于自心中，行为举止皆随心安适而行，以回向和祈愿来加以巩固。此本尊之誓言，对于一切不净之物皆需禁忌，不作激烈之行为，舍弃不净之肉食，无论出现何种征兆和迹象，皆不向非上师之人宣扬，持诵咒语和修持之行为，不让他人知晓，除非是修持密咒之时，否则不穿黑衣和使用黑垫，不在破损的碗碟中饮食，不舍弃菩提心，不诽谤女性，不诋毁他人，不说与佛法不符且不重要之谎言，不向非身语意之所依和自己求法之根本上师以外的人顶礼，不生起傲慢、贪图名利和竞争之心，不作遣除他人之障碍和降伏鬼神之事，禁忌尸臭和仇恨。如是按照仪轨修持，如法守护誓言，最好一个月，中等两个月，最差三个月也必定成就，绝不会与无缘之人相遇。如果相遇并开始修持，则七个月必定成就，不会被魔障所侵扰。对此，修持生起暖相后，无论做何种修持和事业，皆能成就，特别是对此本尊之再次修持以及一切事业，都将变得精通。一次好好修持后，誓言的行持方式可以通用。其他的修持就像果实一样，而此修持则像果实之精华一样。萨玛雅！（藏文：ས་མ་ཡ།）诶玛！（藏文：ཨེ་མ།）我的追随者，一切具缘有缘之人，无论是修持上师还是本尊，或者空行母等，无论想修持何者，其本体皆为我，只是形象为其他的身相，身色、法器、姿势、站立方式等等，如果进行修持，则一切所愿皆能成就，能够赐予如所愿之成就。那时，舍弃怀疑和犹豫，进行修持。观想彼本尊心间的轮涅如前，在班杂咕噜贝玛（藏文：བཛྲ་གུ་རུ་པདྨ།，梵文天城体：वज्रगुरुपद्म，梵文罗马拟音：vajra guru padma，金刚上师莲花）等心咒的下方，加上所修持本尊的心咒，以及事业咒、夏姆布等任何想要的咒语。如所愿皆能成就，不会被魔障所侵扰。如果供养如意宝，则一切所愿皆能实现。如果开启珍宝之宝库，则随意取用即可满足

From the state of ease, conduct all actions comfortably. Seal it with dedication and aspiration prayers. Regarding the samaya of this deity, avoid all kinds of defilements. Do not engage in violent behavior. Abstain from impure meat. Whatever signs or omens may arise, do not proclaim them to others who are not the guru. Keep the practice of reciting mantras and approaching the deity hidden from others. Except for the time of practicing secret mantras, do not use black clothes or black cushions. Do not eat or drink from broken bowls or plates with holes. Do not let the Bodhicitta decline. Do not slander women. Do not accuse others. Do not speak untruths that are contrary to the Dharma and unimportant. Do not prostrate to any other than the supports of body, speech, and mind, and the guru from whom you have received Dharma. Do not engage in pride, greed for fame, or competition. Do not avert the obstacles of others or subdue spirits. Avoid the smell of corpses and hatred. Having thus practiced the approach according to the text, and having kept the samaya properly, at best, one month; in the middle, two months; and at worst, even three months will surely bring accomplishment. It is impossible not to accomplish it, and you will not encounter the unlucky. If you do encounter them and practice, you will surely accomplish it in seven months, and you will not be harmed by demons. For this, having produced the signs of warmth from the approach, whatever practice and activity you do will be accomplished. In particular, the repeated practice of this itself, along with all activities, will become mastered. Having practiced well once, the way of keeping the samayas can be common. Other practices are like fruit, while this itself is like the essence of the fruit. Samaya! Ema! All fortunate and karmically endowed followers of mine, whatever kind of guru or yidam you practice, or dakini, etc., whatever you wish to practice, the essence is me, but the form is another appearance. The color of the body, the hand implements, the posture, the stance, etc., if you practice, whatever you wish will be accomplished, and you will be able to grant the desired siddhis. At that time, abandon doubt and hesitation, and practice. Meditate on the mandala in the heart of that deity as before. Below the essence of Vajra Guru Padma (Tibetan: བཛྲ་གུ་རུ་པདྨ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: वज्रगुरुपद्म, Sanskrit Romanization: vajra guru padma, meaning: Diamond Guru Lotus), add the essence mantra of whatever deity you are practicing, and whatever you wish, such as the activity mantra, shambhu, etc. Whatever you wish will be accomplished, and you will not be harmed by demons. If you offer the wish-fulfilling jewel, all desires will arise. If you open the treasure vault of jewels, it is enough to take whatever you wish.
