In the activity vase, perform the generation and recitation of Vajrasattva's common practice, and bless it. Then, have the disciples bathe outside. After they are seated inside, the master performs the obstacle-destroying ritual like a garland of fire, dispels obstacles, and creates a protective circle. On the crown of your heads, on a lotus and moon seat, visualize the glorious Vajrasattva, inseparable from the guru, with a white body, peaceful and smiling, adorned with silks and jewels. The right hand holds a vajra pointed towards the heart, and the left hand holds a bell resting on the hip. The feet are seated in the vajra posture of a bodhisattva. At his heart, on a moon, there is the syllable (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum), surrounded by a garland of the hundred-syllable mantra. With devotion, pray to him, and an immeasurable stream of nectar will descend, washing away all impurities, obscurations, transgressions, illnesses, and evil influences in an instant. Meditate that the body becomes an empty, clear sphere of light, and request to recite the hundred-syllable mantra together. Thus, convey the instructions for visualization and lead them to recite the hundred-syllable mantra about twenty-one times. The Vajrasattva on the crown of the head dissolves into light and merges into oneself, visualize that you yourselves also become the body of Vajrasattva. Offer and gather flowers, and clarify the generation of bodhicitta. The difference of connection. This, which initially opens the door to the Dharma of the Vajrayana, is the sequence of ripening empowerments, possessing inconceivable varieties. Here, we will perform the torma empowerment, which is the root or essence of all empowerments and blessings. The scriptures say: The torma is all activities. The torma is the great ocean of accomplishments. The torma is the root of perfecting all accumulations. The torma is the source of all blessings. The torma is the supreme empowerment of all empowerments. And so on, there are many praises. Moreover, the precepts of the masters who have accomplished the definitive meanings of the tantras and instructions of both the new and old secret mantras have countless differences. Here, gathering into one all the body, speech, and mind activities of all the Buddhas of the three times, the immortal Vajra Great Master Padmasambhava, for the fortunate king and subjects of Oddiyana, Zahor, and especially Tibet, opened the secret treasury of his mind, bestowing special and excellent teachings, and with compassion, considering the future disciples, under the ground of Tibet

I offer my own and others' bodies and possessions as offerings, I confess and repent all accumulated downfalls and transgressions, I rejoice in all virtuous deeds of the three times, I pray for the turning of the unsurpassed Great Vehicle Dharma wheel, I pray that the Buddhas do not pass into nirvana but remain, I dedicate the merit of myself and others to great bodhi, I take refuge in the refuge of the precious ones, the deeds of the Buddhas of the past.
