ར་དང་མཐར་དགེ་བ༔ རྩ་བ་གསུམ་གྱི་བཀྲ་ཤིས་ཤོག༔ ཅེས་བརྗོད། འདིའི་བསྙེན་སྒྲུབ་རྐང་ཚུགས་པ་བྱེད་ན་ཆོ་གའི་འགྲོས་འདི་ལྟར་ལ་འབྱིན་འཇུག་ཕྲ་མོ་རིག་མདས་བསྣུན། དབང་གི་སྐབས་འདིར་བསྙེན་སྒྲུབ་དབང་གི་ཐོ་ཡིག་དང་ཡེ་ཤེས་དབབ་པའི་ལྷན་ཐབས་ལོགས་སུ་ཡོད་པར་གསུངས་ཀྱང་དཔེ་ལུང་གི་རྒྱུན་ཆད་ནས་རིང་ཞིག་ལོན་པས་ཐུགས་སྒྲུབ་ནས་ཅུང་ཟད་ཁ་བསྐངས་པ་ཡིན་ཞིང་སླད་ནས་དེ་དག་གི་དཔེ་རྒྱུན་ཙམ་རྙེད་ནའང་ཞུ་གཏུགས་བགྱི་བར་འོས་སོ། །རྩ་གསུམ་སྒྲུབ་ཐབས་རྒྱ་མཚོའི་འཇིང་རུམ་ནས། །གངས་ཅན་སྐལ་པར་ཕྱུངས་པའི་ཡིད་བཞིན་ནོར། །བློ་རབ་ཡིད་ཆེས་བློ་དམན་འཇུག་བདེ་བ། །འདི་ཙམ་ཉམས་འོག་ཆུད་ན་ཅིས་མི་མཚར། །གཏེར་བྱོན་ཀུན་ལས་བྱིན་རླབས་འགྲོ་དོན་གྱི། །བཀའ་བབས་མངོན་སུམ་ཉིད་ གྱུར་བདེན་པའི་མཐུས། །ཕྱོགས་འདིར་འབད་ཀུན་བསྟན་འགྲོར་ཕན་པའི་གཏེར། །མི་འཛད་ནམ་མཁའི་མཛོད་གྱུར་དོན་ལྡན་ཤོག །ཅེས་པ་འདི་དཔལ་ལྡན་བླ་མ་ཀརྨ་གཞན་ཕན་མཐའ་ཡས་ནས་འདིའི་གསལ་བྱེད་ཡིག་ཆ་དགོས་པར་བཀའ་གནང་ཡང་རྣམ་གཡེང་གིས་རྔོ་མ་ཐོགས་པར། སླད་ནས་རྗེ་བཙུན་བླ་མ་མཆོག་དེའི་དགོངས་པ་རྫོགས་པ་དང་ཆོས་འདིའི་ཞབས་ཏོག་ཏུ་དམིགས་ཏེ། པདྨ་གར་གྱི་དབང་ཕྱུག་རྩལ་གྱིས་དཔལ་སྤུངས་ཡང་ཁྲོད་དེ་བཱི་ཀོ་ཊི་ཙ་འདྲ་རིན་ཆེན་བྲག་རྩ་གསུམ་འདུས་པའི་སྒྲུབ་གནས་སུ་བྲིས་པ་དགེ་ལེགས་འཕེལ།། །། རྩ་གསུམ་འབྲས་བུའི་དོན་ཁྲིད་ཀྱི་དབང་གི་སྒྲུབ་ཕྲིན་སྨིན་བྱེད་དང་བཅས་པ་དོན་གཉིས་ལྷུན་གྲུབ།

起初和结尾吉祥，愿三根本吉祥！这样说。如果要做此法的念修闭关，就按这样的仪轨次第，以智慧箭来调整细微的呼气和吸气。关于灌顶，据说有单独的念修灌顶目录和降伏智慧的辅助方法，但因为范本传承中断已久，所以从意修法中稍微补充了一些，以后如果能找到那些范本传承，也应该请教。从三根本修法大海的深处，取出利益雪域众生的如意宝。智慧高者易生信心，智慧低者易于进入，如果能掌握这些，为何不令人惊叹？以胜过一切伏藏的加持和利益众生的，如实现前降临的教言的真实力量。愿在此所做的一切努力，都成为利益佛法和众生的宝藏，成为取之不尽的虚空宝藏，具有意义！这段话是尊贵的喇嘛噶玛贤遍泰耶（Karma Khyenpen Thaye）要求对此进行阐释，但因散乱而未能完成。后来，为了圆满尊贵的喇嘛的意愿，并为这部佛法服务，莲花舞自在力（Padma Gar gyi Wangchuk Tsal）在八蚌寺（Palpung）的修行圣地，即类似于德瓦科塔（De Vikoti）的珍宝岩石三根本汇聚之处写下了此文，愿善妙增上！ 三根本果位义诀窍的灌顶修法，以及成熟解脱道，二利任运成就。

May there be auspiciousness at the beginning and the end! May the Three Roots be auspicious! Thus it is said. If one is to do the practice and accomplishment retreat of this, then follow this ritual order, and adjust the subtle exhalation and inhalation with the arrow of wisdom. Regarding the empowerment, it is said that there is a separate list of practice and accomplishment empowerments and a supplementary method for invoking wisdom, but since the lineage of texts and transmissions has been interrupted for a long time, it has been slightly supplemented from the Mind Accomplishment practice, and later, if even just the lineage of those texts can be found, it should be consulted. From the depths of the ocean of the Three Roots' practice methods, a wish-fulfilling jewel extracted for the fortune of the land of snows. Easy for the wise to have faith, easy for the less wise to enter, if one can master just this much, why would it not be amazing? By the power of truth of the blessings and benefit for beings from all treasures, the manifest descent of the teachings themselves. May all efforts here become a treasure that benefits the teachings and beings, may it become an inexhaustible treasury of space, may it be meaningful! This was requested by the glorious Lama Karma Khyenpen Thaye to clarify this, but due to distraction, it was not accomplished. Later, with the aim of fulfilling the wishes of that venerable Lama and serving this Dharma, Padma Gar gyi Wangchuk Tsal wrote this at the Palpung hermitage, a place of practice resembling De Vikoti, where the precious rock and the Three Roots converge. May virtue and excellence increase! The empowerment practice of the Three Roots' Fruit Meaning Instructions, together with the ripening and liberating path, spontaneously accomplishing the two benefits.
