Furthermore, for the empowerment of altruistic activities, through various activities such as pacifying, increasing, magnetizing, and wrathful, subdue in ways that are appropriate for each, and accomplish vast activities for the benefit of beings! These two are the function of the word empowerment, and are also the empowerment of the Vajra King's complete teachings. Thus, in the mandala of the Guru, the Gathering of Vidyadharas, the outer, inner, and secret empowerments have been perfectly bestowed. Therefore, do not abandon the vows that you have received and promised at these times, even for the sake of your life, and be sure to guard them diligently. This instruction should be heard by all. Kyai ho! Listen, fortunate sons! Having entered the path of unsurpassed maturation, the vows of individual liberation, the trainings of a Bodhisattva, and especially the root and branch vows of the secret mantra of the Vidyadhara, do not abandon them even for the sake of your life, and be sure to protect them completely. As a response, in order to protect these, repeat these with a strong intention of guarding. Guru Vajra Acharya, as you have spoken and taught, all outer and inner vows and commitments, we, the Vajra brothers and sisters, will never transgress. Promise with words. Thus, in order to obtain well, offer a mandala as a token of gratitude, and the student also offers a mandala. Again, transform the body, possessions, and ocean of merit into the wealth of a universal monarch and offer them, thinking, "Please enjoy a portion," and repeat these. From today onwards, I am your servant. Etc. Thus, dedicate the merit obtained for the benefit of all sentient beings. By this merit, may all see. Etc., dedicate the merit. Again, replenish the offerings, and perform the subsequent steps of the thanksgiving offerings and praises according to the text. This method was written down by the young monk Dharma Shri, according to the oral tradition of the great emanation treasure revealer, abandoning self-creation. May this merit bring all beings to complete maturity and liberation. Here, there was originally a connecting text composed by the treasure revealer, but because the original was lost before the manuscript was widely circulated, it has now been written and proofread according to the oral tradition of the Guru (Padmasambhava) practice, so that it may be completely pure and without defilement.
