First, in order to invoke the accomplishment of the longevity empowerment, please visualize as follows: Visualize yourselves as the Maha Guru Padmasambhava, the embodiment of all lineages, complete with all ornaments, attire, and implements, with the three syllables at the three places, and the wisdom being's heart-essence HRIH (Tibetan: ཧྲཱིཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ह्रीः, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: hrīḥ, Chinese literal meaning: Hrih), blazing with glorious light. From the hearts of the Vajra Acharya mandala deities, radiate light rays in the shape of iron hooks, and a multitude of swift messengers like particles of sunlight, pervading the realms of samsara and nirvana, stability and movement. All of your wandering, upward-drifting, lost, and broken-down life force, as well as the essence of earth, water, fire, and wind, the life, merit, and wealth of all beings dwelling in the three thousand worlds and the three realms, the essence of the compassion, blessing, and power of the Three Roots, the ocean of Buddhas, all gather in the form of nectar, light rays, and various colors, gently entering through the pores of your skin, dissolving into the heart-essence HRIH (Tibetan: ཧྲཱིཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ह्रीः, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: hrīḥ, Chinese literal meaning: Hrih) of the wisdom being in your heart, thereby restoring all decayed life force and power, and obtaining the accomplishment of immortal longevity. Meditate that it dissolves into the longevity substances in front, becoming the great Vajra essence. Wave the arrow banner, and recite the longevity invocation mantra such as the Great Bliss Lotus Net HUNG HRIH (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ་ཧྲཱིཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुँ ह्रीः, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: hūṃ hrīḥ, Chinese literal meaning: Hung Hrih) mentioned above. In the immeasurable palace of the five wisdom lights, dwells the immortal Padmasambhava, together with the assembly of root and lineage gurus, from the vase in his hand descends a stream of immortal nectar. It enters from the crown of your head, filling the inside of your body, thereby obtaining the longevity empowerment of the immutable Vajra body. Place the longevity vase on the crown of your head, and recite: Om! Essence gathered in the realm of five wisdom lights, Lotus ablaze, abode of longevity deities, Bestowing empowerment upon you fortunate ones today, May the root-channels achieve the unwavering Vajra body. At the end of the mantra, recite: (Sanskrit Devanagari: काया अधिष्ठाना अभिषिञ्च ओम्, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: kāya adhiṣṭhāna abhiṣiñca om, Chinese literal meaning: Body empowerment empower Om) Obtain the inexhaustible body, the supreme immortal longevity empowerment of the wheel of adornment, inseparable from the deity. May you attain the supreme empowerment of the inexhaustible, ornate wheel of immortality, inseparable from the deity! By partaking of the life pill, which is the essence of existence and peace condensed into a bindu, believe that you have received the life empowerment of the immutable Vajra mind! When giving the life pill: Hūṃ! The essence of samsara and nirvana, the form of great bliss bindu, the samaya substance of accomplishment, the liberating life pill. Today I bestow this upon you, the fortunate one. May the clear light, eternal Vajra mind be accomplished! At the end of the mantra: Citta Adhiṣṭhāna Abhiṣiñca Hūṃ (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, Literal Chinese meaning). May you attain the supreme empowerment of the inexhaustible, ornate wheel of immortality, inseparable from the deity! All the essence of life dissolves into the indestructible life syllable Hrīḥ (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, Literal Chinese meaning) in the center of the heart. Bound by the net of the five lights of Vajra wisdom. Having donned the Vajra armor endowed with the seven dharmas for the entire body, therefore believe that you have been sealed with the unchanging, eternal Vajra seal, free from birth, death, destruction, and annihilation! Touching the arrow and banner in a cross: Āḥ! The essence of life dissolves into the indestructible bindu. The knot of life is bound in the sphere of the central channel. Having sealed with the Vajra seven dharmas of wisdom, may you attain the unchanging, eternal, innate life! Jñāna Vajra Āyuṣe Rakṣa Haṃ (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, Literal Chinese meaning). Thus sealed. Then, the auspicious substances, symbols, and the seven precious jewels, each given while reciting a common verse. Scattering flowers, reciting various auspicious verses, and playing pleasant music. Third, the concluding procedure is, after the empowerment: Thus, through these, in order to connect the ripening of the heart essence, which condenses the profound key points for simultaneously accomplishing common and supreme attainments, the three roots are completely gathered, therefore, etc., as a connection. Upholding the vows, offering the mandala, offering the body, dedicating the merit, etc., are performed according to the usual ritual, and then the students depart. After the activity: The teacher, enjoying the feast, performs the remaining offering ritual, the torma offering, and the protector dance. Offer praise and offerings, confess transgressions, and proceed according to whether the deity image is present in the front mandala or not.

的圆寂融入适宜。自生尊融入。回向、发愿、吉祥语等完成。从一法界不同显现中，加持、成就、事业皆产生。总集主尊，此为劣慧者易于修持之法。愿成熟解脱甘露遍布世间。由此无量殊胜成就持明者增长。愿由此将教法与众生的安乐提升至高空。愿光明金刚藏之太阳，不减损地照耀众生之心城。此仪轨亦由百种姓氏之主、大宝伏藏师上师亲自以甚深成熟解脱摄受，赐予头顶灌顶。依上师亲自所赐予之仪轨，不增不减。由长寿教法二者雍仲林巴于五金刚堡垒汇集之九大修法殿中所著，善妙增盛。 三根本总集心髓之灌顶仪轨，包含长寿灌顶，名为《不死智慧之河流》。作者为教法二者雍仲林巴。

From the single Dharmadhatu, different manifestations arise, from which blessings, attainments, and activities all originate. The main compilation, this is a method that is easy for those of inferior intelligence to practice. May the nectar of ripening and liberation pervade the entire world. From this, countless supreme accomplished vidyadharas increase. May this elevate the happiness of the teachings and beings to the sky. May the sun of the clear light Vajra Essence shine undiminished in the heart-city of beings. This ritual was also personally taken into his care with profound ripening and liberation by the master of the hundred lineages, the great treasure revealer, and bestowed the crown of empowerment on the crown of his head. According to the practice given by the master himself, without adding or subtracting.
