Adorned with beautiful and majestic garments such as silk robes and shawls, radiating the splendor of marks and signs. The right hand holds a five-pronged vajra upright at the level of the right shoulder. The left hand holds a bhanda filled with samaya substances, in the center of which is a precious vase filled with the nectar of immortality, adorned with a wish-fulfilling tree. Seated with the left leg extended, in his lap is the consort dakini Tso Gyal, white and red, beautiful and graceful, adorned with flowers and jewels, the right hand holding a hand drum in a playing gesture, the left hand poised to offer a skull cup filled with nectar. From his body emanate rays of light that pervade the sky. Surrounding him are eight lotus petals, with Humkara Vajra and bell in the east, Manjushri Friend holding a sword and threatening mudra in the south, Nagarjuna holding a staff and scripture in the west, Prahasti holding a crossed vajra and scripture in the north, Dhana Sanskrita holding a skull drum and lotus bowl in the southeast, Vimala Mitra holding a meditative posture and longevity vase in the southwest, Guhyachandra holding an iron hook and lasso in the northwest, and Shantigarbha holding a skull cup and curved knife in the northeast. All are adorned with secret robes, silk robes, and other ornaments, surrounded by an inconceivable assembly of vidyadhara heroes and dakinis, manifesting an inconceivable magical display. With single-pointed mind, the samaya being and jnana being are non-dual, the self-awareness of primordial purity, the indestructible essence of the three vajras of body, speech, and mind, the mandala of the vidyadhara lama, appearing as an inconceivable manifestation. On a lotus, sun, and moon seat in the heart, visualize the syllable Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ།,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) surrounded by a garland of mantras. From that, light arises, causing all appearances to be deities, all sounds to be mantras, and all thoughts to be the nature of dharmata bodhicitta, remaining in an unmoving state. Recite the mantra Om Vajra Maha Guru Sarva Siddhi Hūṃ (藏文:ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་མ་ཧཱ་གུ་རུ་སརྦ་སིདྡྷི་ཧཱུྃ།,梵文天城体:,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ vajra mahā guru sarva siddhi hūṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡 班杂 玛哈 咕噜 萨瓦 悉地 吽) as much as possible, and at the end, combine the three purifications with vase breathing, and perform as much as possible the indivisible wind-mantra vajra recitation. When concluding the session, all conceptual appearances such as deities and mantras, like breath on a mirror, are without focus, and remain in the suchness of emptiness, free from all elaboration, in a natural state.

Then, when rising from that, like a fish leaping from the water, rise as the deity of the session break and make dedications and aspirations. After that, the evening session should also be done as before, from taking refuge and generating bodhicitta until the end of the session, and at the end of the session, make torma offerings and other virtuous deeds. Finally, when going to sleep, rest in the state of non-conceptual clear light, or focus single-pointedly on the Hum syllable (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum) in the heart, and sleep in whatever yoga posture is comfortable. The next morning, when the dawn session arrives, rise with the yoga of rising, practice the common preliminaries, and from taking refuge, generating bodhicitta, the seven-branch prayer, until the session break, do two sessions in the morning as before, that is, four sessions. Or, it is not contradictory to do one session from dawn until noon, and then one session until the evening session, that is, two sessions. However, because there are fewer elaborations such as recitations in this, doing four sessions is beneficial for understanding, so it is good to do it that way. In any case, with such a sequence, the number is from one hundred thousand to one million, the time is from one month to one week, and the signs are seeing the deity in reality, experiences, and dreams, and receiving prophecies. Second, the inner practice is: the preparation is the same as before. Purify it into emptiness with Svabhava (Tibetan: སྭ་བྷཱ་ཝ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: स्वभाव, Sanskrit Romanization: svabhāva, Chinese literal meaning: Self-nature). From within emptiness, the environment appears as the self-radiance of the five wisdoms, in the center of a tent of five-colored rainbow lights, on a lotus and sun-moon seat in the center of an eight-petaled jewel, like stars rising in a clear ocean of awareness, in an instant, Guru Vajra Thötreng Tsal, body color bright blue, one face, two arms, with the youth of an eight-year-old child, with a wrathful smiling expression, three eyes wide open. Dressed in a tiger skin skirt, wearing a silk crown and adorned with bone ornaments. With disheveled hair and the splendor of marks and signs, the two hands hold a vajra and bell (Tibetan: རྡོར་དྲིལ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: वज्रघण्टा, Sanskrit Romanization: vajra-ghaṇṭā, Chinese literal meaning: Vajra Bell) crossed at the heart. Sitting in vajra posture, embracing the consort Yum Yingshyuk Mandarava, white and bright, holding a curved knife and skull cup. Manifesting as the indivisible bliss and emptiness, radiating infinite emanated light rays. On his crown is white Buddha Thötreng, holding a wheel and bell. At his throat is red Padma Thötreng, holding a lotus and bell. At his heart is blue Vajra
