At the time of auspicious Great Bliss and Vastness, the instructions of the Wish-Fulfilling Jewel, the completion stage yoga, should be adorned with the all-pervading, clear, inexpressible primordial realm. Expanding on the meaning of this text, Lord Dagpo Lhaje said: 'What exists on the ground is meditated on the path; what manifests as the result is the nature of reality.' From this, the essence, naturally pure, the great bliss free from extremes, pervades samsara and nirvana without exception. 'One body pervades all, the body of the Sugata-garbha.' Thus, from Yaksha Samantabhadra to sentient beings experiencing the suffering of uninterrupted pain, it pervades without addition or subtraction. The qualities of the Buddha, unmade by anyone, arising spontaneously, the various experiences of the path, and the manifold sufferings of the six realms, which can arise unceasingly, are spontaneously accomplished as great emptiness from the moment they arise. Such a state of being, all-pervading, self-luminous, is beyond the realm of the mind, beyond words, beyond the grasp of the intellect, beyond example and symbol. Whether realized or unrealized, it abides as the great, primordial, inexpressible state. The path to be meditated upon is to settle on and meditate on the ground as such a state of being, which is also adorned with the primordial realm. Thus, the awareness that has always been, the essence of the five wisdoms, is also clear emptiness, sound emptiness, feeling emptiness, sensation emptiness, and great awareness emptiness. On the meaning of the primordial state, by maintaining a great, uncorrected, natural state of naked awareness, the essence is naturally pure, and the original face is seen in its own place. Awareness has reached the ordinary level. To accomplish the ultimate, diligence without laziness is essential, which is the meaning of 'adornment.' Thus, by diligently practicing, 'what manifests as the result is the nature of reality,' and it is also adorned with the primordial realm. The original, primordial awareness can be self-sufficient, and the wisdom arising from one's own body is perfected. Having secured the stronghold of the three kayas as the result, the emanations of compassion arise spontaneously and immeasurably, and the benefit of beings continues uninterrupted until the end of existence, which is the adornment of the time of the result. So it is said. Mangalam! Shubham! Astu! The oral instructions of the Wish-Fulfilling Jewel, the continuous practice guide.

Here are the instructions written in order. I prostrate to the feet of Ratnasampanna Dharmaraja, the supreme guide of the degenerate age, and the Wish-Fulfilling Wheel of the Bhagavati. Here, I will write down the oral instructions of the Wish-Fulfilling Jewel in an orderly manner, as a continuous practice. First, the preliminaries: Immediately upon waking up in the morning, without being interrupted by idle talk, adjust the body posture by crossing the legs in a lotus position. Make the hand gesture of the hearth ashes. Slightly draw in the upper air and press it down, while slightly drawing in the lower air and closing the mouth. Slightly tighten the body posture and shake. Afterward, exhale three times to expel stale air. Then, slightly straighten the body posture. Take refuge in the Three Jewels and generate the mind of enlightenment. Second, the main practice: Visualize your own body as the outer form of the Great Sage, and contemplate emptiness within. In the center of this emptiness, visualize the central channel (uma) as blue, with its upper end reaching the jewel on the crown of the head and its lower end reaching the secret place. To the right is the white rasana channel (kyangma), and to the left is the red lalana channel (roma), both with their upper and lower ends the same as the central channel. All three channels are from the thickness of an arrow shaft to the thinness of a horse's tail. Visualize them as if pulling up threads of light. At the secret place is a red-black dharma origin (chos 'byung). At the navel is a yellow square. At the heart is a blue octagon. At the throat is a red crescent moon. At the head is a white, round conch-shell chamber. At the crown of the head, the vase is a crystal-like triangle. The jewel on the crown of the head is a tent of swirling rainbow light. Clearly establish the lower and upper places in order. Clearly establish the points of the generation stage and completion stage in the order of upper and lower. First, the generation and completion stages of the life force: In the center of the various four-petaled lotuses within the jewel on the crown of the head. The essence of the guru, the embodiment of all lineages, Vajradhara, with a blue body, holding a vajra and bell crossed at the heart. Adorned with silks and jewels. Seated in the vajra posture, possessing the experience of great bliss. On the petals, in front is the great accomplished Tilopa, with a blue body and a reddish glow, his two hands, the right hand giving the supreme generosity, and the left hand holding a kapala filled with nectar, wearing a white cotton garment, and carrying a rosary. His hair is in a matted topknot, holding a hundred thousand names of the guru Buddha in the gaps of his hair. Seated in a half-lotus posture. Concentrate
