If you do the elaborate one like a great practice, then you should know the practice combined with the practice outline. Here, the simple elaborate one is mainly for ordinary practice offerings and empowerments, and it is explained in three meanings: preparation, main part, and subsequent activities. The first has five distinctions: First, the distinction of lineage, the empowerment, transmission, recitation, and practice are uninterrupted and without the fault of breaking vows, receiving the ripening liberation from a lama who has completed life and practice. Second, the distinction of the practitioner, abiding in the general samaya of secret mantra and especially the special samaya of this, and diligently seeking the meaning of long life. At the same time, offer the complete body images of the main deity and retinue, or only install a tsakali of the main deity's body. Above the amulet cord with vajra, place a precious container without cracks like a tripod, filled with longevity torma and auspicious oil, which is mixed with white grain flour, spices, and strong wine. Below is the mandala of the sun. Above that are four layers of circles, with edges made of dough, gradually rising and becoming smaller. Above that is the mandala of the moon, with edges decorated with pearl necklaces and net patterns, on which is placed a lotus torma, shaped like a circle, majestic, precious, and shining. All around, above and below, are surrounded by longevity pills, the color is red, and the decoration is gorgeous.
