Press down the upper air, inhale the lower air and close the mouth, pressing down, and relying on that, a stream of bodhicitta flows down from the bindu, filling the inside of the body, and the color of the body becomes like a flawless white conch, therefore, all the sins, obscurations, and impurities, like being stained by dirty oil, all the inner bodhicitta is driven by the wind, generating heat, and visualize the outer body emitting filthy black substances, and a special experience of bliss and emptiness arises in the body.
