以及身和智慧、意行、事业融为一体，从心髓的坛城与上师无别之本体中，深信再无其他救护，因此为了使自他一切众生，在未获得上师四身果位之前皈依，以专注的意乐复诵此文。 纳摩！上师、善逝等三句。 为了使成为我父母的有情，与虚空界相等的一切众生，从尚未超越的轮回痛苦大海中解脱出来，并使之在上师四身无上果位中获得安息。为此，我等将进入大圆满金刚乘甚深心髓之法，如是发心，复诵此文。 发心、众生等三句。 在十方三世诸佛坛城，所有圆满为上师四身本尊及其眷属之轮的面前，为了以清净自相续的积资净障次第如法而行之心，一边清晰地忆念与词义相符之三摩地，一边复诵此文。 上师、本尊等三句。 尤其是为了守护与无上大圆满极顶金刚乘之法相应的行仪，并受持三金刚之猛誓，如护生命般守护，如是思念，复诵此文。 上师金刚持，奇！安住大乘之法中！身语意之诸誓言！纵为生命亦不舍！三遍。 立誓：将金刚杵置于头顶。 吼！如是若具缘，汝入此无上密，莫违金刚师之命！秘密之义莫宣说！ 此后，为了将智慧尊者融入您自己的三门，并奠定灌顶之基础，请端正身体，收摄语之气息，心不外散，专注此观想。 从空性中刹那间，化现弟子大威力马头明王，红色，手持钺刀颅器，以光辉庄严，心间卍（藏文：གཡུང་དྲུང་），向左旋转，上方猪面母作舞，观想上师托程擦（藏文：ཐོད་ཕྲེང་རྩལ），以视师真佛之胜解信，从上师身中托程擦，如雨般降下，无二融入您身，赐予加持。 伴随铙钹、铃声、熏香和乐音。

And the body, wisdom, intention, action, and activity are integrated into one, from the heart essence mandala inseparable from the Lama, with firm conviction that there is no other refuge, therefore, in order to take refuge until all self and others attain the state of the four bodies of the Lama, with a single-pointed intention, repeat this. Namo! Lama, Sugata, etc., three times. In order to liberate all sentient beings who have become my parents, equal to the realm of space, from the great ocean of suffering of samsara that has not yet been crossed, and to give them rest in the unsurpassed state of the four bodies of the Lama. For that purpose, we will enter the profound heart essence of the Great Secret Vajrayana path, thus generating the mind, repeat this. Mind generation, sentient beings, etc., three times. In the presence of the mandala of the Buddhas of all directions and times, all complete as the wheel of the Lama's four bodies, yidam, and retinue, with the mind to properly perform the accumulation and purification sequence to purify one's own continuum, while clearly recalling the samadhi that matches the meaning of the words, repeat this. Lama, Yidam, etc., three times. In particular, in order to uphold the conduct in accordance with the supreme Great Secret, the ultimate Vajrayana, and to take the fierce vows of the three vajras, protecting them as one's life, thinking thus, repeat this. Lama Vajradhara, Kye! Abiding in the way of the Great Vehicle! The vows of body, speech, and mind! Even for life, I will not abandon! Three times. Taking the Vow: Place the vajra on the crown of the head. Ho! If so, fortunate one, having entered this unsurpassed secret, do not disobey the Vajra Master's command! Do not speak of the meaning of the secret! After that, in order to introduce the wisdom being into your own three doors and lay the foundation for empowerment, straighten your body, hold the breath of speech inward, and without distraction of mind, focus on this visualization. From emptiness, in an instant, the disciple appears as the powerful Hayagriva, red, holding a curved knife and skull cup, adorned with splendor, with a swastika (藏文：གཡུང་དྲུང་) at the heart, rotating to the left, with a sow-faced mother dancing above, meditate on the master Tötrengtsal (藏文：ཐོད་ཕྲེང་རྩལ), with the conviction of seeing the teacher as the true Buddha, from the master's body Tötrengtsal, falls like rain, merging into you non-dually, bestowing blessings. Accompanied by cymbals, bells, incense, and musical sounds.
