In your heart center, within the gau containing the sun and moon of life, in the union of skillful means and wisdom, is the heart essence of the wisdom being, the red and clear HRIH (Tibetan: ཧྲཱིཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ह्रीः, Sanskrit Romanization: hrīḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hrih), complete with long hook, dot, and hum syllable. From that heart essence garland, like one lamp lighting many lamps, from within the single five-fold garland, the mantra syllables and sounds continuously radiate upwards. From the crown of the head, through the path of Hayagriva, it exits from the mouth and descends upon all of samsara, the vessels and contents, animate and inanimate objects.
