我未证菩提誓不起座！萨尔瓦 维格南 萨特万 巴亚南！第三，祈请成就：吽 舍！三根本诸佛坛城浩瀚无边，以虔诚渴求之心修持圆满，一心恭敬地劝请本誓，祈愿当下赐予共同殊胜之成就！嗡 阿 吽 咕噜 德瓦 达吉尼 卡亚 瓦嘎 चित्त 萨尔瓦 悉地 帕拉 吽！（藏文：ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ་གུ་རུ་དྷེ་ཝ་ཌཱ་ཀི་ནཱི་ཀཱ་ཡ་ཝཱ་ཀ་ཙིཏྟ་སརྦ་སིདྡྷི་ཕ་ལ་ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：ओँ आः हूँ गुरु देव डाकिनी काय वाक चित्त सर्व सिद्धि फल हूँ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ āḥ hūṃ guru deva ḍākinī kāya vāk citta sarva siddhi phala hūṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡 阿 吽 咕噜 天 达吉尼 身 语 意 一切 成就 果 吽！）以百字明忏悔过失。第四，遣除二边：吽！我与一切显现皆为智慧之游舞，觉性空性双融消融于原始法界中，从无缘大悲幻化之游舞中，一切所显现皆为本尊咒语法身之手印。吽 班杂 嘎亚 瓦嘎 चित्त 吽！（藏文：ཧཱུྃ་བཛྲ་ཀཱ་ཡ་ཝཱ་ཀ་ཙིཏྟ་ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुँ वज्र काय वाक चित्त हुँ，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ vajra kāya vāk citta hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽 金刚 身 语 意 吽！）第五，回向发愿吉祥祈愿：霍！修持供养三根本诸佛，所有功德回向利益众生，愿一切众生身与智慧无二别，成就普贤莲师颅鬘力！吽 舍！愿持明上师慈悲之云聚，降下加持之雨，吉祥如意！愿本尊诸佛如意宝藏，成就所欲，吉祥如意！愿空行护法威力光芒炽盛，事业显现广大，吉祥如意！愿三根本坛城圆满自性觉，无二显现证菩提，吉祥如意！萨玛雅！如是以前行正行后行三者，为三根本总集之修法，为事业智慧显现之道，为未来利益莲师所造。词句简短意义明了易于修持，为加持成就生起之宝藏，此法相遇并修持者，暂时魔障中断息灭，病疫饥荒兵器战乱衰败平息，寿命福德财富证悟增长，一切圆满皆能自在，八部鬼神诅咒彻底摧毁，最终获得五身圆满光明身，莲师与我永不分离，因此珍爱胜过生命，听闻之义融入修持之精髓。萨玛雅！嘉嘉嘉！藏！封！深！与此甚深道不相同，略微埋藏于三处伏藏中，此乃从多康（今四川甘孜藏族自治州一带）东方莲花晶岩（Pemako Sheling，在今西藏墨脱县境内）的秘密岩洞中，由智慧空行母亲自迎请并交付的黄纸，长两指，宽六指。

May I not rise until I attain enlightenment! Sarva Vighnan Satvam Bhayanam! Third, requesting accomplishment: Hum Hrih! The vast mandala of the Three Roots, having completed the practice with devotion and longing, urging the samaya with one-pointed reverence, grant the common and supreme accomplishments here and now! Om Ah Hum Guru Deva Dakini Kaya Vaka Citta Sarva Siddhi Phala Hum! Confess transgressions with the Hundred Syllable Mantra. Fourth, eliminating the two extremes: Hum! Myself and all appearances are the play of wisdom, awareness and emptiness, united, dissolve into the primordial space. From the play of illusory compassion without object, whatever appears is raised as the mudra of the deity, mantra, and dharmakaya. Hum Vajra Kaya Vaka Citta Hum! Fifth, dedication, aspiration, and auspicious words: Ho! Whatever merit there is from practicing and offering to the Three Roots deities, I dedicate it for the benefit of beings. May all beings, inseparable from body and wisdom, attain Samantabhadra, Padmakara, and Garland of Skulls! Hum Hrih! May the clouds of compassion of the Rigdzin Lama gather, and may the rain of blessings fall, may there be auspiciousness! May the Yidam deities, the wish-fulfilling jewel treasure, bring forth the desired accomplishments, may there be auspiciousness! May the Dakinis and Dharmapalas blaze with power, might, and glory, may the activity of appearance increase, may there be auspiciousness! May the mandala of the Three Roots be perfected as the essence of self-awareness, may there be inseparable manifest enlightenment, may there be auspiciousness! Samaya! Thus, with the three, preliminary, actual, and subsequent, is the method of practicing the union of the Three Roots, the path of the arising of activity and wisdom, composed by Padmakara for the benefit of the future. The words are few, the meaning clear, the path easy to carry, a treasure of the arising of blessings and accomplishments. Whoever encounters and practices this, temporarily pacifies obstacles and interruptions, pacifies disease, famine, weapons, conflict, and decline, increases life, merit, wealth, realization, and all perfections are brought under control. The eight classes of spirits and curses are completely destroyed, and ultimately the five-bodied light body is attained. Padmakara and I are never separate, therefore, hold it dearer than life, condense the meaning of hearing into the essence of practice. Samaya! Gya Gya Gya! Seal! Hidden! Profound! Unlike this profound path, it was slightly hidden in three treasure places. This was directly invited and entrusted by the wisdom dakini from the secret cave of Padma Sheling (Pemako Sheling, in present-day Motuo County, Tibet) in the east of Dokham (the area of present-day Garze Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Sichuan), a yellow scroll, two fingers in length and six fingers in width.
