That is, the all-pervading Lord of Great Bliss, the Dharma-kāya protector, Immutable Light, manifested as the Sambhogakāya of Avalokiteśvara, the five families, like the body of a great snow mountain lake, displaying boundless realms and bodily arrangements. From the compassionate self-power, the Nirmāṇakāya, Immortal Lotus Skull Garland Power, plays in various forms, benefiting the beings of the Sahā world in general, and especially those extremely difficult to tame humans and non-humans at the end of the degenerate age of strife, displaying inconceivable skillful means and great magical dances. When the time came to tame the dark continent of Tibet, which the fully enlightened Buddha himself could not tame, Jampal Dbyangs (Mañjuśrī) invited Trisong Detsen, and he arrived. He subdued all the evil gods and demons, established complete representations of body, speech, and mind, and made the teachings even clearer than in India. At that time, he bestowed profound and vast Vajrayāna ripening and liberation upon the assembled fortunate king and subjects, common and uncommon, indescribable rains of Dharma, in accordance with their respective dispositions and capacities. Mostly, for the sake of future disciples, he concealed many different kinds of treasures. The emanation treasure revealers who appeared earlier and later opened the treasures appropriate to their respective karmas and widely performed timely benefit. Among them, this profound Dharma treasure was hidden in three places. First, the extensive part, the practices of the three roots combined, was hidden in Mön (Bhutan) Paro Gyechal, and was revealed by the emanation of Vairochana, Kusa Menpa or Kunsang Dawa Öbar. Second, the intermediate part, the practices of the three roots transforming places, was hidden in the iron gate of Kongngo Homtrang in the north, and was revealed by the emanation of Nyangben, Rainbow Lekdro Lingpa. Third, the concise part, the method of practicing the three roots as the main combined, was hidden in the secret cave of the Immortal Lotus Crystal Mountain in the east of Dokham (Kham). It is the wisdom play of Manjushri Kumara, the great Dharma King, the regent of the three-time knowing Padma, the chariot with seven transmissions, the general of the treasure revealer accomplished ones' ocean.
