབ་པའི་རྒྱུར་གྱུར་ཅིག །དགེ་ལེགས་འཕེལ།། །། བླ་མའི་ཐུགས་སྒྲུབ་ཡིད་བཞིན་ནོར་བུ་ལས་རྩ་བའི་དབང་བསྐུར་རྒྱས་པའི་ཆོ་ག་བཀླག་ཆོག་ཏུ་བཀོད་པ་ཡིད་བཞིན་དཔལ་འབྱུང་། བློ་གྲོས་མཐའ་ཡས།

我行持并祈祷。之后从布施残食、劝请发心到诵吉祥颂之间，要如仪轨般详尽进行。纵然是十万俱胝的世间顶饰，也无法比拟这涵盖一切究竟之思，自然成就一切，前所未有之如意宝，是第二佛陀意海的精华涌现。末世所生之辈，虽福薄力弱，然于此珍宝库中享用所欲之境，思及往昔君王与臣民，不知是何等福报，如今却唾手可得。愿此能夺走末世衰败之贫困，并不费吹灰之力成就所愿，令一切有情，永不退失解脱之乐的如意功德之源！此乃蒙受遍一切种性之主，一切智者蒋贡喇嘛之语加持，依其所赐之亲笔记录，稍作扩充润色，未掺杂个人臆想。由莲师之化身金刚持莲花旺钦，以及化身大持明者二位等众多持明上师之足尘顶戴，莲花舞自在力，或名库萨里慧无涯者，于大寺吉祥八蚌之幽静处，希瓦果地的核心，擦扎仁钦扎（宝岩）之修行地，于以大神通调伏魔军之良辰吉日书写，愿此成为无偏之教法与众生，为广大安乐光明所遍布之因。善妙增盛！ 上师意修如意宝中根本灌顶广大仪轨可诵之编排，如意吉祥生。慧无涯。

I practice and pray. Afterwards, from offering leftovers and urging commitment to reciting auspicious verses, it should be done in detail according to the ritual. Even hundreds of millions of worldly ornaments cannot compare to this, which encompasses all ultimate thoughts, spontaneously accomplishes everything, an unprecedented wish-fulfilling jewel, the essence of the ocean of the Second Buddha's intention. Those born in the degenerate age, though with little merit and power, in this treasure trove, may they have the opportunity to enjoy whatever they desire. Thinking of the kings and subjects of the past, whatever good fortune they had, now it is easily obtained. May this source of wish-fulfilling virtues steal away the poverty of the degenerate age, effortlessly accomplish all wishes, and may all sentient beings never be deprived of the bliss of liberation! This was also blessed by the words of the omniscient Jamgon Lama, the master of all lineages, and based on the notes he graciously bestowed, slightly expanded and embellished, without being tainted by personal speculation. By Padma's representative, Vajradhara Padma Wangchen, and the two great incarnate vidyadharas, and many other venerable masters, whose feet are touched by the crown of the head, Padma Garwang Choktsal, or Kusalī Lodrö Thayé, in the secluded place of the great monastery of Palpung, the heart of Shri Dewakoti, the practice place of Tsadra Rinchen Drak (Precious Rock), written on an auspicious day when the demon armies are subdued with great miracles, may this become the cause for the unbiased teachings and beings to be pervaded by the great light of happiness and well-being. May goodness and excellence increase!
