When explaining how to observe the dangerous passes, the twelve steadfast mothers who protect Tibet are: The great sovereign Dorje Kundrakma, The glorious Hari Dorje Yamakyong, The supreme snow mother Dorje Kuntu Zang, The great herdsman taming demons Dorje Gegekyitso, The golden dust dakini Dorje Lumo, The white snow Dorje Yudronma without flesh, Kongtsun Demo Dorje protects Tibet, Kharak Kyungtsun Dorje Palgyi Yum, The great snow mother Dorje Yubunma, The Matsun Khukcho Dorje Yarmosil, The turquoise bell fairy Dorje Silema, The Dala Tsenmo Dorje Yeshe Chok. I pray that the twelve Dharma-protecting mothers with their retinues, will remember as before and partake of this torma. Visualizing pressing down the evil spirits under the torma plate. In the mandala of the secret union of the Lama, The substances for accomplishment are inferior and the samadhi ritual is deficient. Whatever contradictions, mistakes, and faults there are, I ask for forgiveness. I pray that the supreme accomplishment of Brahma be bestowed. Tenth, Requesting the Front Generation to Depart. If there is a support, then the wisdom being should remain as usual. Gather the samaya being into oneself. If there is no support, then visualize the samaya and wisdom being simultaneously. Hung! Guru Rinpoche, the embodiment of compassion, Tames beings with four kinds of activities. After accomplishing the two benefits of self and others, Return again to the unborn space. Om Ah Hung Vajra Muh. Eleventh, Gathering and Dissolving the Self-Generation. All appearances of the outer and inner worlds, Gather completely into the seed syllable Hung. The Hung disappears like a rainbow, Again, the self manifests as the body of the deity, The union is self-aware, self-arisen clarity. Twelfth, Making Aspirations. Hung! With this virtue accumulated by me in the three times, May the intention of the incomparable Lama be fulfilled, And all sentient beings equal to space, with parents as the foremost, Obtain the state of the true Vajra Primordial. Thirteenth, Reciting Auspiciousness. Hrih! Essence, nature, and compassion manifest, May the root and lineage Lamas be auspicious! 之吉祥！ 守护胜者教法如子之瑜伽士，诸具誓护法之吉祥！ 甚深心髓教言之守护者，伏藏主具誓者之吉祥！ 如是说诵，伴以乐器之声，降下鲜花之雨，令吉祥之景象遍满。 成就之士传承者，清扫拂拭之琉璃宝，稀有且价值连城此物，乃是大众珍爱之公有财产。 嘿汝嘎本尊与莲师无别，莲师空行之自在加持力，融入我等如虚空般无边众生之相续中，获得金刚持之果位。 如是，于心意修法根本大成就者桑杰温波之金刚语，从他处伏藏取出应补充之内容，由达隆智者成就者阿旺南嘉编纂。 再次，为了易懂易持，对通常仪轨和灌顶之仪轨的区分明晰，分章节等遵循旧制，由莲花舞自在无边慧之眷属在擦扎仁钦扎之修行处编著，愿善妙增盛！ 莲师寂怒共同之心意修法，善逝总集之事业仪轨成就明点。 无边慧。

May there be auspiciousness! Yogis who protect the Victor's teachings like their own children, may there be auspiciousness for all the oath-bound Dharma protectors! Guardians of the profound and essential teachings, may there be auspiciousness for all the treasure lords and oath-bound ones! Saying this, accompany it with the sound of musical instruments and shower down a rain of flowers, so that the auspicious scene pervades. The lineage of accomplished beings, The beryl that has been cleaned and polished, This rare and precious thing, Is a common treasure cherished by all. May the blessings of Heruka, inseparable from the glorious one, And the empowerment of the Guru, the lord of the Dakinis, Enter the continuum of beings as vast as the sky, including myself, And may we attain the state of Vajradhara! Thus, in the Vajra words of the heart practice, the root of the great accomplished Sangye Wonpo, the appropriate additions were taken from other treasure troves and compiled by Taklung Khedrup Ngawang Namgyal. Again, in order to make it easy to understand and carry, the distinctions between the ordinary practice and the elaborate empowerment were clarified, and the chapter divisions and so on were kept in accordance with the old tradition.
