化身大伏藏师秋吉德钦林巴说：“写一部像吉祥天物，伏藏出土的自生金刚萨埵的镜子这样的作品吧。”我以恭敬之心顶戴接受这珍贵的教言之鬘，但却在懈怠中耽搁了很久。之后，为了满足诸多有心之人的再三敦请，莲花生上师所喜之眷属，莲花光明续藏洲之众，于一席之上迅速完成此作，愿此善行成为令遍布虚空的众生皆得成熟解脱之因！萨尔瓦 达 芒嘎朗 巴瓦图（藏文，梵文天城体：सर्वदा मङ्गलम् भवतु，梵文罗马拟音：sarvadā maṅgalaṃ bhavatu，汉语字面意思：愿一切时吉祥！）。 三根本总集修法之义灌顶的引导，简略汇集为成熟之心的宝珠。莲花光明续藏洲著。

The great incarnate treasure revealer Chokgyur Dechen Lingpa said, "Write a work like the auspicious divine object, the self-arisen Vajrasattva mirror that emerged from the treasure." I respectfully accepted this precious garland of instructions upon my head, but I lingered in laziness for a long time. Later, in order to fulfill the repeated requests of many interested people, the retinue of Lotus-born Guru, the community of Padma Osel Do-ngak Lingpa, quickly completed this work in one sitting. May this virtue become the cause for all beings pervading the sky to ripen and be liberated! Sarva dā maṅgalaṃ bhavatu (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari: सर्वदा मङ्गलम् भवतु, Sanskrit Romanization: sarvadā maṅgalaṃ bhavatu, Literal Chinese meaning: May there be auspiciousness at all times!).
