喉间ra字白色，心中尼字绿色，脐间底字蓝色，秘密处贝字红色，脚底度字烟色。 六道轮回的业与习气，都融入于六个种子字中。 以三字清净的智慧火堆，将六道种子烧成灰烬。 嗡啊吽 玛玛 郭林 萨曼达（藏文：ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ་མ་མ་ཀོ་ལིཾ་ས་མནྟ།，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ āḥ hūṃ mama koliṃ samanta，汉语字面意思：嗡啊吽 玛玛 郭林 萨曼达），念诵七百万遍。 最后，啪的（藏文：ཕཊ།）一声，念诵六字，从三字中生出智慧之风，观想将燃烧后的灰烬向下方的门外吹散。 然后，三字周围是百字明的咒语链，白色、红色、蓝色三色旋转，降下甘露之流，洗涤一切污垢。 自身如无垢水晶球，如彩虹般，成为自生原始的佛陀。 念诵百字明咒，尽力而为，能产生与一般忏悔相同的净化罪障的迹象。 总而言之，轻松地净化六道，迅速成佛等利益，经典中多有记载，务必努力修行。 以此甚深道之事业，愿胜法恒久兴盛。 愿一切有情众生，皆成为此法的所化，获得解脱。 此乃应渴求甚深之境的上师噶玛扎西德勒和噶玛索南之请，莲花之咒语持明者莲花舞自在力于擦扎仁钦扎之修行处所著，愿善妙增长！ 大圆满甚深甚深莲师普摄教言引导文，莲师意庄严中之前行仪轨摘录，解脱安乐道。莲花舞自在。

Ra, white, at the throat; Ni, green, at the heart; Tri, blue, at the navel; Pre, red, at the secret place; Du, smoky, at the soles of the feet. All the karma and habitual tendencies of the six realms of samsara are gathered into the six seed syllables. With the pure wisdom fire of the three syllables, the seeds of the six realms are burned to ashes. Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ Mama Koliṃ Samanta (藏文：ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ་མ་མ་ཀོ་ལིཾ་ས་མནྟ།，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ āḥ hūṃ mama koliṃ samanta，汉语字面意思：嗡啊吽 玛玛 郭林 萨曼达), recite seven hundred thousand times. Finally, with a sound of Phat! (藏文：ཕཊ།), uttering the six syllables, visualize the wind of wisdom arising from the three syllables, blowing the ashes of the burned-up karma out the lower door. Then, around the three syllables is a rosary of the hundred-syllable mantra, rotating in white, red, and blue, from which a stream of nectar descends, washing away all impurities. One's own body becomes like a stainless crystal ball, like a rainbow, becoming the self-arisen primordial Buddha. Reciting the hundred-syllable mantra as much as possible produces signs of purification of obscurations similar to those of general confession. In short, easily purifying the six realms and quickly attaining enlightenment are benefits mentioned extensively in the tantras, so be sure to practice diligently. By this profound path's activities, may the Victorious Dharma flourish and increase as long as it exists. May all sentient beings become disciples of this Dharma and attain liberation.
