祈请后，将誓言者融入于我。嗡！大悲怙主咕噜尊，利益有情安乐住，祈请于佛刹逝去后，亦能再次降临于此。嗡 咕噜 杜吉尼 班匝 穆（藏文：ཨོཾ་གུ་རུ་དྷུ་ཀི་ནཱི་བཛྲ་མུ，梵文天城体：嗡 गुरु धुकिनी वज्र मु，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ guru dhukīnī vajra mu，汉语字面意思：嗡 咕噜 杜吉尼 金刚 穆）。安住于无缘离念之境，以业之本尊马头明王或主尊之慢，勤勉于一切善行。后世追随具缘者，为利有缘诸众生，祈请上师后，我虚空藏著此文。智慧海王等空行母众作加持，金刚降魔等持明众作祈愿，金刚四钦等诸听命者作守护，人王赤松等君臣以信心转绕会供轮。未来末世之时，持咒隐行具德名，具教法精髓之福分，愿此具缘者与此法相合，上师之教法得显扬！如是书写后，于拉堆帕摩大湖之西，赐为真实义之宝藏。莲师事业如意宝名为，此甚深之事业仪轨，虚空藏于吉祥桑耶青普以藏文书写后，于拉堆帕摩湖畔埋藏为宝藏。此意伏藏乃成就者次第降临之处，于帕摩绛曲林出生之持明巴嘉灿掘取，阿巴格敦达劝请将此从黄纸上抄录，助缘上师丹巴释迦贝促成，于洛扎与后藏交界之聂纳木寂静处，从黄纸上誊写，并将符号文字的口诀以藏文清晰化，为使一些智慧低下者也能阅读，将语调组合等整理成易读形式，其中，除续部仪轨事业仪轨自身之意，并无自造之词，故认为没有太大错误。若因我智慧低劣而有错谬，则于上师、本尊、护法、空行前忏悔。愿以此无量众生，从甚深金刚乘道上证得五身五智，大乘教法之胜幢树立于十方。

Having prayed, gather the Samaya beings into me. Om! Guru, Lord of Compassion, You who benefit sentient beings and establish them in bliss, I pray that even after departing to the Buddha-field, You will return again. Om Guru Dhukini Vajra Mu (藏文：ཨོཾ་གུ་རུ་དྷུ་ཀི་ནཱི་བཛྲ་མུ，梵文天城体：嗡 गुरु धुकिनी वज्र मु，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ guru dhukīnī vajra mu，汉语字面意思：嗡 咕噜 杜吉尼 金刚 穆). Remain in the state of aimlessness, free from conceptual mind. With the pride of Hayagriva, the deity of karma, or the principal deity, strive for complete virtue in conduct. For the sake of fortunate future followers with karmic connections, Having prayed to the Lama himself, I, Namkhai Nyingpo, have composed this. The Dakinis, such as Yeshe Tsogyal, have blessed it. The Mantra holders, such as Dorje Dudjom, have offered prayers. The Four Great Gings and others who obey orders have protected it. The King Trisong and others, ministers and subjects, have turned the Tsokhor with faith. At the time of the final future, The Mantra holder with the hidden conduct and the name of Pal, Possessing the fortune of the essence of the teachings, May that fortunate one meet with this, May the Lama's teachings be illuminated! Having written it down as it is, In the west of the great lake of Lato Palmo, It was bestowed as a treasure of true meaning. This extremely profound practice of activity, called "Padma's Activity, Wish-Fulfilling Jewel," Namkhai Nyingpo wrote in Tibetan script at Chimphu in glorious Samye, and buried it as a treasure on the shore of Lato Palmo Lake. This Mind Treasure is the place where accomplished ones have appeared in succession. The Terton Pal Gyaltsen, born in Pal Mangpo Jangchub Ling, extracted it. Apag Gedun Dar urged that it be copied from the yellow scroll, and the noble Lama Shakya Pal made the conditions. In the solitary place of Nyenam, on the border of Lho and Tibet, It was copied from the yellow scroll, and the symbolic letters and instructions were clarified in Tibetan script. The intonation and combinations were arranged in an easy-to-read format for the benefit of some with inferior intelligence. Within it, there are no self-created words that are not the intention of the Tantra, the Lama, the Sadhana, and the Activity Practice, so I think there are not many contradictions or errors. If, due to my dull mind, there are likely to be contradictions, then I confess before the Lama, Yidam, Dharma Protector, and Dakinis. May this immeasurable number of beings, attain Buddhahood in the five bodies and five wisdoms from the path of the profound Vajrayana, and may the victory banner of the Great Vehicle teachings be erected in the ten directions.
