《Könchok Chidu Empowerment Reading Transmission Arranged: Guru's Clear Intention》. Tsewang Norbu. 《Könchok Chidu Empowerment Reading Transmission Arranged: Guru's Clear Intention》. Tsewang Norbu. This is entitled 《Könchok Chidu Empowerment Reading Transmission Arranged: Guru's Clear Intention》. Om Namo Guru Padmākarāya. (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་ན་མོ་གུ་རུ་པདྨཱ་ཀ་ར་ཡ།, Sanskrit Devanagari:, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ namo guru padmākarāya, Literal Chinese Meaning: Om, Homage to Guru Padmasambhava.) Primordial Buddha, Lord of Life, Amitabha, Lord of the World, Treasure of the Victorious Ones, Ocean of All, Guru Rinpoche, Lotus Born. Having paid homage to him, I will explain this empowerment ritual. Here, regarding the method of empowerment of Könchok Chidu, the profound essence of all Guru practices, it is said in the eighth chapter of the profound root tantra: "The four empowerments are conferred on a single seat, the substances of body, speech, mind, qualities, and activities are arranged, and after empowering oneself and others, blessings quickly descend, and maturation and liberation are achieved. This is the third chapter on empowerment." As it is said, the preliminary is the arrangement of the implements, and the main part is the accomplishment and empowerment. First, the arrangement of implements: In a pleasing place, a mandala of eight lotus petals surrounded by a halo of five lights and a garland of vajras and flames, with the sun and moon, vajra skull cup, or the HRIH (Tibetan: ཧྲཱིཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari:, Sanskrit Romanization: hrīḥ, Literal Chinese Meaning: Hrih) syllable bindu in the center, whichever is convenient. If that is not possible, then on a platform in the center of a pile of white grains, arrange a vase filled with the five components and adorned with seven jewels, and around it arrange the empowerment substances: skull cup of nectar, khatvanga, crystal, collection of sadhanas, and torma for the treasure protectors. In addition, arrange offering tormas, offerings, medicine, rakta, articles of enjoyment, outer and inner offerings, and a tsok khorlo. In front of the master, the karma vase, vajra, bell, damaru, and scattering flowers should also be prepared. Second, the accomplishment and empowerment: As it is said in the terma text: "For all things such as receiving empowerment oneself and giving it to others, from the cutting of boundaries and protection wheel, refuge, and so on, to the karma ritual and tsok, diligently practice and urge others." As it is said, first, from refuge and bodhicitta to the recitation, practice oneself and the front equally, as in the root karma ritual, and recite as much as possible. Finally, make torma offerings and recitations to Wrathful Guru and Lion-faced Dakini as appropriate. Also, visualize the karma vase as Vajrasattva or Hayagriva, and bless it with mantras.

Bless with... Offer the remaining of the Tsok. After completing the invocation, as is appropriate for the disciples, receive the self-entry well with clear Samadhi. Thus, receiving the self-entry is generally an essential part of increasing the Mantric vows, so it is necessary not only during the empowerment of the disciples, but also to receive it as much as possible on special auspicious days such as the tenth day. Here, in the root text of the Terma, it says, "When giving self and other empowerment," and also, "Receiving empowerment oneself and giving it to others," so this also clearly shows this meaning. Then, the disciples are brought out from the bath. Offer Torma to the obstacles, give orders, cut boundaries, and meditate on the protective wheel. The Karma Vajra performs the scattering and gathering of flowers, and then the teacher says this: Well then, for the sake of all sentient beings equal to the sky, may we attain the precious state of perfect and complete Buddhahood. For that purpose, gather the thoughts of requesting the blessings and empowerment of the profound Guru Sadhana Konchok Chidu, and with unwavering devotion, Please listen. Also, our teacher, the perfect and complete Buddha, who is skilled in means and possesses great compassion, in order to suit the minds of those to be tamed, from the many doors of liberation that he has spoken, the supreme is the result, the unsurpassed secret mantra yoga. Among these, in general, the door of blessing is wonderful, and in particular, the chief of all mandalas, the essence of the Sugatas gathered together, is the single essence or the profound Guru practice alone. Also, in the Tantra of the Source of Ambrosia, it says: "Better to meditate on one Guru, than to meditate on a hundred thousand deity forms." Also, in the Great Net Tantra, it says: "The Guru is the Lord of all Buddhas, the secret great instructions of the Victorious Ones, reside in the heart of the teacher Vajradhara, mainly meditate on the Guru Vajradhara." Also, in the Buddha Gathering, it says: "According to the wishes of whoever is to be tamed, creating the means of Guru practice, whoever strives for that purpose, surpasses by the ground of the Mahayana Guru, and becomes the great master of all." Thus it is said. In the Great Sky Tantra, it says: "If you want to quickly perfect the essence of the two accumulations, practice the Guru." And so on, it appears in countless scriptures.
